The dual-slip hydraulic anchoring pack-off device for window sidetracking according to claim 1, wherein: the force transmission unit (60) is positioned in a cavity between a lower core tube (13) and a cylinder sleeve (15) of the suspension unit (10); the force transfer unit (60) comprises a piston (61); the inner circle of the piston (61) is in sealed sliding connection with the outer circle of the lower center tube (13); the excircle of the piston (61) is in sealed sliding connection with the inner circle of the cylinder sleeve (15); the top surface of the piston (61) is provided with a slip pre-pushing sleeve (62), and the top surface of the slip pre-pushing sleeve (62) is tightly propped against the bottom end of a spring (47) in the slip anchoring unit (40).
