The water pressure and the flushing and sucking quantity can be adjusted in the whole flushing and sucking process, after flushing treatment, the needle tool is taken out, no needle needs to be sewed, and sterile dressing is attached.

When the water needs to be flushed, referring to fig. 10, the positive pressure switch 1055 is pressed, the finger valve 3 of the flushing cavity 41 is pressed, water enters the flushing connecting pipe 13 from the flushing external connector 9, then enters the flushing channel 43 through the flushing internal connector 17, then enters the flushing cavity 41, finally is ejected out through the needle eye 2011 for flushing, the finger valve 3 is loosened after flushing is finished, the finger valve 3 automatically resets under the action of the spring, and the water path is cut off; when water absorption is needed, referring to fig. 11, the negative pressure switch 1057 is pressed, the finger pressure valve 3 of the water absorption cavity 42 is pressed, and the accumulated liquid is absorbed into the needle tube 201 through the needle eye 2011, enters the bottom of the water absorption cavity 41 from the tail end of the needle tube 201, then enters the water absorption cavity 42, and then enters the waste liquid recovery bottle through the water absorption inner connector 16, the water absorption connecting tube 14 and the water absorption outer connector 10. The water pressure and the flushing and sucking quantity can be adjusted in the whole flushing and sucking process, after flushing treatment, the needle tool is taken out, no needle needs to be sewed, and sterile dressing is attached.

the flushing therapeutic apparatus comprises a flushing sucker, a positive and negative pressure loading system, an infusion apparatus or a liquid sucking storage device; the outlet of the infusion apparatus is communicated with the inlet of the flushing and sucking device after being communicated with the positive pressure end of the positive and negative pressure loading system; the outlet of the flushing and sucking device is communicated with the negative pressure of the positive and negative pressure loading system or communicated with the negative pressure through a liquid sucking storage device; the flushing and sucking device comprises a joint flushing needle (20) and a flushing and sucking device handle, wherein the front end of a needle tube of the joint flushing needle (20) is provided with a release head and a plurality of needle holes are arranged in the lateral direction, the flushing direction of the needle holes at least comprises the inclined direction towards the release head, and the flushing and sucking device handle can form a flushing line connected with a flushing sealing cavity and a water sucking line connected with a water sucking sealing cavity through a finger pressure valve;
the endoscope ultrasonic system comprises an all-in-one computer (102), an endoscope light source integrated host (104), an endoscope camera system (107), an endoscope monitor (108), a printer (109), an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus (110) and a wireless handheld color ultrasonic scanner (111), wherein the endoscope camera system (107) and the endoscope monitor (108) are respectively connected with the endoscope light source integrated host (104), the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus (110) and the printer (109) are respectively connected with the all-in-one computer (102) through data lines, and the wireless handheld color ultrasonic scanner (111) is connected with the all-in-one computer (102) through wireless communication signals;
and
the diagnosis and treatment trolley comprises three functional areas, namely a flushing treatment instrument placing area, an endoscope ultrasonic area and a traveling device area.

The visible minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment trolley according to claim 1, which comprises a base (100), walking wheels (101) and upright columns (103), wherein the walking wheels (101) are arranged around the bottom of the base (100), the upright columns (103) are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper part of the base (100), and the two upright columns are longitudinally layered through laminates; an all-in-one computer (102), an endoscope light source integrated host (104), a medical pressurizer (105) and a printer (109) are sequentially arranged on the lower plate from top to bottom, and an endoscope monitor (108) is rotatably arranged on one side of the upper part of the upright post (103).
3. The minimally invasive visual diagnosis trolley according to claim 1,
the positive and negative pressure loading system comprises a medical pressurizer (105);
the infusion apparatus comprises an infusion needle (112) and an infusion bottle (113) for containing flushing liquid, and a pressurizing opening is formed in the needle handle end of the infusion needle (112);
the imbibition storage device is an imbibition bottle (106) for recovering waste liquid;
the positive pressure interface (1051) of the medical pressurizer (105) is connected with the pressure port at the needle handle end of the infusion needle (112), the negative pressure interface (1052) of the medical pressurizer (105) is communicated with the outlet of the water suction line of the flushing and sucking device or communicated with the suction interface (1061) of the liquid suction bottle (106), and then communicated with the outlet of the water suction line of the flushing and sucking device through the instrument interface (1062) of the liquid suction bottle (106), and the liquid outlet of the infusion needle (112) is communicated with the inlet of the flushing and sucking device.
4. The minimally invasive visual diagnosis trolley according to claim 1,
the joint washing needle (20) comprises a loosening head, a needle tube (201) and a needle handle (202), a plurality of long circular needle holes (2011) are arranged at the gap of the front end of the needle tube (201), the washing inclined direction of the long circular needle holes (2011) corresponds to the head of the loosening head, and a quick connector (2021) is arranged at the tail end of the needle handle (202); the loosening head structure at least comprises a spherical loosening head (2012), a flat loosening head (2013) and a conical loosening head (2014).

the main body (4) is provided with a flushing cavity (41) and a water absorbing cavity (42), the upper ends of the flushing cavity (41) and the water absorbing cavity (42) are respectively provided with a flushing and water absorbing pressure indicating valve (5), supporting pieces (19) are arranged inside the flushing cavity (41) and the water absorbing cavity (42), a spring (6) is arranged between the pressure indicating valve (5) and the supporting pieces (19), the outer wall of the pressure indicating valve (5) is provided with an annular groove (51), a flushing sealing cavity is formed between the annular groove (51) on the flushing pressure indicating valve and the inner wall of the flushing cavity (41), and a water absorbing sealing cavity is formed between the annular groove (51) on the water absorbing pressure indicating valve and the inner wall of the water absorbing cavity (42); one side of the bottom of the flushing cavity (41) is provided with a communicating hole (45) connected with a joint flushing needle connector, the other side of the bottom of the flushing cavity is communicated with a water suction cavity (42), and a flushing channel (43) communicated with a flushing sealing cavity and a water suction channel (44) communicated with the water suction sealing cavity are arranged in the middle of the main body (4).
