Description

一种制氧站污氮回收利用装置
技术领域
本专利申请属于污氮回收设备技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种制氧站污氮回收利用装置。
背景技术
随着制氧站公司生产设备的扩容改造和新设备的逐步投产,氮气的消耗用量大大增加,氧气站在用户生产高峰时段出现氮气供应不足的问题。现阶段在生产高峰时段,制氧站正常使用透平氮压机外供氮气的同时,也采用汽化液氮向用户供应氮气,这种供气方式易造成用户生产不稳定,同时减少了液氮的外销量。
制氧站生产工艺过程中的污氮可以用来作为分子筛再生气源和水冷塔冷源,由于该污氮纯度约为99%N2,能满足氮气密封、除尘反吹、仪表用气、煤气设施吹扫等对氮气浓度要求不高的用户,因此需要采用合理的工艺手段对该污氮进行回收利用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种制氧站污氮回收利用装置,可以使制氧站污氮利用率更充分,从而保证氮气稳定供应的同时,还可以大量提高液氮外销量,有效利用资源,提高公司效益,并可杜绝严重事故的发生。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种制氧站污氮回收利用装置,包括与空分塔内的污氮源连接的污氮总管、与污氮总管分别连接的污氮管道Ⅰ和污氮管道Ⅱ、串联设置在污氮管道Ⅱ上的氮压机和检测控制元件、与污氮管道Ⅰ出口连接的水冷塔、与水冷塔的出水口连接的水泵、与水泵出水口连接的汽化器和冰机,污氮管道Ⅱ的出氮口与用户连接,检测控制元件连接控制中心,汽化器和冰机的出水口均连接水冷塔的进水口,汽化器的液体入口连接液态物、气体出口输出气态物。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:检测控制元件包括气动调节阀、质量流量计、压力变送器的一种或多种。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:氮压机为低压氮气压缩机。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:汽化器为液氩汽化器,液态物和气态物分别为液氩和氩气。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:水冷塔为闭式水冷塔,冰机为流态冰机。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型取得的有益效果是:可以使制氧站污氮充分利用,从而保证氮气稳定供应的同时,还可大量提高液氮外销,提高公司效益,具体为:
1.空分生产工艺过程中用来作为水冷塔冷源的污氮,通过另敷设管道将其部分分流引出,经过低压氮气压缩机送入单独管网直达污氮用户。
2.引出部分污氮后,水冷塔的冷水效果将受到影响,可将塔内的水通过水泵送至液氩汽化器冷却后送回水冷塔,并增设一台冰机作为备用。实现水冷塔在污氮量减少的情况下冷量保持在设计值,同时回收液氩汽化的冷量,实现节能减排。
3.在新架设的污氮管道上设置气动调节阀、质量流量计、压力变送器等检测检测控制元件,在DCS中编写集中控制程序反馈到集控画面中。

本实用新型公开了一种制氧站污氮回收利用装置,包括与空分塔内的污氮源连接的污氮总管1、与污氮总管1分别连接的污氮管道Ⅰ9和污氮管道Ⅱ10、串联设置在污氮管道Ⅱ10上的氮压机2和检测控制元件11、与污氮管道Ⅰ9出口连接的水冷塔3、与水冷塔3的出水口连接的水泵4、与水泵4出水口连接的汽化器6和冰机5,污氮管道Ⅱ10的出氮口与用户12连接,检测控制元件11连接控制中心,汽化器6和冰机5的出水口均连接水冷塔3的进水口,汽化器6的液体入口连接液态物、气体出口输出气态物。氮压机2为低压氮气压缩机,汽化器6为液氩汽化器,液态物和气态物分别为液氩7和氩气8。
检测控制元件11包括气动调节阀、质量流量计、压力变送器的一种或多种,如果是多种则和氮压机2依次串联在污氮管道Ⅱ10上。水冷塔3为闭式水冷塔,冰机5为流态冰机。
通过本装置,可以使制氧站污氮充分利用,从而保证氮气稳定供应的同时,还可大量提高液氮外销,提高公司效益。

1.一种制氧站污氮回收利用装置,其特征在于:包括与空分塔内的污氮源连接的污氮总管(1)、与污氮总管(1)分别连接的污氮管道Ⅰ(9)和污氮管道Ⅱ(10)、串联设置在污氮管道Ⅱ(10)上的氮压机(2)和检测控制元件(11)、与污氮管道Ⅰ(9)出口连接的水冷塔(3)、与水冷塔(3)的出水口连接的水泵(4)、与水泵(4)出水口连接的汽化器(6)和冰机(5),污氮管道Ⅱ(10)的出氮口与用户(12)连接,检测控制元件(11)连接控制中心,汽化器(6)和冰机(5)的出水口均连接水冷塔(3)的进水口,汽化器(6)的液体入口连接液态物、气体出口输出气态物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制氧站污氮回收利用装置,其特征在于:检测控制元件(11)包括气动调节阀、质量流量计、压力变送器的一种或多种。
