Thus, the first reel 62 and the second reel 63 rotatably mounted on the sliding wiping frame 61 can be effectively used for winding the wiping tape; the wiping tape pulling mechanism 64 is used for pressing the wiping tape between the first reel 62 and the second reel 63 onto the battery to be cleaned, so that when the wiping tape pulling mechanism 64 presses the wiping tape onto the battery to be cleaned and the first reel 62 and the second reel 63 rotate to drive the wiping tape to slide, the wiping tape can wipe on the liquid injection port of the battery to be cleaned, and therefore the liquid injection port is cleaned.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the arrangement direction of the battery conveying device 5 is arranged to intersect the arrangement direction of the feeding device 4, and more specifically, the arrangement direction of the battery conveying device 5 is arranged to be perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the feeding device 4. The sliding wiping device 6 and the rotary wiping device 2 are erected above the battery conveying device 5, so that the battery conveying device 5 can directly convey the battery to be cleaned to the position below the sliding wiping device 6 and the rotary wiping device 2 for cleaning operation, the sliding wiping device 6 is positioned in front of the rotary wiping device 2 in the moving direction of the battery to be cleaned, namely, the battery conveying device 5 firstly conveys the battery to be cleaned to the position of the sliding wiping device 6 for sliding wiping and cleaning through the sliding wiping device 6 and then conveys the battery to the position of the rotary wiping device 2 for rotary wiping and cleaning, and therefore a liquid injection port can be cleaned efficiently and comprehensively; the material distributing device 3 and the rotary wiping device 2 are respectively arranged at two sides of the material feeding device 4, so that the cleaning equipment for the liquid injection port effectively utilizes the space of the supporting table 1, and the arrangement space of the whole cleaning equipment for the liquid injection port is saved.

Claims (10)

1. A liquid pouring port cleaning device, comprising:
a support table;
a battery transport device for providing a battery to be cleaned;
the rotary wiping device is used for receiving the battery provided by the battery conveying device and enabling the cleaning piece to rotate so as to clean the liquid injection port of the battery to be cleaned, and the rotary wiping device is arranged on the supporting table;
the material distributing device is used for placing cleaning pieces; and
and the feeding device is used for clamping the cleaning piece from the distributing device and sending the cleaning piece to the rotary wiping device, and the feeding device is arranged between the rotary wiping device and the distributing device.

The liquid pouring port cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the rotary wiping means includes a rotary wiping frame provided on the support table, an elevating mechanism provided slidably on the rotary wiping frame, a drive mechanism connected to the elevating mechanism, and a wiping mechanism provided on the elevating mechanism; the driving mechanism is used for driving the lifting mechanism to slide on the rotary wiping frame, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the wiping mechanism to do lifting motion; the wiping mechanism comprises a first clamping piece and a rotary power piece, wherein the first clamping piece is used for clamping the cleaning piece from the feeding device, and the rotary power piece is used for driving the first clamping piece to rotate.

The spout cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the elevating mechanism includes an elevating guide provided on the rotating wiper rack, a mounting seat slidably provided on the elevating guide, and an elevating power member connected to the mounting seat; the installation seat is provided with a buffer rail and an elastic shaft which are the same as the extension direction of the lifting guide rail, and the wiping mechanism is arranged on the buffer rail in a sliding mode and connected to one end of the elastic shaft.

The cleaning equipment for the liquid injection port according to claim 4, wherein the material distributing device further comprises a sorting mechanism arranged on the material distributing frame and a clamping mechanism arranged on the material distributing shaft; the sorting mechanism is used for pushing the cleaning piece falling onto the material receiving piece to enable the cleaning piece to be matched with the material receiving piece in place, and the clamping mechanism is used for pushing the cleaning piece matched with the material receiving piece in place to enable the cleaning piece to be clamped on the material receiving piece.
