a handling system based on high-quality irregular crystal bars comprises a tray device, a transfer device and a handling device used for handling the crystal bars;
the carrying device comprises a moving frame and a lifting mechanism arranged on the moving frame; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting frame arranged on the moving frame and a driving assembly used for driving the lifting frame to lift, a plurality of carrying forks used for carrying crystal bars are arranged on the lifting frame at intervals, and each carrying fork is provided with a limiting groove used for limiting the movement of the crystal bars; a positioning mechanism for positioning the crystal bar is arranged on the movable frame corresponding to the position below the carrying fork;
the tray device comprises a tray frame, wherein a bearing groove used for bearing the crystal bar is arranged on the tray frame, and a limiting mechanism used for limiting the moving frame to enter is arranged on the tray frame corresponding to the bearing groove.
Furthermore, a plurality of anti-collision guide wheels are arranged around the movable frame.
Furthermore, a supporting roller is rotatably arranged at the position, corresponding to the limiting groove, on the carrying fork.
Furthermore, the carrying fork is connected with the lifting frame through the pull rod, a triangular reinforcing part is arranged on the carrying fork corresponding to the pull rod, and a lightening hole is formed in the reinforcing part.
Furthermore, the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning block arranged on the movable frame, and a positioning groove for bearing the crystal bar is arranged on the positioning block; and the position of the positioning block corresponding to the positioning groove is provided with an anti-slip gasket for limiting the crystal bar and a detection assembly for measuring the weight of the crystal bar.
Furthermore, the detection assembly comprises a pressure sensor arranged on the positioning block, and a display used for displaying data of the pressure sensor is arranged on the movable frame.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention has simple structure and easy use, can realize the high-efficiency transfer of various irregular crystal bars, and the crystal bars are not easy to be damaged in the transfer process, thereby greatly improving the efficiency and the safety of the crystal bar transfer; by using the matched moving frame and the matched tray frame, an operator can realize the quick butt joint of the moving frame and the tray frame through simple operation, so that the carrying efficiency of the crystal bar is greatly improved; through set up multiple mechanism on removing frame and tray frame, further improved stability and the security of crystal bar in the transportation.

A handling system based on high-quality irregular crystal bars is shown in figures 1 to 4 and comprises a tray device, a transfer device and a handling device for handling the crystal bars;
the specific working mode is that the conveying device conveys the crystal bars to the tray device for cooling, the conveying device conveys the crystal bars to the transfer device after the crystal bars are cooled, and the transfer device transfers the crystal bars;
the carrying device comprises a moving frame 1 and a lifting mechanism arranged on the moving frame 1; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting frame 2 arranged on a moving frame 1 and a driving assembly 3 used for driving the lifting frame 2 to lift, a plurality of carrying forks 4 used for carrying crystal bars are arranged on the lifting frame 2 at intervals, and each carrying fork 4 is provided with a limiting groove used for limiting the movement of the crystal bars; a positioning mechanism for positioning the crystal bar is arranged on the movable frame 1 corresponding to the position below the carrying fork 4;
specifically, mecanum wheels are mounted at the bottom of the moving frame 1, so that the rotating performance of the moving frame 1 is improved, multi-angle running of the moving frame 1 is realized, the moving frame 1 can be moved randomly, a transportation handle 10 convenient for an operator to push the moving frame 1 is arranged on one side of the moving frame 1, and a material taking handle 9 used for pushing the moving frame 1 to load and unload crystal bars is arranged on the position, corresponding to the lifting frame 2, of the moving frame 1; an operator can drive the movable frame 1 through the transportation handle 10 to move fast, when the crane 2 is needed to load and unload the crystal bar, the operator can use the material taking handle 9 to stably move the movable frame 1, and through setting different handles, the accurate control of the movable frame 1 is realized, and the stability and the convenience of operation of the movable frame 1 are greatly improved.
The tray device comprises a tray frame 16, a bearing groove 18 for bearing a crystal bar is arranged on the tray frame 16, and a limiting mechanism for limiting the moving frame 1 to enter is arranged on the tray frame 16 corresponding to the bearing groove 18;
a supporting roller 5 is rotatably arranged on the carrying fork 4 at a position corresponding to the limiting groove; specifically, the supporting rollers 5 can change sliding friction into rolling friction, abrasion of the carrying fork 4 to the crystal bar is reduced, meanwhile, operators can rotate the crystal bar and detect the crystal bar conveniently, reliability and safety of the carrying device are greatly improved, and probability of damage of the crystal bar in the carrying process is reduced.
The carrying fork 4 is connected with the lifting frame 2 through a pull rod 12, a triangular reinforcing part 6 is arranged on the carrying fork 4 corresponding to the pull rod 12, and a lightening hole 7 is arranged in the middle of the reinforcing part 6; specifically, one end of the carrying fork 4 is mounted on the lifting frame, the other end of the carrying fork 4 is provided with a limiting groove, the pull rod 12 is mounted in the middle of the carrying fork 4, and the lifting frame 2 and the carrying fork 4 can form a stable triangular structure through the arrangement of the pull rod 12, so that the stability and the structural strength of the carrying fork 4 in the moving process are greatly improved; the triangular reinforcing part 6 arranged on the carrying fork 4 can not only strengthen the structural strength of the carrying fork 4, but also increase the contact area between the carrying fork 4 and the pull rod 12, further improve the connection stability of the pull rod 12 and the carrying fork 4, and meanwhile, through the lightening hole 7 arranged on the reinforcing part 6, under the condition of ensuring the strength of the reinforcing part 6, the whole weight of the carrying fork 4 can be properly reduced, thereby being beneficial to reducing the power consumption of the carrying device.
The driving assembly 3 comprises an electric cylinder for driving the lifting frame 2 to lift, the lifting frame 2 is slidably mounted on the movable frame 1 through a guide roller, and the electric cylinder can be arranged below the lifting frame 2 as long as the lifting frame 2 can be driven to lift; the electric cylinder can adopt the existing electric cylinder, the electric cylinder is a modularized product which integrates a servo motor and a lead screw, the rotary motion of the servo motor is converted into linear motion, and simultaneously the best advantages of the servo motor, namely accurate rotating speed control, accurate rotating speed control and accurate torque control, are converted into accurate speed control, accurate position control and accurate thrust control; realizing a brand new revolutionary product of a high-precision linear motion series.
The positioning mechanism comprises a positioning block 13 arranged on the movable frame 1, and a positioning groove for bearing the crystal bar is arranged on the positioning block 13; the position of the positioning block 13 corresponding to the positioning groove is provided with an anti-skid gasket 15 for limiting the crystal bar and a detection assembly for measuring the weight of the crystal bar; when the workpiece is conveyed by using the conveying fork 4, the crystal bar can be placed in the limiting groove, then the lifting frame 2 is driven to descend, the gravity center of the movable frame 1 is lowered, and the movable frame 1 is moved after the conveying fork 4 is moved to the bottom of the movable frame 1;
it should be noted that, in order to make the crystal bar more stable when the moving frame 1 moves, the operator can continue to control the lifting frame 2 to descend, so that the positioning block 13 can support and limit the crystal bar, and the crystal bar is prevented from shaking in the moving process, and at the moment, the anti-skid gasket 15 can play a good role in limiting the crystal bar, and prevent the crystal bar from sliding in the moving process;
the detection assembly comprises a pressure sensor 14 arranged on a positioning block 13, and a display 11 for displaying data of the pressure sensor 14 is arranged on the movable frame 1; specifically, the pressure sensor 14 may adopt an existing S-shaped weighing sensor or other types of pressure sensors 14, as long as the weight of the ingot can be measured, and the installation of the pressure sensor 14 and the connection with the display 11 are the prior art and are not described herein; through set up pressure sensor 14 on locating piece 13, when operating personnel need measure the weight of crystal bar, also can support the crystal bar through locating piece 13, realize the measurement to crystal bar weight, it is very convenient to operate, through with weighing the function integrated to removing frame 1, the work flow in the crystal bar production process has been reduced, the production and the transportation efficiency of crystal bar have been improved, the unnecessary crystal bar transport has been reduced simultaneously, greatly reduced the probability that the crystal bar takes place to damage.
The tray frame 16 is provided with a guide groove for the movable frame 1 to enter conveniently, guide plates 17 for guiding the movable frame 1 to enter are arranged on the tray frame 16 corresponding to the left side and the right side of the guide groove, and one side of each guide plate 17 facing the middle of the tray frame 16 is provided with an inclined plane part; specifically, the guiding groove can be used for holding and removing frame 1, and the inclined plane portion on the deflector can advance the guiding groove with removing frame 1 quick guide to realize that crane 2 and tray frame 16 adjust well fast, make things convenient for operating personnel to control crane 2 and place the crystal bar on tray frame 16, improved the loading speed of crystal bar greatly.
A plurality of anti-collision guide wheels 8 are arranged on the periphery of the moving frame 1; specifically, crashproof leading wheel 8 not only can play fine anticollision and cushioning effect, crashproof leading wheel 8 can also cooperate with the deflector, when crashproof leading wheel 8 and deflector inclined plane portion contact, rotate along inclined plane portion through crashproof leading wheel 8, avoid removing frame 1 and guide 17 direct impact, the deflector can quick guide remove frame 1 and get into the guiding groove, the convenience and the stability when having further improved removal frame 1 and getting into the guiding groove can prevent effectively that the crystal bar from taking place to rock.
The limiting mechanism comprises a limiting rod 20 which is arranged on the tray frame 16 and corresponds to the bearing groove 18, the length direction of the limiting rod 20 is perpendicular to the length direction of the bearing groove 18, two ends of the limiting rod 20 are arranged corresponding to the left side and the right side of the bearing groove 18, one end of the limiting rod 20 is rotatably arranged on the tray frame 16, and the other end of the limiting rod 20 is provided with a buffer wheel 19; specifically, the buffer wheel 19 can play a good buffer role to prevent the crystal bar from directly colliding with the limiting rod 20.
An adjusting component for driving the limiting rod 20 to rotate is arranged on the tray frame 16; the adjusting assembly comprises a lifting rod 21 which is arranged on the tray frame 16 corresponding to the limiting rod 20, the lifting rod 21 is vertically and slidably mounted on the tray frame 16, the top of the lifting rod 21 is slidably connected with the limiting rod 20 through a sliding block, the bottom of the lifting rod is provided with an anti-collision block 22, and the limiting rod 20 is provided with a sliding chute which is in sliding fit with the sliding block; a tension spring 23 is arranged between the anti-collision block 22 and the tray frame 16, one end of the tension spring 23 is arranged on the anti-collision block 22, and the other end of the tension spring 23 is arranged on the tray frame 16; the crash block 22 is located in the guide groove.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, two guide grooves are correspondingly arranged on the left side and the right side of the tray frame 16, four bearing grooves 18 are arranged on the tray frame 16, wherein every two adjacent bearing grooves 18 form a group, and a position of the tray frame 16 corresponding to the group of bearing grooves 18 is provided with a limit rod 20; one end of each limiting rod 20, which faces the opening of the guide groove, is provided with a buffer wheel 19, and the other end of each limiting rod is rotatably arranged on the tray frame 16 through a rotating shaft;
when an operator uses the carrying device to carry a crystal bar to the tray frame 16, the operator needs to put the crystal bar in the bearing groove 18 close to the middle of the tray frame 16, the crystal bar can press down the limiting rod 20 after being placed, so that the limiting rod 20 drives the lifting rod 21 to move downwards, and the lifting rod 21 drives the anti-collision block 22 to move downwards, when the operator pushes the moving frame 1 into the guide groove again, the anti-collision block 22 can prop against the edge of the moving frame 1 to prevent the moving frame 1 from continuing to go deep into the guide groove, so that the carrying fork 4 can only place the crystal bar in the bearing groove 18 at the edge of the tray frame 16, thereby realizing the limitation of the carrying device on the position of the crystal bar, preventing the operator from mistakenly operating and repeatedly placing the crystal bar in one bearing groove 18, greatly improving the safety and reliability of the tray frame 16, and further reducing the probability of crystal bar damage.
The transfer device comprises a transfer trolley 24, a guide groove 25 matched with the moving frame 1 is arranged below the transfer trolley 24, and an accommodating groove 26 matched with the carrying fork 4 is arranged above the transfer trolley 24; the guide groove 25 has the similar function as the guide groove and is used for limiting the movable frame 1, so that the transfer trolley 24 can be rapidly matched with the movable frame 1, and the butt joint speed and stability of the transfer trolley 24 and the movable frame 1 are improved; the accommodating grooves 26 on the transfer trolley 24 can be used for accommodating the carrying forks 4, so that the carrying forks 4 can conveniently and quickly place the crystal bars on the transfer trolley 24.
