The sealing rib is mainly designed by considering that the wavy curved surface 14 of the breathing hole cover 5 is matched with the wavy curved surface 8 of the mask body 1, and the sealing is not good under the condition of some deformation, so that the sealing rib is arranged, and the stress area of the sealing rib is small. The sealing effect is good.
Preferably, the nasal mask further comprises a breathing valve, and the breathing valve is arranged on one side of the bridge of the nose.
Preferably, the mask body 1 further comprises goggles for covering eyes, a second bag body 25 or a second annular soft body is arranged at the edge of the mask body 1, a cavity is formed in the second bag body 25, and the mask body 1 is connected with the second bag body 25 or the second annular soft body. The mask body 1 comprises a part for covering eyes and a part for covering mouth and nose. The face mask body 1 is a transparent plane body with equal thickness at the part right in front of eyes.

Preferably, the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 are filled with gas and/or liquid in the cavity thereof, and the volume of the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 at normal temperature and normal pressure is smaller than the maximum volume of the cavity thereof at normal temperature and normal pressure. For example, the maximum volume that can be filled inside the first capsule 2 means the volume of the first capsule 2 that can be filled with the maximum amount of water when the first capsule 2 is sealed at a temperature of 20 degrees celsius at a pressure of gas and/or liquid equal to one atmosphere inside the first capsule 2. When in use, the volume of the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 under normal temperature and pressure is smaller than the maximum volume of the cavity which can be filled under normal temperature and pressure. This is the case when said first and/or second capsule 2, 25 are non-elastic sealed capsules, if elastic, the volume of gas inside said first and/or second capsule 2, 25 is not certain and can fill the whole of said first and/or second capsule 2, 25. That is, if the first and/or second bladders 2, 25 are elastic, the gas and/or liquid therein may be under-filled, which may include a selected amount of inflation gas and/or liquid of one third to one half, or may be over-filled, or even over-head, such that the pressure within the first and/or second bladders 2, 25 is greater than a standard atmospheric pressure. Normal temperature and pressure mean a standard atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 20 ℃. For example, the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 may be gas, liquid, or liquid plus gas, and the volume of the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 refers to the sum of the volumes of gas and liquid, the volume of gas, the volume of liquid, and both the volume of gas and liquid. The fluid in the gas and/or fluid filled cavities of the first and/or second bladders 2, 25 comprises a flowable material in a high elastic state that is a high molecular material, which also flows or deforms under pressure to the other side.
Preferably, the volume of the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 at normal temperature and pressure is less than one third to one half of the maximum volume of the cavity at normal temperature and pressure. When in use, the volume of the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 under normal temperature and pressure is one third to one half of the maximum volume of the cavity which can be filled under normal temperature and pressure, and the gas can be filled before sale or when being used by a customer. For example, because the first and/or second bladders 2, 25 are not filled with gas, the first and/or second bladders 2, 25 can be inflated at the concave part of the human body under the action of small external force and deflated at the convex part of the human body, so that the mask body 1 can be fully attached to the human body, and the whole seal is realized. If the first and/or second bladders 2, 25 are elastic, then the first and/or second bladders 2, 25 can be filled with gas and/or liquid, but the external force required to fully fit the mask body 1 to the human body is relatively large.
Preferably, the first bladder 2 and/or the second bladder 25 are annular bodies with annular cavities in the middle in a tire inner tube shape or annular bladders surrounded by one or more bladders, and the middle of the first bladder 2 is an air inlet and outlet channel. The capsule or capsules enclosing a ring correspond to the ring-shaped first capsule 2 and/or second capsule 25. The first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 and the mask body 1 can be connected in an adhesive mode, or a belt can be arranged to wrap the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 and then be fixed to the mask body 1. With this mask, a specially made filter element 6 can be used, and this filter element 6 is simple in structure, quick to produce, and mass-producible in a short time.
Preferably, the mask body 1 is provided with a threaded hole 34 for connecting with the breathing hole cover 5, the breathing hole cover 5 is provided with a threaded through hole 33 for passing a screw, and the mask body 1 is connected with the breathing hole cover 5 by the screw.
Preferably, the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 is air. The gas and/or liquid in the first and/or second capsule 2, 25 may be a liquid with a high viscosity, so that the requirements on the material of the first and/or second capsule 2, 25 are not high, and water may be used, although it is preferable to use air, which is inexpensive, and the advantage of water is that some materials are permeable to air but impermeable to water. The material with air is more demanding than the material with water.
Preferably, the mask further comprises a soft body part, wherein the soft body part is connected with the mask body 1 and the sealing bag body 2 and is placed between the mask body 1 and the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25. The soft body part is made of soft materials by cutting out the part of the mask body 1 close to the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 into a single part, and the soft body part can be deformed in an auxiliary mode to adapt to the matching with the face.
Preferably, the middle part of the first bag body 2 is provided with soft foam for reducing dead space, an airtight film or a sticker is arranged outside the part of the soft foam, which is in contact with the mask body 1, and the film or the sticker is provided with a structure for sticking a filter sheet. The foamed plastic is soft. The filter element 6 may also be placed on soft foam inside the mask. The middle part of the soft foam is provided with a foam hole, and the foam hole and the breathing hole are concentrically arranged. The soft foam can also be replaced by an air bag.
Preferably, the mask body 1 is provided with a nasal groove 11 for avoiding the bridge of the nose.
Preferably, said first and/or second capsule 2, 25 is provided with an inflation hole 9 for inflating the cavity thereof with gas and/or liquid. The inflation hole 9 in the first and/or second balloon 2, 25 is provided with an air tube 13 for sealing by tying with a rope, and the hole wall of the inflation hole 9 is connected with the air tube 13. The inflation hole 9 of the first bladder 2 and/or the second bladder 25 is sealed by the air plug 16, or the inflation hole 9 is connected with an air pipe 13 or is provided with a sealing structure like an automobile tire, and the air pipe 13 can be tightened by a rope so that the inflation hole 9 cannot escape. The air plug 16 is provided with an inserted air plug head 17, an air plug neck 18 and an air plug bottom 19, the air plug head 17 is provided with a chamfer convenient to insert, and the diameters of the air plug head 17, the air plug neck 18 and the air plug bottom 19 are all larger than the diameter of the inflation hole 9. The first and/or second bladders 2, 25 may be configured without inflation ports 9 or with inflation ports 9. The air pipe 13 is also connected with an air-entrapping balloon for air entrapping, a one-way valve is arranged between the air pipe 13 and the air-entrapping balloon, and the air-entrapping balloon is also provided with the one-way valve.
Preferably, said first capsule 2 and/or second capsule 25 are elastic capsules.
Preferably, the first and/or second capsules 2 and 25 are connected with the mask body 1 through a connecting belt 29, the connecting belt 29 comprises a belt 30 for sleeving the periphery of the first and/or second capsules 2 and 25 and a tail belt 10 for being fastened on the mask body 1, and the circumference of the belt 30 is larger than that of the cross section of the first and/or second capsules 2 and 25. The tail band 10 is connected with the mask body 1 through the connecting band hole 35, and can be connected in an adhesive way or in other ways.
Preferably, the mask body 1 is provided with a hole 20 for installing a rope or elastic band around the head. Since the first and/or second bladder 2, 25 are held under a certain pressure while being engaged with the face, the string or elastic is tightened, and the lace hole 20 is widened to prevent the head from being sore.
Preferably, the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 may be provided as one capsule consisting of a plurality of small capsules.
Preferably, the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 further comprises a high-molecular material in a high-elastic state at normal temperature.
Preferably, the filter element 6 includes a filter body, the filter body is provided with a filter element positioning hole 31 at an edge for fixing the filter, the middle of the filter body is a respiratory gas filtering area, and the filter element positioning hole 31 is matched with the positioning column 28.

Preferably, the filter element 6 is a planar body with a non-planar symmetrical structure, and the non-planar symmetrical structure includes any one or more of the shape of the filter element 6, the number of the filter element positioning holes 31, the position of the filter element positioning holes 31, and the size of the filter element positioning holes 31. By providing a non-planar symmetrical structure, the filter element 6 is prevented from mounting the front and rear faces upside down. The filter element 6 may be centrosymmetric.
Because the filtering component 6 is a plane body, the production process of the product only comprises two working procedures of cutting and welding, and other processes of installing aluminum strips, hanging ropes and the like are not available, so that the production capacity is greatly improved, and meanwhile, all materials used by the filtering component 6 can be used, so that the filtering function can be realized, and the filtering component is not like a mask, and only the front part of the oral cavity is useful.
Preferably, said first and/or second bladder 2, 25 is provided with a support strip 3 preventing arching on the side of the face. This brace 3 primarily prevents the first 2 and/or second 25 bladders from having an arching channel that would allow viruses to enter the mouth when the first bladder 2 and/or second bladder 25 are engaged with the face.
By arranging the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 on the mask body 1, when the mask body 1 is used, the gas and/or liquid in the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 fills the gap between the mask body 1 and the face and keeps a certain pressure, so that the gas is prevented from entering and exiting from the gap between the face and the mask body 1. The gas and/or liquid within the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 may be air or the like. The cost of using air is the lowest. The mask body 1 can be made of transparent materials, so that the face can be seen clearly, and people can not be mistaken. The mask body 1 can be made of hard materials or soft materials.
When the mask is used, the support 7 is firstly arranged in the breathing hole 3 and can be fixed or unfixed, then the filtering component positioning hole 31 of the filtering component 6 is aligned with the mask positioning column and/or the positioning hole 24 to be sleeved, then the filtering component 6 is attached along the wavy curved surface 8 of the mask body by sheets such as a steel ruler and the like, then the breathing hole cover 5 is placed on the filtering component 6, and screws are screwed, so that the mask can be used.
Fig. 11 shows the situation that a strip-shaped capsule body is encircled into a ring, only two ends of the strip-shaped capsule body are fixed, the middle of the strip-shaped capsule body is fixed by a connecting belt, the overlapped parts are not managed and are out of the way, and the capsule body can automatically adjust the thickness because the pressures in the capsule body are equal.
Fig. 12 shows the mask body 1 without the bracket cut out, and the mask body 1 in fig. 2 is cut out, so that the mask body 1 in fig. 2 has a mask body wavy curved surface 8 divided into two parts and a hole in the middle, and the bracket 7 is placed in the middle hole. Of course, the whole wavy curved surface 8 of the mask body can be made into a metal bracket, but the metal bracket and the mask body are integrated.
In addition, the mask body 1 has various shapes, can be attached to the face and can also keep a certain gap with the face, the first capsule body 2 and/or the second capsule body 25 can be purchased outside separately, and then the first capsule body 2 and/or the second capsule body 25 can be connected to the mask body 1. The first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 are arranged at the edge of the mask body 1, the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 are inflated and sealed before use, and gas and/or liquid in the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 fills the gap between the mask body 1 and the face and keeps certain pressure when the mask body 1 is used, so that gas is prevented from entering and exiting from the gap between the face of a human body and the mask body 1. Because the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 can completely fill the uneven part of the face of the human body, the part with low pressure of the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 can be automatically compensated, and the pressure of the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 on each side wall is equal, the mask can be worn comfortably. The first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 can fill the space between the face of the human body and the mask, which is smaller than the maximum diameter formed by the space, and as long as the space is smaller than the specific maximum diameter, the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 block the space to prevent air from entering and exiting. The maximum diameter that the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 can assume is the diameter of a cylinder that the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 can assume by the pressure in its cavity being greater than the local atmospheric pressure. When the mask is not used, the gas in the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 is discharged, and the occupied volume of the mask in the storage or transportation process is small.
When the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 are provided with the inflation holes 9, the mask can be sold after the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 are inflated according to the inflation requirements of the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 without the inflation holes when being sold, the mask can also be sold without inflation, the mask is self-inflated when being used by a user, when the mask is used, the first bag body 2 and/or the second bag body 25 are folded and divided into two halves, one half of the bag body is compressed and cannot be inflated, the other half of the bag body is filled with gas, and the compressed half is released, so that the whole bag body is only half of the gas.
The function of the first capsule 2 and/or the second capsule 25 can also be replaced by soft materials such as silicone, but this is costly and not cost-effective, and the best effect is achieved with a capsule. When the mask is worn, the mask is equivalently isolated from the outside, the isolation can replace the isolation at home, people still work as usual without closing the village, the influence of respiratory infectious diseases on the economy is greatly avoided, the medical expense is saved, and the national health level is improved.
In a particular embodiment, the first and/or second bladders 2, 25 may be provided as a plurality of sealed bladders, with the same effect, but more preferably, the plurality of sealed bladders is stacked from the face to the mask.
In a particular embodiment, the first and/or second body 2, 25 can be provided as a plurality of rows of sealed bodies, divided into an inner row and an outer row, with the same effect, but preferably, the plurality of rows of sealed bodies means a plurality of rows of sealed bodies, like mosquito coils, but with only one layer from the face to the mask.
In one embodiment, the breathing hole 3 is provided right in front of the mask body 1, corresponding to the position of the mouth.
In one embodiment, the breathing holes 3 are disposed on the sides of the mask body 1 corresponding to the corners of the mouth.
In a particular embodiment, said first 2 and/or second 25 capsules may be provided as a plurality of rows of sealed capsules and as a plurality of layers of sealed capsules.
In a specific embodiment, in the mask body 1 with goggles, the edge of the mask body 1 is provided with a third bag 26 for enclosing the mouth, nose and eyes or the first bag 2 for enclosing the mouth, nose and eyes, a second bag 25 for enclosing the eyes or the third bag 26 for enclosing the mouth, nose and eyes or the fourth bag 27 for separating the mouth, nose and eyes. In short, the mask body 1 may enclose the mouth, nose and eyes with only one third bladder 26, as shown in fig. 9; alternatively, a third body 26 may be used to enclose the nose, mouth and eyes and a fourth body 27 may be used to separate the nose, mouth and eyes as shown in fig. 10; it is also possible to enclose the nose and mouth with the first capsule 2 and the eyes with the second capsule 25, as shown in figure 8.

3. The novel face mask according to claim 2, wherein said first bladder has a cavity therein.

The novel face mask according to claim 2, wherein the mask body further comprises goggles for covering eyes, wherein a second bag body or a second annular soft body is arranged on the peripheral edge of each goggle for directly or indirectly contacting with the face of a human body, and the mask body is connected with the second bag body or the second annular soft body.

6. The novel face mask according to claim 4, wherein the face mask body is a transparent planar body with equal thickness at the part right in front of the eyes.

27. The novel face mask according to claim 1, wherein the breathing holes are provided right in front of the mask body or the breathing holes are provided at the sides of the mask body.
28. The novel face mask according to claim 1, wherein the mask body is provided with a nasal groove for avoiding a bridge of the nose.

50. The new face mask according to claim 5, wherein said second bladder is filled with gas and/or liquid in its cavity.
51. A novel face mask according to claim 50, wherein the volume of the second bladder filled with gas and/or liquid in its cavity at ambient temperature and pressure is less than the maximum volume that its cavity can be filled at ambient temperature and pressure.
52. A novel face mask according to claim 51, wherein the volume of the second bladder filled with gas and/or liquid in its cavity at ambient temperature and pressure is less than one third to one half of the maximum volume that its cavity can fill at ambient temperature and pressure.
53. A novel face mask according to claim 52, wherein the gas and/or liquid with which the second bladder is filled in its cavity is air.
54. The new face mask according to claim 5, wherein said second bladder is a tire-shaped annular body with a central annular cavity or a plurality of bladders enclosing a toroidal bladder.
55. The novel face mask as claimed in claim 5, wherein said second bladder is provided as a multi-layered bladder.
56. The novel mask as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second bladder is connected to the mask body by a connecting strap, and the connecting strap comprises a strap ring for being sleeved on the periphery of the first bladder and a tail strap for being fastened to the mask body.
57. The novel face mask according to claim 56, wherein the perimeter of the band is greater than the perimeter of the cross-section of the second bladder.
58. The novel face mask according to claim 5, wherein the second bladder is filled with a solid substance in a high elastic state at normal temperature.
59. The novel face mask according to claim 5, wherein the second ring-shaped soft body is provided as a silicone.
60. The new face mask as claimed in claim 5, wherein said second bladder is an elastic bladder.
61. The novel face mask according to claim 5, wherein the second bag body is further provided with a peripheral absorbent paper for absorbing sweat, and the shape of the peripheral absorbent paper is matched with that of the second bag body.
62. The novel face mask according to claim 5, wherein said second bladder is provided with a support strip to prevent doming on the side that engages the face.
63. The new facemask as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first bladder is provided with an inflation hole for inflating its cavity with gas and/or liquid.
64. The novel face mask according to claim 63, wherein the inflation hole in the first bag body is provided with an air tube for sealing by tying with a rope, and the wall of the inflation hole is connected with the air tube.
65. The novel face mask according to claim 64, wherein the air tube is further connected with an air-entrapping balloon for air entrapping, and a one-way valve is arranged between the air tube and the air-entrapping balloon.
66. A novel mask as claimed in claim 65, wherein said inflatable bladder is also provided with a one-way valve.
67. The novel face mask according to claim 63, further comprising an air plug for sealing the first bladder, wherein the inflation port of the first bladder is sealed with the air plug.
68. The novel face mask according to claim 67, wherein the air lock is provided with an inserted air lock head, an air lock neck, an air lock bottom, the air lock head being provided with a chamfer to facilitate insertion.
69. The novel face mask according to claim 68, wherein the diameter of the head portion, neck portion and bottom portion of the air plug is larger than the diameter of the inflation opening.
70. The new facemask according to claim 5, wherein the second bladder is provided with an inflation hole for inflating its cavity with gas and/or liquid.
71. The novel face mask according to claim 70, wherein the inflation hole in the second bag body is provided with an air tube for sealing by tying with a rope, and the wall of the inflation hole is connected with the air tube.
72. The novel face mask according to claim 70, further comprising an air plug for sealing the second bladder, wherein the inflation hole of the second bladder is sealed with the air plug.
73. The novel face mask according to claim 1, further comprising a soft body portion connected to the mask body and the first bladder, the soft body portion being disposed between the mask body and the first bladder.
74. The novel face mask according to claim 4, further comprising a soft body portion connected to the mask body, the first bladder and the second bladder, the soft body portion being disposed between the mask body and the first bladder and the second bladder.
75. The novel face mask according to claim 2, wherein the first ring-shaped soft body is a ring-shaped body made of silicone or PUV or PEU.
76. The novel face mask according to claim 4, wherein the first and second ring-shaped soft bodies are ring-shaped bodies made of silicone or PUV or PEU.
77. The novel face mask according to claim 76, wherein the first and second soft annular bodies are combined into a double annular body in the shape of a figure 8.
78. A novel face mask according to claim 76, wherein the first and second ring-shaped soft bodies are bonded or welded to the mask body or integrally formed with the mask body.
