As shown in fig. 4, 10 and 11, a circle of welding ring (11) is arranged at the butt joint of the mask main body (1) and the elastomer airbag sealing air cushion (3), the circle of welding ring (11) on the mask main body (1) is arranged in a groove (52) of the combined elastomer airbag sealing air cushion (3), and the mask main body (1) and the elastomer airbag sealing air cushion (3) are processed and connected into a whole by adopting a welding process.
As shown in fig. 13, the filter element (4) is a gas mask filter element (4) which sucks air from both sides of the filter element and filters and adsorbs various toxic gases in the sucked air in two directions, the filter element (4) adopts the combination of activated carbon fibers (403) and a high-efficiency electrostatic melt-blown filter material (404) as a filter and adsorption material, the activated carbon fibers (403) are arranged on a first intake layer of the sucked air to filter and adsorb various toxic gases in the sucked air, the high-efficiency electrostatic melt-blown filter material (404) is arranged on a second intake layer of the sucked air to filter and adsorb micro-particles in the sucked air (the filtering efficiency on oily and non-oily particles is more than or equal to 99.97%).
As shown in fig. 12, a plastic joint (41) for connecting with a mask body is installed on the filter element (4) by adopting a welding process, a circle of sealing ring (411) which is slightly larger than the size of the inner wall of the joint (12) of the mask body is arranged in the plastic joint (41), a circle of welding ring (412) for combining and welding with multiple layers of filtering and adsorbing materials is arranged outside the lower end of the opening of the plastic joint (41), a circle of concave accommodating groove (415) is arranged between the welding ring (412) and the outer wall of the lower end of the opening of the plastic joint (41), 8 supporting strips (413) for supporting the filtering and adsorbing materials with the same structure on two sides and not allowing splicing are arranged at the lower end of the welding ring (412), and 2 connecting ribs (414) are arranged between the 8 supporting strips (413).
As shown in fig. 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, the filter element (4) is a gas mask filter element (4) which can absorb various toxic gases in the air by bidirectional filtration from the air sucked from both sides of the filter element, the filter element (4) is processed by placing a plastic joint (41) on a die for welding a semi-finished product, sequentially stacking a filter-absorbing material on one side of the structure consisting of a spunbonded nonwoven fabric (401), a middle-effect filter cotton (402), an activated carbon fiber (403), a high-efficiency electrostatic melt-blown filter medium (404), and a nonwoven fabric protective layer (405), forming a hole, sleeving the hole on a welding ring (412) of the plastic joint (41), and processing the semi-finished product into a one-finished product by welding; then a semi-finished product welded into a structure on one side is placed on a mould welded with the outer ring of the whole product, the outer surface layer of the semi-finished product is bonded with the spun-bonded non-woven fabric (401) and is attached to the mould, then thin filter cotton (407) and fluffy high-resilience filter cotton (406) are placed, and the semi-finished product is composed of a non-woven fabric protective layer (405), a high-efficiency electrostatic melt-blown filter material (404) and activated carbon fibers (403), the middle-effect filter cotton (402) and the spun-bonded non-woven fabric (401) are sequentially stacked on the other side of the structure to filter the adsorbing material, the multi-layer filter adsorbing material is processed into an integral filter product by adopting a welding process, two inner welding groove rings (421) and outer welding groove rings (422) are respectively arranged on two sides of the welded filter, and then the waste outside the inner side of the outer welding groove ring (422) of the integral filter product is removed, so that a finished product (product) of the filter (4) is processed.

As shown in figure 18, the elastomer air bag sealing air cushion piece (33) is produced by a mould process that the core mould combination is arranged on the open inner wall, the different thicknesses of the walls of each small part of the contact surface of the elastomer air bag sealing air cushion (3) and the human face can be controlled as desired, the wall thickness of the contact surface (339) of the human face is much thinner than that of other parts, the thickness of the bridge of the nose can be thinned much thinner than that of other parts at once, the elastomer air bag sealing air cushion piece (33) is an open elastomer air bag sealing air cushion piece provided with a circle of inclined hollow seams (331), the thickness of the pasting area of the circle of inclined hollow seams (331) is gradually thinned, a core mould (333) with the similar shape by subtracting the wall thickness of each part of the air bag sealing air cushion piece is arranged in the wall of the elastomer air bag sealing air cushion piece (33), a circle of core mould positioning ring (334) which protrudes downwards is arranged at the circle of inclined hollow seams (331) of, after the elastomer airbag sealing air cushion piece (33) is processed and molded, the core mold (333) is taken out from a circle of inclined hollow seams (331), after the elastomer airbag sealing air cushion piece (33) product outside the core mold wall is removed, the core mold (333) automatically resets into the mold, the circle of inclined hollow seams (331) is bonded and sealed, a circle of accommodating groove (332) matched with the mask main body (1) is arranged on the inner side of the elastomer airbag sealing air cushion piece (33), then the edge ring on the outer side of the mask main body (1) is installed in the accommodating groove (332) of the elastomer airbag sealing air cushion piece (33), and the elastomer airbag sealing air cushion piece (33) and the mask main body (1) are assembled.
