を具え、該上部構造面、中部構造面、及び下部構造面が一体成形された構造面とされ、上部構造面と下部構造面が相反する方向に折られて使用時に該上部構造面と下部構造面を展開して中部構造面を支持して隆起させて立体構造マスクを形成できるよう形成されたことを特徴とする、立体構造マスク。
