A production method for a mask comprises the following steps:
the outer layer cloth of the first cloth roller 51 and the outer layer cloth of the fourth cloth roller 54 are respectively placed on the two sides of the filter cloth of the second cloth roller 52 and the sterilization cloth of the third cloth roller 53, and the filter cloth of the second cloth roller 52 and the sterilization cloth of the third cloth roller 53 are placed between the outer layer cloth of the first cloth roller 51 and the outer layer cloth of the fourth cloth roller 54;
secondly, adjusting the position of the first edge folding mechanism 4 on the table board 2, wherein the distance L1 between the folded edge and the unfolded edge of the first edge folding mechanism 4 is more than or equal to half of the outer circumference of the cross section of the air bag 39, so that the cloth 47 folded by the first edge folding mechanism 4 is more than or equal to half of the outer circumference of the cross section of the air bag 39 installed on the cloth tube 21;
(III) adjusting the position of the first connecting mechanism 5 on the table board 2, wherein the distance L2 between the first working line 44 of the first connecting mechanism 5 and the folded edge of the first folding mechanism 4 is more than or equal to half of the outer perimeter of the cross section of the installed airbag 39, so that the inner perimeter of the cross section of the cloth tube 21 made of the first working line 44 is more than or equal to the outer perimeter of the cross section of the installed airbag 39;
(IV) adjusting the position of the second flanging mechanism 6 on the table board 2, wherein the distance L3 between the folded edge of the second flanging mechanism 6 and the folded edge of the first flanging mechanism 4 is more than or equal to three-quarters of the outer perimeter of the cross section of the air bag 39, so that the cloth 47 folded by the second flanging mechanism 6 is more than or equal to three-quarters of the outer perimeter of the cross section of the air bag 39 arranged on the cloth cylinder 21;
(V) adjusting the position of the second connecting mechanism 7 on the table top 2, wherein the distance L4 between the second working line 45 of the second connecting mechanism 7 and the folded edge of the second folding mechanism 6 is greater than or equal to one fourth of the outer perimeter of the cross section of the mounted air bag 39, so that the edge of the flattened cloth tube 21 is not outside the edge of the mask body 22;
(VI) starting the power roller 23 and adjusting the rotating speed of the power roller 23;
and (seventh), the outer layer cloth of the first cloth roller 51 and the fourth cloth roller 54, the filter cloth of the second cloth roller 52 and the third cloth roller 53 and the sterilizing cloth are sequentially stacked together to form the cloth 47, the cloth 47 is placed on the table top 2, the edge of the cloth 47 is aligned with the edge which is not folded by the first edge folding mechanism 4, and the cloth 47 is pulled to the power roller 23.
The balloon 39 is in a filled state when it is pressed by force, and the cloth tube 21 is on both sides of the first working line 44, and in a collapsed state, one side has a dimension of one quarter of the outer circumference of the cross section of the balloon 39. The second flanging mechanism 6 is locked in a folded-back dimension of one quarter of this plus the dimension of the outer circumference of the cross section of the balloon 39 in the collapsed condition, i.e. three quarters of the outer circumference of the cross section of the balloon 39.

Preferably, the method further comprises a step (twelve) of connecting the cut edges of the cloth of the mask body 22 by the fifth connecting mechanism 10 to form the mask body 22.
Preferably, step (thirteen) is further included before step (four), and the cloth tube 21 is made into the cloth tube 21 with double holes for installing the two air bags 39 through the sixth connecting mechanism 11.
According to the invention, the first edge folding mechanism 4 and the second edge folding mechanism 6 are arranged, and the edges are folded, connected and fixed, so that the sewing of a single cloth tube 21 and the sewing of the cloth tube 21 on the mask body 22 are avoided, the trouble of positioning the cloth tube 21 and the mask body 22 is eliminated, and the production efficiency and the product quality are greatly improved. According to the production method, the cloth tube can be automatically produced, and then the fifth connecting mechanism 10 and/or the sixth connecting mechanism 11 and/or the fourth connecting mechanism 9 and/or the third connecting mechanism 8 can be manually operated to complete other procedures such as cutting, welding and the like. The strip-shaped air bag 39 can be installed in the cloth tube 21 on the mask body 22, so that the mask body 22 is required to cover the cloth tube 21.
The air bag 39 is used after being filled with gas and/or liquid having a volume at normal temperature and normal pressure smaller than the maximum volume of the cavity at normal temperature and normal pressure or without being filled with gas and/or liquid but indicating that the volume at normal temperature and normal pressure is smaller than the maximum volume of the cavity at normal temperature and normal pressure. Normal temperature and pressure mean a standard atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 20 ℃.
The volume of the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the air bag 39 at normal temperature and normal pressure is one sixth to five sixths of the maximum volume of the cavity filled at normal temperature and normal pressure or the air and/or liquid is not filled but the volume of the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity at normal temperature and normal pressure is one sixth to five sixths of the maximum volume of the cavity filled at normal temperature and normal pressure. Further, the air bag 39 is used after being filled with gas and/or liquid in the cavity thereof at normal temperature and normal pressure in a volume of one third to two thirds of the maximum volume of the cavity thereof at normal temperature and normal pressure or without being filled with gas and/or liquid but indicating that the gas and/or liquid in the cavity thereof at normal temperature and normal pressure in a volume of one third to two thirds of the maximum volume of the cavity thereof at normal temperature and normal pressure is filled. Further, the volume of the gas and/or liquid filled in the cavity of the airbag 39 at normal temperature and pressure is one half to two thirds of the maximum volume of the cavity filled at normal temperature and pressure or the airbag is used after being filled with the gas and/or liquid at normal temperature and pressure in a volume of one half to two thirds of the maximum volume of the cavity filled at normal temperature and pressure. Further, the air bag 39 is used after being filled with gas and/or liquid having a volume at normal temperature and normal pressure which is one third to one half of the maximum volume of the air bag at normal temperature and normal pressure or without being filled with gas and/or liquid but indicating that the air bag is filled with gas and/or liquid having a volume at normal temperature and normal pressure which is one third to one half of the maximum volume of the air bag at normal temperature and normal pressure.
Because the air bag 39 is not full, under the pulling force of the hanging rope, the mask can compress the air bag 39, and the gas or liquid in the air bag 39 can run to the place where the gap is formed between the mask and the face, so that the gap is filled. The maximum radius of the balloon 39 is R after filling with liquid or gas, so that the balloon 39 can be filled in gaps between 0 and 2R. If the bladder is a multilayer bladder 39, with N layers of bladders 39, the bladder can be filled in the gaps between 0-2 NR. The mask sealed by the air bag 39 has the same pressure at all parts, and can not generate marks on the face. Because the air in the air bag 39 is not full, the air bag 39 can be swelled at the concave part of the human body under the action of small external force and can be shrunken at the convex part of the human body, so that the mask is fully attached to the human body, and the mask is completely sealed. The air-bag 39 and its manner of attachment are important.
In one embodiment, the mask may be made into a three-dimensional mask because the mask cloth is a flat cloth, so that the mask may be raised in some places, and holes may be formed in the raised places to reduce the height of the raised mask.
In a specific embodiment, the table top 2 is provided with elongated holes 38 for mounting, and a lifting cutting mechanism or a rolling welding mechanism or a static sewing mechanism or the like is fixed on the table top 2 by screws through the elongated holes 38 so that the position on the table top 2 along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the cloth can be adjusted.
In a particular embodiment, the electric cabinet 3 is mounted on the table 1.
In one embodiment, the heat staking mechanism may be replaced with a sewing mechanism.
In one embodiment, the diameter of the hob wheel of the cutting mechanism 12, the diameter of the hob wheel of the cutting mechanism 13, the diameter of the hob wheel of the art designing mechanism 49, and the diameter of the hob wheel of the cloth bobbin cutting mechanism 15 are equal.
In a specific embodiment, the folding device further comprises a seventh connecting mechanism for connecting two layers of the folded edge of the second edge folding mechanism 6 into a layer, the seventh connecting mechanism is arranged on the workbench 1 and connected with the electric cabinet, and the working line of the seventh connecting mechanism is tightly attached to the folded edge of the second edge folding mechanism 6. This part is connected.
In a specific embodiment, the cloth folding device further comprises a seventh connecting mechanism for connecting two layers of the folded edges of the second edge folding mechanism 6 into a layer, the seventh connecting mechanism is arranged on the workbench 1 and is connected with the electric cabinet, and the working line of the seventh connecting mechanism is the cloth 47 between the folded edge of the second edge folding mechanism 6 and the second working line 45 of the second connecting mechanism 7. The production device according to claim 1, wherein the cutting mechanism is an elevating cutting mechanism; the cutting mechanism is a lifting cutting mechanism; the splitting mechanism is a lifting cutting mechanism; the art designing mechanism is a lifting cutting mechanism; the lifting cutting mechanism comprises a cutting base and a lifting cutting punch, the cutting base and the cutting punch are arranged on the table board, the cutting base is placed under the cutting punch, the cutting punch can do lifting motion relative to the table board and the cutting base, and the cutting punch and the cutting base are both provided with cutting jigs manufactured according to a cutting task; the hemming plate comprises a hemming plate for hemming the cloth, two ends of the hemming plate are parallel to the table top, and one end of the hemming plate is connected with the other end of the hemming plate through a twisted curved surface; the hemming plate further comprises a cloth pressing plate used for pressing the cloth so as to enable the cloth to be arched, the cloth pressing plate is arranged to be parallel to the table top, and the cloth pressing plate is connected with the hemming plate; the second flanging mechanism also comprises a cloth receiving plate which is used for turning the cloth drum from one side of the table top to the other side, the cloth receiving plate is connected with the flanging plate, the cloth slides into the other side below the table top from the inlet, passes through the flanging of the second flanging mechanism and then slides out of the table top from the outlet, and a cloth ditch is arranged between the inlet and the outlet for communicating the cloth drum to slide; the tail end of the cloth ditch is provided with a slope for transferring the cloth cylinder from one side of the table top to the other side, the top end of the slope is flush with the table top, and the tail end of the cloth ditch is provided with an outlet; the cloth tensioning device further comprises a tension roller, and the tension roller can enable the cloth to be kept in a tensioned state from the tension roller to the power roller.
9. The production method for a neckset according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
the outer layer cloth of the first cloth roller and the outer layer cloth of the fourth cloth roller are respectively placed on the two sides of the filter cloth of the second cloth roller and the sterilization cloth of the third cloth roller, and the filter cloth of the second cloth roller and the sterilization cloth of the third cloth roller are placed between the outer layer cloth of the first cloth roller and the outer layer cloth of the fourth cloth roller;
(II) adjusting the position of the first edge folding mechanism on the table board, wherein the distance L1 between the folded edge and the unfolded edge of the first edge folding mechanism is more than or equal to half of the outer perimeter of the cross section of the air bag, so that the cloth folded by the first edge folding mechanism is more than or equal to half of the outer perimeter of the cross section of the air bag mounted on the cloth tube;
(III) adjusting the position of the first connecting mechanism on the table board, wherein the distance L2 between the first working line of the first connecting mechanism and the folded edge of the first edge folding mechanism is greater than or equal to half of the outer circumference of the cross section of the installed airbag, so that the inner circumference of the cross section of the cloth tube made by the first working line is greater than or equal to the outer circumference of the cross section of the installed airbag;
fourthly, the position of the second flanging mechanism on the table top is adjusted, the distance L3 between the folded edge of the second flanging mechanism and the folded edge of the first flanging mechanism is more than or equal to three-fourths of the outer circumference of the cross section of the air bag, and the cloth folded by the second flanging mechanism is more than or equal to three-fourths of the outer circumference of the cross section of the air bag installed on the cloth tube;
