The control system further comprises a metal proximity switch and a time relay, the metal proximity switch is installed between the collection portion 1 and the measurement portion 2, the metal proximity switch is connected with the time relay, the time relay is connected with the PLC, and the PLC is connected with the first driving motor. The metal proximity switch is used for detecting pipe fitting 6, detects pipe fitting 6 when the metal proximity switch, and time relay begins work, when 6 leave at the pipe fitting, time relay begins the timing, and time relay disconnection after arriving, the first driving motor stop operation of PLC controller control.
