When anchor drilling construction operation is performed on a side slope, the whole side slope drilling platform 3 can be smoothly moved by pulling the chain block 36 because the side slope drilling platform is constructed with the sled-shaped end part which is in contact with the slope surface, so that the side slope drilling platform 3 can be rapidly slid between hole sites as required.

The length of the first beam 34 is 2000 mm and the length of the second beam 35 is preferably 1500 mm. To accommodate the rig size common in the prior art, the width of the space between the two sets of steel pipes/rebars 31 laid on the second beam 35 of the lower planar layer is preferably 500 mm.
