In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A combined surface grinding and electrolytic machining apparatus comprising:
the grinding body can be connected with a power supply cathode to serve as an electrolytic machining cathode, and a through liquid through hole is formed in the grinding body and used for introducing electrolyte;
the grinding blocks are arranged at the end part of the grinding body at intervals to form a grinding area, an exposed area between every two adjacent grinding blocks forms an electrolysis action area, and electrolyte can flow out of the electrolysis action area;
the electrolyte generates electrolytic reaction when flowing through the electrolytic action area, so that a passivation layer is generated on the surface of the workpiece connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, and the grinding block also has the function of removing the passivation layer while processing the surface of the workpiece through the grinding action of the grinding body.
In the embodiment, in the initial stage of machining, the power supply voltage can be increased, the advantage of hardness limitation of the electrochemical machining immature material is fully exerted, the function of removing the material by electrolysis is increased, and the grinding block is only used for scraping the passivation layer generated by the electrochemical machining. With the continuous processing, the power supply voltage can be gradually reduced, the effect of removing materials through electrolysis is reduced, and the grinding effect of the grinding block is increased. The grinding and electrolytic combined machining can effectively improve the machining efficiency of the plane of the material difficult to machine, reduce the abrasion of the grinding wheel, prolong the service life of the grinding wheel and realize the machining of the surface with high precision and high quality.
In various embodiments, the device is applied to, but not limited to, high-strength and high-hardness materials such as titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy, hard alloy and the like, and has a planar structure. The plane of the material difficult to machine is processed efficiently, precisely and at low cost.
Further, the other end of the grinding body, which is far away from the electrolysis action area, is a conductive area and is used for connecting a power supply cathode;
preferably, the grinding body is formed in a diameter-variable cylindrical shape, and the inner diameter of the end portion close to the electrolysis region is larger than that of the end portion close to the conductive region, so as to increase the working area of the machining.
Furthermore, the grinding body is made of brass, and the outer wall and the inner wall of the grinding body except the conductive area and the electrolysis action area are coated with insulating layers.
Further, the grinding action of the grinding body is taken as a rotating action, in the embodiment, the grinding body is driven by the hollow electric spindle to rotate, and the electrolyte can flow into the central liquid through hole of the grinding body through the hollow electric spindle and reaches the electrolysis action area; but is not limited thereto.
Furthermore, the grinding block is made of a diamond grinding wheel and is embedded in the end part of the grinding body.
Furthermore, the height of the grinding block protruding out of the electrolysis action area is 0.2-1 mm.
In this embodiment, there is also provided a combined machining system for surface grinding and electrolytic machining, including:
the above-mentioned plane grinding and electrolytic combined processing device;
a workpiece having electrical conductivity;
the power supply is used for respectively connecting the negative electrode of the power supply with the conductive area through a lead and connecting the positive electrode of the power supply with the workpiece; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the electrolyte flows out of the electrolysis action area through the electrolyte through hole, and an electrolytic cell is formed between the electrolysis action area and the workpiece and is used for carrying out electrolytic machining on the workpiece.
In the embodiment, a plane grinding and electrolytic combined machining method is further provided, and the workpiece is ground and electrolytically combined machined by using the plane grinding and electrolytic combined machining device.
Further, in the grinding and electrolytic combined machining process, the relative strength of the grinding action and the electrolytic action is switched by adjusting the power supply voltage;
preferably, the power supply voltage is adjusted within a range of 10-35V.
In different embodiments, the magnitude of the processing voltage can be flexibly adjusted according to different requirements of processing efficiency, surface quality, service life of a grinding block and the like, so that the efficacy of grinding and electrolysis can be switched. When the requirement on the processing efficiency or the service life of the grinding block is higher, the voltage can be increased, the electrochemical machining effect is increased, more materials are removed by electrochemical corrosion, and the grinding block only scrapes the passivation layer, so that the grinding block is slower in abrasion; when the residual stress of the machined surface is expected to be smaller, the voltage can be increased, the advantage of no residual stress in electrolytic machining is played, the function of removing materials by electrolysis is increased, and the residual stress generated by grinding mechanical force is reduced; when the requirements on surface roughness and flatness are high, the voltage can be reduced, the electrolytic machining effect is reduced, and grinding of the grinding block is mainly used.
The technical solution of the present invention will be further explained by the following specific examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a plane grinding and electrolytic combined machining system, a cup-shaped grinding wheel 5 (i.e., a grinding body) is connected with a power supply cathode 9 as an electrolytic machining cathode, and a workpiece 8 to be machined (i.e., a workpiece) is connected with a power supply anode 10 as an electrolytic machining anode; meanwhile, a diamond grinding wheel block 6 (namely a grinding block) is embedded at the lower part of the cup-shaped grinding wheel 5, and plane grinding can be carried out.
The cup-shaped grinding wheel 5 and a workpiece 8 to be machined form a cavity, but because the grinding wheel block 6 embedded at the bottom of the cup-shaped grinding wheel 5 is higher than the electrolysis action area 4, a gap is generated at the lower part of the electrolysis action area 4, most of electrolyte can flow out of the gap, and passes through the electrolysis machining area at high speed to provide an electrolysis machining medium; a small part of electrolyte flows out from a tiny gap between the grinding wheel block 6 and the workpiece 8 to be processed, and the electrolyte can serve as cooling liquid and remove tiny abrasive dust.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic front view of a grinding body, fig. 3, a sectional view of the grinding body, fig. 4A-a, and fig. 5 and 6, which are partially enlarged, a cup-shaped grinding wheel 5 is made of brass, an insulating layer 3 is coated on the upper and bottom electrolytic action regions 4 of a grinding wheel rod, and a central liquid through hole 2 is formed in the center of the cup-shaped grinding wheel 5 to supply electrolyte during machining. The bottom of the cup-shaped grinding wheel 5 is embedded with a diamond grinding wheel block 6 in a split way, and the electrolysis action area 4 is exposed. During the process of high-speed rotation of the cup-shaped grinding wheel 5, electrolytic machining of the electrolyte action area 4 and grinding machining of the grinding wheel block 6 alternately act on the surface of the workpiece.
The grinding wheel block 6 embedded at the bottom of the cup-shaped grinding wheel 5 is higher than the electrolysis action area 4, so that a gap is formed at the lower part of the electrolysis action area 4, most of electrolyte can flow out of the gap and passes through the electrolysis processing area at a high speed to provide an electrolysis processing medium.
The selective range of the electrolytic machining voltage is as follows: 10-35V, and the height h of the grinding wheel block 6 can be selected within the range of 0.2-1 mm.
The above embodiments, further detailed description of the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, it should be understood that the above embodiments are only examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
