The liquid outlet pipe 9 extends downwards in the middle spacer sleeve 7 and penetrates out of the middle spacer sleeve 7, and then penetrates out of one side of the conical bottom cover of the outer cylinder body 1 in an inclined mode, and therefore a clear juice outlet 9.1 is formed. The lower part of the outer cylinder body 1 is also provided with a plurality of support legs 10, and the outer cylinder body 1 is elevated and supported by the support legs 10.
The working principle of the special settler for removing floating impurities from cane juice is as follows: sugarcane juice containing impurities such as bagasse and silt is tangentially sprayed into the outer barrel body 1 from the raw material inlet 2, so that the sugarcane juice forms a rotating liquid surface in a separation layer between the outer barrel body 1 and the middle separation sleeve 7 to generate a certain centrifugal force, large-particle bagasse with high density in the sugarcane juice, silt and other insoluble substances fall to the bottom along the inner wall of the barrel body of the outer barrel body 1 under the combined action of the centrifugal force and gravity, precipitates are formed under the blocking action of the flow baffle 4 on the conical sealed bottom of the outer barrel body 1, and the precipitates can be discharged outside by controlling the bottom discharge valve 5 at the lower end of the conical sealed bottom of the outer barrel body 1; the foam and the scum generated by the rotating liquid surface enter the bracket 3.1 of the scum overflow port 3 under the action of centrifugal force and are discharged outwards from a scum outlet 3.2 at the lower end of the bracket; the cane juice slowly rises in the interlayer between the middle spacer sleeve 7 and the central overflow cylinder 8, then flows into the central overflow cylinder 8 from a juice overflow port 8.1 at the upper part of the central overflow cylinder 8, and is discharged outwards from a juice outlet 9.1 through a liquid outlet pipe 9; therefore, the impurities such as bagasse, silt and the like in the cane juice are purely physically separated.
