One end of a lower plate body 42 of the broken tower disc 4 is fixed with the inner wall of the primary cooler shell 1, the other end of the lower plate body 42 is provided with a protrusion 44 in an upward protruding mode, a liquid discharge pipe outlet 12 of the primary cooler shell 1 is arranged at the joint of the lower plate body 42 and the primary cooler shell 1 and is positioned at the upper end of the lower plate body 1, so that washed liquid and residues are conveniently left on the upper plate body and are discharged through a slag remover 5, and the residues are prevented from blocking the primary cooler shell; the projection 44 is provided to prevent the liquid from flowing into the lower space through the passage 43, thereby facilitating the discharge of the washed residue to the outside of the primary cooler casing 1 as much as possible.
