背景技术
数控机床是数字控制机床的简称，是一种装有程序控制系统的自动化机床。该控制系统能够逻辑地处理具有控制编码或其他符号指令规定的程序，并将其译码，用代码化的数字表示，通过信息载体输入数控装置。经运算处理由数控装置发出各种控制信号，控制机床的动作，按图纸要求的形状和尺寸，自动地将零件加工出来，在进行数控机床对工件的加工的时候往往会用到抛光刀头，但现有的抛光刀具使用时灵活度不高，使用起来及其的不方便，因此需要进行改进。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种机床用抛光刀头，以解决上述技术问题，为实现上述目的本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种机床用抛光刀头，包括驱动连接轴、连接螺纹、角度固定销、旋转轴、连接齿轮保护壳、角度刻度线、微调连接轴、锥齿轮保护壳、手动握柄、延长杆、从动皮带轮、传动带、抛光轮、研磨补充轮、固定螺栓，所述驱动连接轴一端与车床主轴连接，驱动连接轴另一端通过连接螺纹与旋转轴连接，所述角度固定销设置于旋转轴与连接齿轮保护壳之间的侧面，且角度固定销能够固定连接齿轮保护壳内的连接齿轮，所述旋转轴与连接齿轮保护壳相互连接，连接齿轮保护壳侧表面上涂有角度刻度线，角度刻度线中心设置有微调连接轴，连接齿轮保护壳通过微调连接轴与锥齿轮保护壳连接，连接齿轮保护壳及锥齿轮保护壳内设置有同规格的锥齿轮，两锥齿轮通过啮合连接，锥齿轮保护壳表面通过螺栓与手动握柄连接，所述锥齿轮保护壳与延长杆焊接连接，延长杆末端通过轴杆与从动皮带轮连接，从动皮带轮末端通过固定螺栓与抛光轮连接，所述研磨补充轮通过连杆与延长杆焊接连接，研磨补充轮内设置轴承，能够进行360°旋转。
在上述技术方案基础上，所述锥齿轮保护壳通过微调连接轴能够进行120°旋转，且能够进行固定。
在上述技术方案基础上，所述连接齿轮保护壳通过旋转轴能够相对于驱动连接轴进行360°旋转。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：本实用新型设计合理，解决了现有的抛光刀具使用时灵活度不高，使用起来及其的不方便的问题，能够通过驱动连接轴与连接齿轮保护壳之间的旋转轴对抛光刀具进行整体旋转调节，也能够通过旋转锥齿轮保护壳对抛光轮的角度进行细致微调，能够进行数控加工，同时也能够用手握住手动握柄对工件进行手动加工，宜推广使用。

如图1所示，一种机床用抛光刀头，包括驱动连接轴1、连接螺纹2、角度固定销3、旋转轴4、连接齿轮保护壳5、角度刻度线6、微调连接轴7、锥齿轮保护壳8、手动握柄9、延长杆10、从动皮带轮11、传动带12、抛光轮13、研磨补充轮14、固定螺栓15，所述驱动连接轴1一端与车床主轴连接，驱动连接轴1另一端通过连接螺纹2与旋转轴4连接，所述角度固定销3设置于旋转轴4与连接齿轮保护壳5之间的侧面，且角度固定销3能够固定连接齿轮保护壳5内的连接齿轮，所述旋转轴4与连接齿轮保护壳5相互连接，连接齿轮保护壳5侧表面上涂有角度刻度线6，角度刻度线6中心设置有微调连接轴7，连接齿轮保护壳5通过微调连接轴7与锥齿轮保护壳8连接，连接齿轮保护壳5及锥齿轮保护壳8内设置有同规格的锥齿轮，两锥齿轮通过啮合连接，锥齿轮保护壳8表面通过螺栓与手动握柄9连接，所述锥齿轮保护壳8与延长杆10焊接连接，延长杆10末端通过轴杆与从动皮带轮11连接，从动皮带轮11末端通过固定螺栓15与抛光轮13连接，所述研磨补充轮14通过连杆与延长杆10焊接连接，研磨补充轮14内设置轴承，能够进行360°旋转。
所述锥齿轮保护壳8通过微调连接轴7能够进行120°旋转，且能够进行固定。
所述连接齿轮保护壳5通过旋转轴4能够相对于驱动连接轴1进行306°旋转。
本实用新型工作原理：本实用新型能够进行两级调节，能够通过能够通过驱动连接轴与连接齿轮保护壳之间的旋转轴对抛光刀具进行整体旋转调节，也能够通过旋转锥齿轮保护壳对抛光轮的角度进行细致微调，且抛光轮材质选用绿碳化硅砂轮片，也能够更换为其他抛光轮，如羊毛轮、绒布轮等，长久耐用，延长杆上设置的研磨补充轮，在使用羊毛轮进行抛光的时候，能够在研磨补充轮上涂抹研磨膏，使其抛光装置能够长时间的对工件进行加工。

1.一种机床用抛光刀头，其特征在于，包括驱动连接轴（1）、连接螺纹（2）、角度固定销（3）、旋转轴（4）、连接齿轮保护壳（5）、角度刻度线（6）、微调连接轴（7）、锥齿轮保护壳（8）、手动握柄（9）、延长杆（10）、从动皮带轮（11）、传动带（12）、抛光轮（13）、研磨补充轮（14）、固定螺栓（15），所述驱动连接轴（1）一端与车床主轴连接，驱动连接轴（1）另一端通过连接螺纹（2）与旋转轴（4）连接，所述角度固定销（3）设置于旋转轴（4）与连接齿轮保护壳（5）之间的侧面，且角度固定销（3）能够固定连接齿轮保护壳（5）内的连接齿轮，所述旋转轴（4）与连接齿轮保护壳（5）相互连接，连接齿轮保护壳（5）侧表面上涂有角度刻度线（6），角度刻度线（6）中心设置有微调连接轴（7），连接齿轮保护壳（5）通过微调连接轴（7）与锥齿轮保护壳（8）连接，连接齿轮保护壳（5）及锥齿轮保护壳（8）内设置有同规格的锥齿轮，两锥齿轮通过啮合连接，锥齿轮保护壳（8）表面通过螺栓与手动握柄（9）连接，所述锥齿轮保护壳（8）与延长杆（10）焊接连接，延长杆（10）末端通过轴杆与从动皮带轮（11）连接，从动皮带轮（11）末端通过固定螺栓（15）与抛光轮（13）连接，所述研磨补充轮（14）通过连杆与延长杆（10）焊接连接，研磨补充轮（14）内设置轴承，能够进行360°旋转。
