一般而论,习用车载用空气压缩机1的马达13借由一齿轮机构及一曲柄机构的传动来驱使活塞体14作往复运动。该齿轮机构包含装设在马达13心轴上的小齿轮151及与小齿轮151相啮合的大齿轮152,而曲柄机构的重力块161结合于大齿轮152上,且装设有一连杆164可枢接前述活塞体14,而重力块161设有一轴杆162,该轴杆162的二末端为不同口径的圆柱体,于二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的环垣165,该轴杆162的较大口径的一端具有一向下凹陷的缺口166,该具有缺口166的轴杆162一端设置于前述重力块161上,而轴杆162的较小口径的另一端具有一含有阴螺纹的螺孔163,该轴杆162的较小口径的一端安装在基座11上所设的一轴孔110内,于轴孔110内通常设有一轴承111,轴承111为全圆形的形状构造,曲柄机构的轴杆162借由一螺钉17锁固于轴承111,由于连杆164相对于轴杆162为偏心,当大齿轮152受小齿轮151带动时,活塞体14就会在汽缸12内作往复运动。
然而,习用车载用空气压缩机1的齿轮机构及曲柄机构的装设方式将活塞体14、大齿轮152及曲柄机构相结合后,再将相结合的活塞体14、大齿轮152及曲柄机构相对于基座11上表面112作一倾斜角度Θ,使轴杆162避开基座11,才能将活塞体14推进汽缸12中,再将轴杆162导入轴承111并借由螺钉17锁固于轴承111。该基座11包覆住轴承111上、下端的表面,即基座11上表面112与基座11内装设的轴承111外平面113为不同水平面,基座11上表面112与基座11内装设的轴承111外平面113的间隔距离为距离D,基座11的厚度为距离E,基座11上表面112与大齿轮152的间隔距离为距离B,活塞体14与上表面112的间隔距离为距离F,活塞体14与基座11内装设的轴承111外平面113的间隔距离为距离F+D。活塞体14在汽缸12内作往复运动的过程中,常常会有变形运动的产生,以致影响空气压缩机的效率及降低该空气压缩机的使用寿命。经创作人深入研究之后,发现原因之一来自于习用塑料材质的基座11会因高温而产生稍为软化的现象,因此在活塞体14高频率往复运动时,活塞体14与轴承111相互牵扯的情况下,前述借由一螺钉17将轴杆162与轴承111相锁固的状况下,实际上时常发生螺钉17的阳螺纹171与含有阴螺纹的螺孔163因螺牙的结合深度不够或是锁固螺钉17的扭力不够,导致轴杆162在轴承111的内轮的内径向面产生松动,更甚至造成空转,在活塞体14高频率往复运动下都会造成轴孔110与轴承111略为偏移变形,更导致轴孔110周边的壁面被齿轮机构的大齿轮152的侧面壁增加相互摩擦的现象,导致活塞体14随之偏移,活塞体14无法在汽缸12保持垂向运动,稍有偏角,使得当活塞体14在进行往复运动时,提供轴杆162安装的轴孔110的内壁会因受力不平均而在某一点先形成磨损,而形成非定点圆心的运动,一旦产生此种现象,易使得活塞体14在汽缸12内进行往复运动时会产生变形运动,导致活塞体14及轴孔110内的轴承111容易破坏,再者,该基座11包覆住轴承111上、下端的表面,基座11上表面112与基座11内装设的轴承111外平面113的间隔距离为距离D,使基座11的厚度距离E无法缩小以降低成品的空间,其三,活塞体14至轴承111的力矩为活塞体14至轴承111外平面113的间隔距离F+D,其力矩无法变短以减少轴杆162的倾角,降低轴承111负载,使用寿命降低。

进一步,旋转扭力轮的中央轴孔设置于与大齿轮部相组装结合一体的重量区块,该重量区块下方于中央轴孔外围设有一凸台,该凸台与重量区块一体成型;前述活塞体与旋转扭力轮上的连杆相枢接后,借由一挡扣件卡固于连杆所设的环凹槽中,其防止活塞体在旋转扭力轮运作的期间发生脱落。
通过采用上述技术手段,本实用新型的空气压缩机在旋转扭力轮上设有一具有阴螺纹的中央轴孔及一连杆,旋转扭力轮的中央轴孔对应于一装设有轴承的基座的定位孔内,并借由一螺栓由基座内装设的轴承穿越至旋转扭力轮并螺合固定于中央轴孔中,而旋转扭力轮上的连杆与活塞体相枢接,使活塞体于汽缸内进行往复式压缩动作产生压缩空气,而因旋转扭力轮借由螺栓可直接紧密夹持住轴承,使旋转扭力轮在运作的期间不会产生出螺栓与轴承的定位形成松动、松脱,不易导致第二定位孔之内的轴承被破坏,间接地让活塞体保持在汽缸内进行上下往复直线运动的最佳状态。

具体实施方式
为使更详细了解本实用新型的结构,请参阅图1至图3所示,本实用新型提供一种空气压缩机的改良构造,该空气压缩机2包括有一基座3、结合在该基座3上的一汽缸4、组装在该基座3上的马达5及传动机构。
基座3,其具有多个定位孔,该多个定位孔包含有第一定位孔31及第二定位孔32,于第一定位孔31穿伸有一设在马达5芯端的小齿轮50,于第二定位孔32内装设一轴承6,该轴承6由一外轮61、一内轮62及位于内轮62及外轮61之间的多个滚珠63所组成。
汽缸4可一体地或是利用连接技术来结合在该基座3上,于汽缸4上连通有一储气座41,该储气座41设有一输出气体用的歧管411及一压力表412。
传动机构,其可带动一活塞体54于前述汽缸4内进行往复式压缩动作产生压缩空气,该传动机构包含有一旋转扭力轮57,该旋转扭力轮57上设有一具有阴螺纹的中央轴孔510及一连杆53,该连杆53末端处设有一环凹槽530。
请参阅图2至图4所示,本实用新型空气压缩机2的传动机构的组装方式,其将活塞体54与旋转扭力轮57上的连杆53相枢接,再将活塞体54平行地置进汽缸4中并使旋转扭力轮57的中央轴孔510对应于基座3的第二定位孔32内装设的轴承6内轮62,再借由一螺栓52由基座3内装设的轴承6内轮62穿越至旋转扭力轮57并螺合固定于中央轴孔510中,可借此达到自动化生产。
活塞体54与旋转扭力轮57上的连杆53相枢接后,再借由一挡扣件531卡固于连杆53的环凹槽530中,其可防止活塞体54在旋转扭力轮57运作的期间发生脱落。
前述旋转扭力轮57更包含有一重量区块与大齿轮部51,该重量区块与大齿轮部51可利用粉末冶金技术一体成型成为单一组件或是利用组装式结合成为一体,该大齿轮部51可与前述小齿轮50相啮合。
请参阅图5所示,本实用新型的基座3上表面30与基座3内装设的轴承6外围的最高厚度的上表面60为同一水平面,基座3的厚度为距离A,基座3上表面30与旋转扭力轮57的大齿轮部51的间隔距离为距离B,该距离B大于0,活塞体54与基座3内装设的轴承6上表面60的间隔距离为距离C。因基座3上表面30与大齿轮部51的间隔距离B大于0,其可使旋转扭力轮57在运作的期间,该大齿轮部51转动时不会与基座3上表面30产生摩擦造成磨耗。
为使基座3上表面30与大齿轮部51的间隔距离B大于0,旋转扭力轮57的中央轴孔510可设置于大齿轮部51,该大齿轮部51下方于中央轴孔510外围设有一凸台511,该凸台511可与大齿轮部51一体成型如图2至图5所示,又或者如图6所示的另一实施例,该凸台511可为单一组件,其可设置于旋转扭力轮57下方,再由螺栓52由基座3内装设的轴承6内轮62穿越凸台511至旋转扭力轮57并螺合固定于中央轴孔510中相组装结合。
本实用新型的图7所示的另一实施例,旋转扭力轮57的中央轴孔560可设置于与大齿轮部55相组装结合一体的重量区块56,该重量区块56下方于中央轴孔560外围设有一凸台561,该凸台561可与重量区块56一体成型。
当空气压缩机2进行运作时,因旋转扭力轮57借由螺栓52可直接紧密夹持住轴承6,使旋转扭力轮57在运作的期间不会产生出螺栓52与轴承6的定位形成松动、松脱,不易导致第二定位孔32之内的轴承6被破坏,间接地让活塞体54保持在汽缸4内进行上下往复直线运动的最佳状态。
综观前论,本实用新型提供一种空气压缩机的改良构造,该空气压缩机2的旋转扭力轮57上设有一具有阴螺纹的中央轴孔510及一连杆53,旋转扭力轮57的中央轴孔510对应于基座3的第二定位孔32内装设的轴承6,并借由一螺栓52由基座3内装设的轴承6穿越至旋转扭力轮57并螺合固定于中央轴孔510中,可借此达到自动化生产,而旋转扭力轮57上的连杆53与活塞体54相枢接,使活塞体54于汽缸4内进行往复式压缩动作产生压缩空气,而因旋转扭力轮57借由螺栓52可直接紧密夹持住轴承6,使旋转扭力轮57在运作的期间不会产生出螺栓52与轴承6的定位形成松动、松脱,不易导致第二定位孔32之内的轴承6被破坏,间接地让活塞体54保持在汽缸4内进行上下往复直线运动的最佳状态。

Claims (5)

1.一种空气压缩机的改良构造,该空气压缩机包括有一基座,该基座上具有多个定位孔,其中一定位孔内装设有一轴承;一汽缸,其结合在该基座上;一传动机构,其带动一活塞体于前述汽缸内进行往复式压缩动作产生压缩空气,其特征在于:该传动机构包含有一旋转扭力轮,旋转扭力轮上的连杆与前述活塞体相枢接,该旋转扭力轮上另设有一具有阴螺纹的中央轴孔及一连杆,旋转扭力轮的中央轴孔对应于一装设有轴承的基座的定位孔内,并借由一螺栓由基座内装设的轴承穿越至旋转扭力轮再螺合固定于该具有阴螺纹的中央轴孔中,借此更容易达到自动化生产。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气压缩机的改良构造,其特征在于:该旋转扭力轮更包含有一重量区块与大齿轮部,该重量区块与大齿轮部利用粉末冶金技术一体成型成为单一组件,其与设在马达芯端的小齿轮相啮合。
3.如权利要求2所述的空气压缩机的改良构造,其特征在于:该旋转扭力轮更包含有一重量区块与大齿轮部,该重量区块与大齿轮部利用组装式结合成为一体,该大齿轮部与前述小齿轮相啮合。
4.如权利要求1所述的空气压缩机的改良构造,其特征在于:基座上表面与基座内所装设的轴承外围的最高厚度的上表面为同一水平面,基座上表面与旋转扭力轮的大齿轮部的间隔距离B大于0,其使旋转扭力轮在运作的期间,该大齿轮部转动时不会与基座上表面产生摩擦造成磨耗;前述旋转扭力轮的中央轴孔设置于大齿轮部,该大齿轮部下方于中央轴孔外围设有一凸台,该凸台与大齿轮部一体成型;前述凸台设置于旋转扭力轮下方,再由前述螺栓由基座内装设的轴承穿越凸台至旋转扭力轮并螺合固定于中央轴孔中相组装结合。
5.如权利要求2所述的空气压缩机的改良构造,其特征在于:旋转扭力轮的中央轴孔设置于与大齿轮部相组装结合一体的重量区块,该重量区块下方于中央轴孔外围设有一凸台,该凸台与重量区块一体成型;前述活塞体与旋转扭力轮上的连杆相枢接后,借由一挡扣件卡固于连杆所设的环凹槽中,其防止活塞体在旋转扭力轮运作的期间发生脱落。
