and the second laser range finder is arranged on the telescopic bracket and used for determining and positioning the position of the coil unloading vehicle.
5. The high speed wire uncoiler of claim 4, wherein the telescoping support comprises:
the underframe is fixedly arranged at one end of the fixed track and is positioned on the central line of the fixed track;
at least one light bar is arranged and is arranged on the bottom frame along the vertical direction;
the lead screw is arranged on the underframe and is parallel to the light bar, and one end of the lead screw is connected with a driver;

6. The high-speed wire coil stripping apparatus of claim 3, wherein the height of said correlation grating is adapted to be level with the axial height of the coil on said coil stripping car.

The high-speed wire coil stripping device according to claim 6, wherein the correlation grating comprises a transmitting end for transmitting signals and a receiving end for receiving the transmitted signals, and the transmitting end and the receiving end are respectively located on two sides of the fixed track and are opposite to each other;
the transmitting end and the receiving end are respectively electrically connected with the controller.
8. The high speed wire uncoiler of claim 3, wherein the coil stripper car comprises:
the base is arranged on the fixed track, and the lower end of the base is provided with a roller which is used for sliding on the fixed track;
the unloading frame is positioned above the base and used for unloading the steel coil on the C-shaped hook;
the lifting mechanism is positioned between the base and the unloading frame, is respectively connected with the base and the unloading frame, and is used for lifting the unloading frame; and
and the processor is used for controlling the lifting mechanism to lift and controlling the coil unloading vehicle to move, and is in wireless connection with the controller.
9. The high speed wire uncoiler of claim 8, wherein the lift mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder.
