A rotary shock absorber assembling device is used for assembling a shock absorber and comprises a shock absorber inner tube (102), an oil seal (103) sleeved on the circumference of the shock absorber inner tube (102) and a shock absorber outer tube (101) with a fixing ring (1011), and is characterized by comprising a base (10), a driving assembly, a rotary disc, an oil injection assembly used for injecting oil into the shock absorber outer tube (101), an oil seal pre-pressing assembly used for pre-pressing and positioning the oil seal (103), an oil seal pressing assembly used for pressing the oil seal (103), a pressure testing assembly used for testing the pressure of the oil seal (103) and a material taking assembly, wherein the rotary disc is driven to rotate by the driving assembly, a plurality of mounting parts used for fixing the shock absorber outer tube (101) are uniformly arranged on the circumference of the rotary disc, the installation part is constructed to vertically install the outer tube (101) of the shock absorber, the oil injection assembly, the oil seal pre-pressing assembly, the oil seal pressing assembly, the pressure testing assembly and the material taking assembly are respectively installed on the base (10) and along the circumferential direction of the rotary table in sequence.

A rotary shock absorber assembling device according to claim 1, wherein said rotary disc comprises a first rotary disc (20) and a second rotary disc (21) located above said first rotary disc (20), the first rotary table (20) and the second rotary table (21) are coaxially arranged, the first rotary table (20) and the second rotary table (21) are driven by the driving assembly to synchronously rotate, each mounting part comprises a fixing rod (31) arranged on the first rotary table (20) and a mounting part (22) arranged at the edge of the second rotary table (21), the axis of the fixed rod (31) is vertical to the axis of the turntable, the fixing ring of the outer tube (101) of the shock absorber is sleeved on the fixed rod (31), the mounting piece (22) is provided with a mounting groove for accommodating the outer tube (101) of the shock absorber.
3. A rotary shock absorber assembly device according to claim 2 wherein the mounting member (22) is removably connected to the second turntable (21).

The rotating shock absorber assembling device according to claim 2, further comprising a first height adjusting assembly, wherein the first height adjusting assembly comprises a first screw-nut pair (24), a first handle and a plurality of first guide rods (23), a screw of the first screw-nut pair (24) is inserted into the first rotating disc (20) and the second rotating disc (21), a nut of the first screw-nut pair (24) is fixed to the second rotating disc (21), the plurality of first guide rods (23) penetrate through the second rotating disc (21) and are connected with the first rotating disc (20), and the first handle is fixed to the top end of the screw.

A rotary shock absorber assembling device according to claim 1, wherein the oil seal pre-pressing assembly comprises a first bracket (41), a first hydraulic cylinder (42) and a pre-pressing member (43), the first bracket (41) is mounted on the base (10), the first hydraulic cylinder (42) is fixedly mounted on the first bracket (41), and the pre-pressing member (43) is fixed on the output end of the first hydraulic cylinder (42) so as to drive the pre-pressing member (43) to lift and fall through the first hydraulic cylinder (42);
one end, close to the rotating disc, of the pre-pressing piece (43) is provided with a first pressing portion (431), the first pressing portion (431) is configured into an annular step, the axis of the annular step is used for being collinear with the axis of the outer damper pipe (101), and a first hole for accommodating the inner damper pipe (102) is axially arranged in the first pressing portion (431).

The assembling device of the rotary shock absorber of claim 1, wherein the oil seal pressing assembly comprises a second bracket (51), a second hydraulic cylinder (52) and an oil seal pressing member (53), the second bracket (51) is mounted on the base (10), the second hydraulic cylinder (52) is fixedly mounted on the second bracket (51), and the oil seal pressing member (53) is fixed on the output end of the second hydraulic cylinder (52) so as to drive the oil seal pressing member (53) to move up and down through the second hydraulic cylinder (52);
one end, close to the turntable, of the oil seal pressing piece (53) is provided with a second pressing portion (531), the second pressing portion (531) is constructed with an arc-shaped surface matched with the oil seal (103), and a second hole for accommodating the inner tube (102) of the shock absorber is formed in the axial direction of the second pressing portion (531).

The rotary shock absorber assembling apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the pressure testing assembly comprises a fixing plate (81), a third hydraulic cylinder (61), a pressure sensor (62) and a first jaw cylinder (63), the fixing plate (81) is horizontally disposed and fixed on the second bracket (51), the third hydraulic cylinder (61) is installed on the fixing plate (81), and the pressure sensor (62) is installed between an output end of the third hydraulic cylinder (61) and the first jaw cylinder (63).

The rotary shock absorber assembling device according to claim 7, further comprising a second height adjusting assembly, wherein the second height adjusting assembly comprises a first mounting plate (85), a second lead screw nut pair (82) and a second handle (83), the first mounting plate (85) is of a U-shaped structure and is mounted on the second bracket (51), the second lead screw nut pair (82) is rotatably mounted between two ends of the first mounting plate (85), the second handle (83) is fixed at one end of the second lead screw nut pair (82), and the fixing plate (81) is connected to the periphery of the nut of the second lead screw nut pair (82).

The rotary shock absorber assembling apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a material taking assembly including a second mounting plate (71), a second jaw cylinder (72) and a driving member, the driving member being mounted on the base (10), the second jaw cylinder (72) being mounted on the driving member through the second mounting plate (71) to be moved close to or away from the turntable through the driving member.
