Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种外向折叠影像显示装置用保护外壳,在即使是适用于外向折叠影像显示装置也能够不受干扰地自由执行以折叠轴为中心的画面显示区域的折叠以及展开动作的日记本式外壳或减震一体型外壳中,通过在下盖中适用画面透射窗口而使得使用者即使是在不打开其下盖的情况下也能够轻易地对以折叠状态收纳到下盖内侧并处于激活状态的柔性影像显示装置的下部面影像信息进行确认。

外向折叠影像显示装置用保护外壳
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种即使是适用于包含柔性OLED的柔性显示装置的显示面以折叠轴为基准背向折叠的外向折叠影像显示装置时也能够避免柔性显示装置的折叠以及展开动作受到限制的外向折叠影像显示装置用的保护外壳。
背景技术
随着现有的板状智能手机以及平板电脑装置等形状不可变影像显示装置的普遍化,能够在日记本形态的外壳内侧空间对影像显示装置进行收纳保管的同时还能够对卡片进行收纳的日记本式外壳(大韩民国注册专利:10-1192287,大韩民国注册实用新型:30-0473451)、在减震外壳的基础上结合日记本式外壳功能的减震一体型外壳(大韩民国注册实用新型:20-0460260) 等附加产品被广泛使用,且随之提出了多种相关的专利技术。
日记本式外壳以及减震一体型外壳,包括:下部面固定板,被贴紧固定或组装固定到如智能手机或平板电脑等现有的形状不可变影像显示装置的画面显示面的相反一面;转动连接板,在下部面固定板的一端延长形成或一侧末端部分粘接连接到下部面固定板的末端部分;以及,上部面盖板,在转动连接板的相反一侧末端部分延长形成或粘接连接到转动连接板的相反一侧末端部分,从而选择性地对画面显示面进行覆盖;其中,在上部面盖板的内侧面形成有用于对卡片进行收纳的卡片袋以及可在不打开上部面盖板的情况下对画面信息进行确认的基本透射窗口。
上述日记本式外壳以及减震一体型外壳都是以板状形态适用于形状不可变影像显示装置且用于对画面显示面的信息进行确认的画面透射窗口仅适用于上部面盖板,而且不能适用于在通过铰链轴的旋转而执行柔性显示装置的折叠以及展开动作时外周形状发生变化的外向折叠影像显示装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要达成的技术课题在于,在即使是适用于外向折叠影像显示装置也能够不受干扰地自由执行以折叠轴为中心的画面显示区域的折叠以及展开动作的日记本式外壳或减震一体型外壳中,使得使用者即使是在不打开其下盖的情况下也能够轻易地对以折叠状态收纳到下盖内侧的柔性影像显示装置的被激活的下部面影像信息进行确认。
为了达成如上所述的技术课题,适用本实用新型的实施例在即使是适用于外向折叠影像显示装置也能够不受干扰地自由执行以折叠轴为中心的画面显示区域的折叠以及展开动作的外向折叠影像显示装置用保护外壳的下盖中适用与照相机窗口独立的画面透射窗口。
通过适用本实用新型的实施例,使用者即使是在不打开适用于外向折叠影像显示装置中的日记本形态保护外壳或减震一体型保护外壳的下盖的情况下也能够实时地对以折叠状态收纳到下盖内侧的柔性影像显示装置的被激活的下部面影像信息进行确认。
为了解决如上所述的问题,本实用新型涉及的外向折叠影像显示装置用保护外壳,其为适用于在柔性显示装置折叠以及展开时外周形状发生变化的外向折叠影像显示装置,能够不受干扰地自由执行画面显示区域的折叠以及展开动作的外壳,其特征在于,包括:下盖,以固定或组装到所述外壳的一侧的状态选择性地对柔性显示装置的折叠状态收纳保管部分进行覆盖;以及,画面透射窗口,在不转动打开所述下盖的情况下,能够对折叠保管到下盖内侧面的柔性显示装置折叠状态收纳保管部分的被激活的画面显示信息进行确认。
其中,所述画面透射窗口具有贯通开放下盖的结构。
其中,所述画面透射窗口具有贯通开放下盖之后,利用透明材质覆盖开放部分的结构。

具体实施方式
接下来,将结合附图对适用本实用新型的实施例进行详细的说明。
在本说明书中所使用的术语只是为了对实施例进行说明,并不是为了对本实用新型进行限定。在本说明书中除非另有明确的说明,否则单数型语句还包含复数型含义。此外,按照说明的顺序记载的参考符号并不受到上述顺序的限定。
图1是在现有的板状智能手机以及平板电脑装置等形状不可变影像显示装置所适用的日记本式外壳以及减震一体型外壳上适用基本投射窗口的概念图。
如图1所示,在现有的板状智能手机以及平板电脑等形状不可变影像显示装置10中,为了追加形状不可变影像显示装置10的保护或收纳功能,能够适用如日记本式外壳11(大韩民国注册专利:10-1192287,大韩民国注册实用新型:30-0473451)以及减震一体型外壳16(大韩民国注册实用新型: 20-0460260)等附加产品。
此外如图1所示,日记本式外壳11,包括:上部面盖板13,通过使用者的转动操作选择性地对形状不可变影像显示装置10的画面显示面进行覆盖;转动连接板14,由上部面盖板13的转动轴末端一部分延长形成或将与上部面盖板13独立且容易展开以及折叠的材质粘接或连接固定到上部面盖板13的转动轴末端部分;以及,下部面固定板15,由转动连接板14的一侧末端延长形成或粘接连接到转动连接板14的一侧末端,通过粘接固定到形状不可变影像显示装置10的画面显示面的相反一面或利用固定带12挂接固定到各个角落而不可转动。
在将形状不可变影像显示装置10固定到下部面固定板15时,能够适用粘接方式、利用固定带12的挂接方式以及在形状不可变影像显示装置10的画面显示面的相反一面利用固定螺丝固定到下部面固定板15的螺丝固定方式。
如图1所示,减震一体型外壳16,包括:上部面盖板13,通过使用者的转动操作选择性地对形状不可变影像显示装置10的画面显示面进行覆盖;转动连接板14,由上部面盖板13的转动轴末端一部分延长形成或将与上部面盖板13独立且容易展开以及折叠的材质粘接连接到上部面盖板13的转动轴末端部分;以及减震下部板17,以无接缝的状态对形状不可变影像显示装置10 的整个外周部分进行循环包裹并固定为不可转动的状态,以画面显示部分开放但画面显示面的相反一侧面闭合的状态粘接连接到转动连接板14。
如图1所示,因为下部面固定板15以及减震下部板17被固定到影像显示装置的画面显示面的相反一面而形成不能够像上部面盖板13一样转动打开的结构,因此如果将日记本式外壳11或减震一体型外壳16适用于外向折叠影像显示装置,则在打开外向折叠影像显示装置的铰链时会因为不可转动打开的下部面固定板15或减震下部板17而导致被折叠收纳到下部面固定板15 以及减震下部板17内侧的折叠收纳显示面被限制在折叠状态从而无法展开的结构性问题。
因此,需要开发出一种与形状不可变影像显示装置10不同的在柔性显示装置折叠以及展开时外周形状发生变化的外向折叠影像显示装置20用的保护外壳,为此本发明人已经申请了多种形态的保护外壳。
此外,配备柔性显示装置的外向折叠影像显示装置,具有能够根据画面显示面的折叠特性而在折叠状态下裸露任意面时都能够通过对裸露面进行识别而为使用者激活裸露面的功能为宜。
在如上所述的具有裸露面识别功能的外向折叠影像显示装置中,当被激活的裸露面为位于没有适用基本透射窗口的下盖一侧的面时,只有打开下盖才能够对画面显示信息进行确认,而且在本发明人所申请的上述专利中构成外向折叠影像显示装置用保护外壳的下盖中,并没有适用与基本透射窗口独立的用于下部面的透射窗口,因此在打开下盖之前无法对以折叠状态收纳到下盖内侧并被激活的柔性影像显示装置的下部面影像信息进行确认。
本实用新型的目的在于解决如上所述的问题,图2是即使是适用于外向折叠影像显示装置也能够不受干扰地自由执行以折叠轴为中心的画面显示区域的折叠以及展开动作的外向折叠影像显示装置用保护外壳的下盖中适用画面透射窗口的实例图。
如图2所示,本实用新型在即使是适用于在柔性显示装置折叠以及展开时外周形状发生变化的外向折叠影像显示装置20也能够不受干扰地自由执行画面显示区域的折叠以及展开动作的日记本式外壳或减震一体型外壳中,包括:下盖130,以固定或组装到日记本式外壳或减震一体型保护外壳的一侧的状态选择性地对柔性显示装置的折叠状态收纳保管部分进行覆盖;以及画面透射窗口131,可供使用者在不转动打开下盖130的情况下对折叠保管到下盖 130内侧面的柔性显示装置折叠状态收纳保管部分的被激活的画面显示信息进行确认。
如图2所示的画面透射窗口131,能够由维持贯通开放下盖130的状态的贯通画面透射窗口或贯通开放下盖130之后利用透明材质维持开放部分覆盖状态的密封画面透射窗口构成。

Claims (3)

1.一种外向折叠影像显示装置用保护外壳,其为适用于在柔性显示装置折叠以及展开时外周形状发生变化的外向折叠影像显示装置,能够不受干扰地自由执行画面显示区域的折叠以及展开动作的外壳,
其特征在于,包括:
下盖,以固定或组装到所述外壳的一侧的状态选择性地对柔性显示装置的折叠状态收纳保管部分进行覆盖;以及,
画面透射窗口,在不转动打开所述下盖的情况下,能够对折叠保管到下盖内侧面的柔性显示装置折叠状态收纳保管部分的被激活的画面显示信息进行确认。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外向折叠影像显示装置用保护外壳,其特征在于:
