[ detailed description ] embodiments
To make the objects, solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the present application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
Example 1
The embodiment of the range hood provided by the application is shown in figures 1 to 3 and comprises a fan, a metal shell part, a heating part fixed on the metal shell part and a liquid cooling heat dissipation device. The range hood is a top-suction type range hood, the metal shell part of the range hood comprises a smoke collecting hood 7 and a machine shell 10 positioned above the smoke collecting hood 7, and the range hood is integrally inverted-T-shaped. The fan is disposed in the casing 10. The heating element of the embodiment of the range hood is a touch panel 9. And the touch panel 9 is set to be suitable for a user to perform touch operation so as to control the range hood.
A liquid-cooled heat sink configured to be suitable for dissipating heat from the heat generating member. The liquid cooling heat sink comprises a liquid circulating flow pipeline system and a water pump 1 which is suitable for driving the cooling liquid 5 in the liquid circulating flow pipeline system to circularly flow. The water pump 1 is fixed to the cabinet 10 as shown in fig. 2 and 3. Here, the hood shown in fig. 1 has a cabinet 10 to which a water pump 1 is not yet attached. A touch panel 9 provided to be suitable for controlling the water pump 1; that is, the user controls the liquid-cooled heat sink to be turned on and off through the touch panel 9.
The liquid circulation flow pipeline system comprises a heat absorption part 2 attached to the heat generating part and a metal coil 3 hidden in the metal shell part. Because the metal coil 3 is hidden in the metal shell component, the metal coil 3 is invisible under the normal use state of the range hood. The metal coil 3 abuts against the inner wall of the metal shell member to transfer heat to the metal shell member, and then further dissipate heat from the metal shell member. Specifically, the metal coil 3 is attached to the inner wall of the top plate 8 of the fume collecting hood 7, or the metal coil 3 is directly attached to the inner wall of the top plate 8 of the fume collecting hood 7; alternatively, the metal coil 3 may be indirectly attached to the inner wall of the top plate 8 of the fume collecting hood 7, for example, a heat conductive substance such as heat conductive silicone grease or heat conductive potting adhesive is disposed at an interval between the metal coil 3 and the inner wall of the top plate 8 of the fume collecting hood 7 to fix the two together.
In fig. 2, the top plate 8 is not installed on the fume collecting hood 7, so that the metal coil 3 hidden in the fume collecting hood 7 can be seen, and the metal coil 3 is distributed in the whole area of the top plate 8, so that the heat dissipation through the top plate 8 is facilitated to the maximum extent. In fig. 2, the hood 7 is not provided with a front panel and a touch panel 9 fitted to the front panel, and therefore the heat absorbing unit 2 hidden in the hood 7 is visible.
The heat absorbing part 2 comprises a flow receiving chamber, an inlet 11 for cooling liquid 5 to flow into the flow receiving chamber and an outlet 12 for cooling liquid 5 to flow out of the flow receiving chamber. And the liquid flow accommodating cavity is arranged to be suitable for being abutted against the heat generating piece. In particular, the heat absorbing part 2 is a heat dissipating water-cooled head. The cooling liquid 5 used in this embodiment is water. The liquid flow containing cavity is attached to the heating element, and the liquid flow containing cavity can be directly attached to the heating element; alternatively, the liquid flow accommodating cavity is indirectly attached to the heating member, for example, a heat conductive material such as a heat conductive silicone grease or a heat conductive potting adhesive is disposed between the liquid flow accommodating cavity and the heating member at an interval to fix the liquid flow accommodating cavity and the heating member together.
The liquid circulation flow pipeline system also comprises a liquid guide pipe 6. The water pump 1, the heat absorbing part 2, and the metal coil 3 are serially disposed in a pipe of the liquid guiding tube 6, and as shown in fig. 4, the liquid guiding tube 6 is divided into a plurality of sections by the water pump 1, the heat absorbing part 2, and the metal coil 3. The number of the heat absorbing parts 2 is one. The liquid flow accommodating chamber of the heat absorbing part 2 abuts against the touch panel 9. When the water pump 1 is operated, the flow direction of the coolant 5 is shown by arrows in fig. 4. When the water pump 1 is operated, the flowing cooling liquid 5 absorbs heat emitted by the heating element when flowing through the heat absorption part 2, then flows to the metal coil 3, transfers the heat to the top plate 8 of the fume collecting hood 7 through the metal coil 3 (the top plate 8 of the fume collecting hood 7 can further diffuse the heat into the air), then flows back to the water pump 1, then flows through the heat absorption part 2 … … again, and the cycle is repeated.
This range hood embodiment, still includes heat insulating part 13. The metal coil 3 is disposed between the inner wall of the ceiling plate 8 of the hood 7 and the heat insulator 13, as shown in fig. 3. In fig. 2, the thermal insulation 13 is not shown. The thermal insulation element 13, which is a plate body made of a thermal insulation material, is adapted to prevent heat from diffusing through to some extent. Due to the arrangement of the heat insulation piece 13, heat rising from the cooking area of the cooker can only affect the bottom area of the fume collecting hood 7 and can not be transferred to the metal coil 3, and the heat of the metal coil 3 can be transferred to the top plate 8 of the fume collecting hood 7 in a concentrated manner.
The range hood further comprises a U-shaped decorative cover which is suitable for shielding the machine shell 10 and forms an accommodating space with the front side surface of the machine shell 10 at intervals. The accommodating space is provided as a part of the components adapted to accommodate the liquid-cooled heat sink, and in the case of the present embodiment, the water pump 1 and a part of the liquid guide tube 6 provided on the front side surface of the housing case 10 are provided in the accommodating space, as shown in fig. 2 and 3 (in the drawings, the U-shaped decorative cover is not shown).
The foregoing is merely one embodiment of the present application and other embodiments may be devised by adding, deleting, modifying or replacing certain features. For example, the number of the heat absorbing portions is not limited to one, and may be two, three or more. For another example, the cooling liquid is not limited to water, but may be other liquid suitable for application in the present application. For another example, the heat generating component may be other components with high heat dissipation requirements, such as a camera, a wireless communication device, a projection device, a sensor, and the like. For another example, the liquid cooling heat dissipation device and the heating element are linked, that is, once the heating element operates, the liquid cooling heat dissipation device is started until the heating element is shut down or the heating element is shut down for a certain time. For another example, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the heating element may be provided, and once the temperature sensor detects that the temperature value of the heating element exceeds a preset threshold, the liquid cooling heat sink is controlled to start. For another example, the liquid-cooled heat sink may be set to operate at a fixed time. For another example, the U-shaped decorative cover may form an accommodating space with a space from the left side surface and/or the right side surface of the housing. As another example, the liquid-cooled heat dissipation device disclosed above can also be applied to other types of range hoods, and is not limited to a ceiling-type range hood. As another example, the liquid-cooled heat dissipating apparatus disclosed above can also be applied to other types of household appliances, such as gas cookers, induction cookers, ovens, steam boxes, disinfection cabinets, washing machines, dish washing machines, and the like.
