The alarm module 24 is used for giving an alarm when the bin number corresponding to the input port 22 in the target bin register 23 is abnormally switched on, in practical implementation, the alarm module 24 gives an alarm when the distribution truck 5 reaches the target bin but the input port 22 corresponding to the target bin is not switched on, and judges that the distribution truck 5 reaches the target bin, and the alarm module can obtain that the alarm module can be used for giving an alarm when the input port 22 corresponding to the target bin is switched on, the P L C control device controls the distribution truck 5 to stop moving, namely if the input port 22 corresponding to the target bin is normally switched on, the input ports corresponding to the bins 4 before and after the target bin are not switched on, and when the bins 4 before and after the target bin are switched on sequentially, the distribution truck 5 is controlled by the P L C control device 2 to stop addressing 3 times in two directions before and after the target bin 4 is switched on, for example, the set target bin is 19, and when the input ports 22 corresponding to the bins 4 of 18 and 20 are switched on sequentially, the distribution truck 5 can be controlled to stop addressing after the distribution truck is switched on for multiple times, and the distribution truck can be addressed for multiple times.
