The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the cushion capable of being stored and lifted according to the present invention comprises a body 1, a cushion body 2 and a lifting structure 3, wherein the lifting structure 3 is disposed between the body 1 and the cushion body 2 to realize a storage state of the cushion body 2 relative to the body 1 as shown in fig. 1 and a lifting state as shown in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 2, the body 1 has a recess 11 for receiving the mat body 2, and in the stored state shown in fig. 1, the top surface of the mat body 2 is substantially flush with the top surface of the body 1 to form a smooth fixed surface for an adult to sit on. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, first link locking mechanism 313 and second link locking mechanism 314 are each a four-bar linkage including a bowl mounting link 3131, 3141, a front link 3132, 3142, a fixed locking bar 3133, 3143 and a latch link 3134, 3144, wherein the tub mounting links 3131, 3141 of the first and second link locking mechanisms 313, 314 are fixedly connected to the seat cushion tub sheet 32 (see fig. 4), for example, by screws, respectively, and the latch links 3134, 3144 of the first and second link locking mechanisms 313, 314 are pivotally connected to the rear support cross tube 315, respectively, so that the movement of the rear support cross tube 315 is achieved by the driving of the gas spring 316, i.e., movement of the link locking mechanisms 313, 314 between the lowermost operating position and the uppermost operating position as shown in fig. 7, thereby realizing the storage state of the mat body 2 relative to the body 1 as shown in fig. 1 and the lifting state as shown in fig. 2. Returning to fig. 6, the lift lock system 31 further includes a front stabilizing crossbar 317 fixedly connected between the front links 3132, 3142 of the first and second link lock mechanisms 313, 314, for example, by rivets, to enhance the stability of the lift lock system 31. It should be understood that the second link locking mechanism 314 may also have the same structure. In particular, toothed link 3134 has a first toothed tooth 3134a and a second toothed tooth 3134b spaced apart around first rivet 313a, corresponding to the stowed and raised states of the seat cushion, respectively, pawl 3135 engaging with first toothed tooth 3134a or second toothed tooth 3134b, respectively, in the locked state, and reset unlocking block 3136 cooperating with pawl 3135 to drive the pivoting of pawl 3135. In addition, first link locking mechanism 313 further includes a cable coupling plate 3137 and a spring 3138, wherein cable coupling plate 3137 is fixed to pin 313d and spring 3138 is connected between first fixed locking plate 3133a and cable coupling plate 3137 to act on reset unlocking block 3136 via pin 313d such that pawl 3135 bears against first tooth 3134a (as shown in FIG. 9) or second tooth 3134b (as shown in FIG. 10) of tooth link 3134. Additionally, as shown in FIG. 11, cable strap 3137 is connected to unlocking system 33 via cable 331 to drive rotation of reset unlocking block 3136 via unlocking system 33 to disengage pawl 3135 from either first tooth 3134a or second tooth 3134b of tooth link 3134.

A cushion capable of being stored and lifted is characterized in that the cushion comprises a body, a cushion body and a lifting structure, wherein the lifting structure comprises a lifting locking system and is arranged between the body and the cushion body so as to realize the accommodating state and the lifting state of the cushion body relative to the body, the lifting locking system comprises a front supporting transverse pipe, a first connecting rod locking mechanism, a second connecting rod locking mechanism, a rear supporting transverse pipe and an air spring, the front support transverse pipe is fixedly mounted on the body and is fixed, the first connecting rod locking mechanism and the second connecting rod locking mechanism are spaced apart from each other, the rear support transverse pipe and the front support transverse pipe are connected between the first connecting rod locking mechanism and the second connecting rod locking mechanism at intervals, and the air spring is connected between the front support transverse pipe and the rear support transverse pipe so as to achieve the accommodating state and the lifting state of the cushion body relative to the body through the movement of the rear support transverse pipe.

A seat cushion according to claim 1, wherein the first and second link locking mechanisms are each a four-bar linkage mechanism including a bowl mounting link, a front link, a fixed lock bar and a lock tooth link pivotally connected in sequence, wherein the bowl mounting links of the first and second link locking mechanisms are fixedly connected to the cushion body, respectively, and the lock tooth links of the first and second link locking mechanisms are pivotally connected to the rear support cross tube, respectively.
3. The seat cushion of claim 2, wherein the fixed lock bar comprises a first fixed lock plate and a second fixed lock plate connected by a rivet, and the latch linkage is disposed on the rivet to pivot between the first fixed lock plate and the second fixed lock plate.

The seat cushion of claim 3, wherein the first and/or second linkage locking mechanisms further comprise a pawl pivoted between the first and second fixed locking plates and engaged with the latch tooth linkage, and a reset unlocking block pivoted between the first and second fixed locking plates and engaged with the pawl.

A seat cushion according to claim 4, wherein the latch-tooth link has a first latch tooth spaced about the rivet corresponding to the stowed condition of the seat cushion and a second latch tooth spaced about the rivet corresponding to the raised condition of the seat cushion, the pawl in the latched condition being engageable with the first or second latch tooth respectively, the reset unlocking block cooperating with the pawl to drive pivoting of the pawl.

A seat cushion according to claim 5, wherein the reset unlocking block is pivotally connected between the first fixed locking plate and the second fixed locking plate by a pin, the first link locking mechanism further comprises a cable connecting plate fixed to the pin and a spring connected between the fixed locking rod and the cable connecting plate to act on the reset unlocking block by the pin so that the pawl is urged against the first locking tooth or the second locking tooth of the locking tooth link.
7. The seat cushion according to claim 6, wherein the elevation structure further comprises a seat cushion pan connected to the seat cushion mounting links of the first and second link locking mechanisms to support the cushion body, and an unlocking system connected to the seat cushion pan and connected to the lift unlocking system.
8. The seat cushion of claim 7, wherein the cable linkage plate is connected to the unlocking system by a cable to drive rotation of the reset unlocking block by the unlocking system.
9. The seat cushion of claim 1, wherein the lift lock system further comprises a mounting plate, and wherein the front cross support tube is fixedly mounted to the body by the mounting plate.
10. The seat cushion of claim 1, wherein the lift lock system further comprises a front stabilizing cross bar and/or a rear reinforcing bar, wherein the front stabilizing cross bar is connected between the front links of the first and second link lock mechanisms and the rear reinforcing bar is connected between the bowl mounting links of the first and second link lock mechanisms.
