It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the hypochlorous acid water source may be a hypochlorous acid water tank in this embodiment, which is in fluid communication with the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating apparatus, or may be introduced elsewhere. The hypochlorous acid water is generated by a non-electrolytic process, and has the characteristics of stable pH value (the generation range is set to be 6.20-6.80, the fluctuation of any numerical value is controlled within the range of +/-0.05), high hypochlorous acid purity, low effective chlorine concentration, stability in heat in cold, high safety and the like.
The water line sterilizing system for oral cavity diagnosis and treatment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the water line disinfection system 100 for oral cavity diagnosis and treatment includes a hypochlorous acid water tank 10, a purified water tank 11, a non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device 12, and at least one diagnosis and treatment table water line disinfection and cleaning unit 200. The non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device 12 has a raw water inlet 121, a hypochlorous acid water outlet 122, and a purified water outlet 123. The raw water inlet 121 is connected to a water source (e.g., a raw water tank) via a raw water line 141, the hypochlorous water outlet 122 is connected to the hypochlorous water tank 10 via a hypochlorous water inlet line 125, and the purified water outlet 123 is connected to the purified water tank 11 via a purified water inlet line 126. Preferably, a raw water inflow valve 142 is provided in the raw water line 141, and the amount of water flowing into the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device 12 is controlled by the raw water inflow valve 142.
Raw water flows into the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device 12 from the raw water tank 14, and then reacts in the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device 12 to produce slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water and purified water, respectively. The slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water flows into the hypochlorous acid water tank 10 through a hypochlorous acid water outlet 122, and the purified water flows into the purified water tank 11 through a purified water outlet 123.
The inlet of the purified water tank 11 is connected to the purified water inlet pipeline 126, the outlet of the purified water tank is connected to the purified water end-use device 127 through the purified water outlet pipeline 111, the inlet of the hypochlorous acid water tank 10 is connected to the hypochlorous acid water inlet pipeline 125, and the outlet of the hypochlorous acid water tank 10 is connected to the diagnosis and treatment table waterway disinfection and cleaning unit 200 through the hypochlorous acid water outlet pipeline 101.
In one embodiment, a hypochlorous acid water shut-off valve 108 is further provided on the hypochlorous acid water outlet line 101, and a connecting line 118 is provided between the hypochlorous acid water outlet line 101 and the purified water outlet line 111 for fluid communication, and a communication valve 119 is provided on the connecting line 118. In some cases, the hypochlorous water shut-off valve 108 may be closed and the communication valve 119 may be opened, so that the purified water in the purified water tank 11 may be introduced into the stand water path sterilizing and washing unit 200 or the self-draining filter unit 300 as the daily water for medical treatment.
Preferably, a hypochlorous acid water inflow valve 105 is provided on a hypochlorous acid water inlet line 125 connecting the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating apparatus 12 and the hypochlorous acid water tank 10, and the hypochlorous acid water flows from the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating apparatus 12 to the hypochlorous acid water tank 10 under control of the hypochlorous acid water inflow valve 105. Similarly, a purified water inflow valve 115 may be disposed on the purified water inlet pipeline 126 connecting the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device 12 and the purified water tank 11 to control the purified water to flow from the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device 12 into the purified water tank 11. The non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device 12 may be an integrated machine which converts a part of raw water into purified water after purification, and then makes a part of purified water into hypochlorous acid water after reaction. The relevant aspects of this integrated machine are found in the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device, which is filed on 29.7.2019, application No. 2019106890480, entitled non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device, and which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
Therefore, the system simultaneously provides high-purity hypochlorous acid water and purified water, can ensure the sterile water state of oral treatment water for 24 hours every day at 365 days all the year, and ensures that the first section of water channel pipeline does not block the 'explosion' pipe by the high-purity hypochlorous acid water.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the system 200 for disinfecting an oral cavity line for medical treatment may further include at least one filtering unit 300 without a self-draining unit. The self-organizing unit 300 includes the second filter 30 and the second inlet pipe 31. The second inlet pipe 31 has an inlet end and an outlet end, the second filter 30 has an inlet and an outlet, the inlet end of the second inlet pipe 31 is connected to the hypochlorous acid water outlet pipeline 101, the outlet end of the second inlet pipe 31 is connected to the inlet of the second filter 30, and the outlet of the second filter 30 is connected to the other dental chair water inlet 32 through the pipeline 33.
Preferably, a hypochlorous acid water sampling valve 107 is provided on the hypochlorous acid water outlet pipeline 101, and the hypochlorous acid water sampling valve 107 is connected to the hypochlorous acid water outlet pipeline 101 through a hypochlorous acid water sampling pipe 106.
With reference to fig. 1, the oral cavity diagnosis and treatment water pipeline disinfection system 100 further includes a water discharge pipeline 13, the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device 12 further includes a water discharge port 124, the water discharge port 124 is in fluid communication with the water discharge pipeline 13, and the purified water outlet pipeline 111, the raw water pipeline 141 and the hypochlorous acid water outlet pipeline 101 are in fluid communication with the water discharge pipeline 13 through respective water discharge branches, that is, the purified water discharge branch 113, the raw water discharge branch 143 and the hypochlorous acid water discharge branch 103. A purified water discharge valve 114, a hypochlorous acid water discharge valve 104 and a raw water discharge valve 144 may be provided in the purified water discharge branch 113, the raw water discharge branch 143 and the hypochlorous acid water discharge branch 103, respectively, to control discharge of hypochlorous acid water, purified water and raw water. The drain line 13 is provided with an integrated drain valve 128, through which integrated drain valve 128 the water in the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating apparatus 12 can be controlled to be discharged into the drain line 13, and the drain line 13 can be connected to a main drain line such as a hospital.
By the discharge flushing of the purified water discharge branch 113, the raw water discharge branch 143, the hypochlorous acid water discharge branch 103, and the water discharge line 13, the cleaning of the raw water tank 14, the hypochlorous acid water tank 10, and the purified water tank 11 and the regular discharge of the water stored in the tanks can be realized, and the discharge flushing of the main water discharge line such as a hospital can be realized.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a purified water sampling valve 117 is further disposed on the purified water outlet pipeline 111, and the purified water sampling valve 117 is connected to the purified water outlet pipeline 111 through a purified water sampling pipe 116 to perform sampling analysis on the purified water flowing out from the purified water tank 11.
In one embodiment, the system 100 for disinfecting an oral cavity treatment water line may further include a raw water tank 14 and a pre-filter 15, an inlet of the pre-filter 15 is connected to a water source (i.e., the inlet of tap water), an outlet of the pre-filter 15 is connected to an inlet of the raw water tank 14, and an outlet of the raw water tank 14 is connected to a raw water inlet 121 of the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating apparatus 12 through a raw water line 141. Preferably, a raw water sampling valve 18 is further disposed on a pipeline connecting an outlet of the pre-filter 15 and an inlet of the raw water tank 14, and the raw water sampling valve 18 is connected to a water source (i.e., a tap water inlet) through a raw water sampling pipe 181.
In one embodiment, the system 100 for disinfecting an oral cavity treatment water line may further include a hypochlorous acid water supply pump 102, and the hypochlorous acid water supply pump 102 is disposed on the hypochlorous acid water outlet line 101. The oral treatment water line sterilizing system 100 may also include a purified water supply pump 112, and the purified water supply pump 112 is provided on the purified water outlet line 111. the non-electrolytic subacid hypochlorous acid water generating device is provided with a raw water inlet, a hypochlorous acid water outlet and a purified water outlet, the raw water inlet is connected with a water source through a raw water pipeline, the hypochlorous acid water outlet is connected with a hypochlorous acid water tank through a hypochlorous acid water inlet pipeline, the purified water outlet is connected with a purified water tank through a purified water inlet pipeline,
the water outlet of the purified water tank is connected to purified water terminal use equipment through a purified water outlet pipeline, and the water outlet of the hypochlorous acid water tank is connected to the diagnosis and treatment table water channel disinfection and cleaning unit through a hypochlorous acid water outlet pipeline.

The system for disinfecting an oral cavity diagnosis and treatment water pipeline according to claim 6, further comprising at least one non-self-draining filtering unit, wherein the non-self-draining filtering unit comprises a second filter and a second water inlet pipe, the inlet end of the second water inlet pipe is connected to the hypochlorous water outlet pipeline, the outlet end of the second water inlet pipe is connected to the inlet of the second filter, and the outlet of the second filter is connected to the water inlet of other dental chairs through a pipeline.

The system for disinfecting an oral cavity diagnosis and treatment water pipeline according to claim 6, further comprising a drainage pipeline, wherein the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device further comprises a drainage port in fluid communication with the drainage pipeline, and wherein the purified water outlet pipeline, the raw water pipeline and the hypochlorous acid water outlet pipeline are in fluid communication with the drainage pipeline through respective drainage branches.

The water pipeline disinfection system for oral diagnosis and treatment according to claim 6, further comprising a raw water tank and a pre-filter, wherein an inlet of the pre-filter is communicated with a water source, an outlet of the pre-filter is connected with an inlet of the raw water tank, and an outlet of the raw water tank is connected to an inlet of the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating device through a raw water pipeline.
10. The water pipeline disinfection system for oral diagnosis and treatment according to claim 6, further comprising a hypochlorous acid water pump, wherein the hypochlorous acid water pump is disposed on the hypochlorous acid water outlet pipeline.
