The water path disinfection cleaning unit for the diagnosis and treatment table and the water path disinfection system for oral cavity diagnosis and treatment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic connection diagram of the oral cavity diagnosis and treatment water pipeline disinfection system of the invention. The cleaning unit belongs to a part of a water pipeline disinfection system for oral cavity diagnosis and treatment. As shown in fig. 1, the table waterway sterilizing and cleaning unit 200 is located at a right lower corner portion of the drawing, and includes a water inlet pipe 20, a first filter 21, a water discharge pipe 25, and an automatic water discharge solenoid valve 28. Inlet tube 20 has an inlet end and an outlet end. The first filter 21 has an inlet and an outlet. The inlet end of the water inlet pipe 20 is connected with a hypochlorous acid water source (hypochlorous acid water tank in the figure), the outlet end of the water inlet pipe 20 is connected with the inlet of the first filter 21, and the outlet of the first filter 21 is connected with the dental chair water inlet 23 through a pipeline 22, so that hypochlorous acid water is introduced into the dental chair for sterilization, cleaning and the like in dental surgery.
For example, in dental surgery, water is continuously injected into the mouth of a patient to perform rinsing, and at this time, water-borne infection is extremely easy to occur, and if bleeding occurs in the mouth of the patient (bleeding phenomenon is common), blood-borne infection is also caused. It has been reported that the proportion of patients who have been infected with hepatitis, AIDS and other diseases due to dental surgery is not low. The hypochlorous acid water is introduced into the water inlet of the dental chair, and is used as common water for dental surgery, so that the problems of water source infection and blood source infection can be effectively solved.
In addition, through introducing hypochlorous acid water into the dental chair outlet, through utilizing hypochlorous acid water to regularly or untimely wash the dental chair pipeline, can effectively solve the pollution problem such as dental chair waterway pipeline, dental chair filtration system serious pollution.
The drain pipe 25 has an inlet end and an outlet end, the inlet end of the drain pipe 25 is connected with a hypochlorous acid water source (hypochlorous acid water tank in the figure) or other hypochlorous acid water sources, the outlet end of the drain pipe 25 is connected with a dental chair water outlet 231, an automatic drainage electromagnetic valve 28 is further arranged on the drain pipe 25, and automatic drainage cleaning of dental chair pipelines is realized through the automatic drainage electromagnetic valve 28.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the diagnosis and treat table waterway disinfection and cleaning unit 200 further includes a sampling tube 29 and a sampling valve 291, the sampling tube 29 having an inlet end and an outlet end, the inlet end of the sampling tube 29 being connected to the drain pipe 25, the outlet end of the sampling tube 29 being connected to the sampling valve 291, sampling operation being possible through the sampling valve 291.
The station waterway disinfection and cleaning unit 200 further includes an automatic drain controller 281, the automatic drain controller 281 is in signal communication with the automatic drain solenoid valve 28 to control the automatic drain solenoid valve 28 to open and close, in one embodiment, the automatic drain controller 281 controls the automatic drain solenoid valve 28 to open once every fixed time period, and the open time period is a fixed time period or a variable time period.
For example, at the end of the system installation, the turn-on frequency may be set to a higher turn-on frequency and the duration of each turn-on may be longer, while after steady operation, the turn-on frequency may be set to a lower one and the duration of each turn-on may be set to a shorter one.
How to set a specific drain flush frequency is, of course, entirely dependent on the needs of the user. The automatic controller 281 may also employ a programmable controller, for example, the user may set the flush on frequency and on duration through an interface of the automatic controller 281.
In another embodiment of the present invention (not shown), a manual valve may be used instead of an automatic drain solenoid valve, and in this case, the manual valve may be manually opened when drain flushing is required for the dental chair tube, and closed when flushing is not required. The flexible flushing mode can be realized under the condition, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In other embodiments, the automatic drainage electromagnetic valve and the manual valve can be simultaneously arranged, and at the moment, the aim of flushing and sterilizing the dental chair pipeline can be realized through the automatic drainage electromagnetic valve in general. And in special cases where more flushing is required, this can be achieved by means of a manual valve.
In this embodiment, the water path disinfection and cleaning unit of the diagnosis and treatment table further includes a three-way pipe 24, where the three-way pipe 24 has a first opening, a second opening and a third opening. The first opening is connected to a hypochlorous acid water source (hypochlorous acid water tank in this embodiment) through a hypochlorous acid water outlet pipe 101, the second opening is connected to an inlet end of the water inlet pipe 20, and the third opening is connected to an inlet end of the water discharge pipe 25.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the hypochlorous acid water source may be the hypochlorous acid water tank of the present embodiment which is in fluid communication with the non-electrolytic slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generating apparatus, or may be introduced from elsewhere.
