Specifically, in an embodiment, a spiral spring is disposed on the sheet inserting mechanism 10, one end of the conducting wire 81 is connected to the spiral spring, the other end of the conducting wire 81 is connected to the cutting mechanism 20 through a pressing block, when the sheet inserting mechanism 10 and the cutting mechanism 20 move relatively to each other, so that the distance between the two changes, the conducting wire 81 can contract or extend under the action of the spiral spring to maintain a tensioning state, and the tape 300 between the sheet inserting mechanism 10 and the cutting mechanism 20 is supported on the conducting wire 81, thereby preventing the tape 300 and the head end thereof from swinging arbitrarily.
It can be understood that, in another embodiment, the spiral spring may also be disposed on the cutting mechanism 20, one end of the conducting wire 81 is connected to the spiral spring, and the other end of the conducting wire 81 is connected to the inserting sheet mechanism 10 through a pressing block, and the operation process is the same as that in the previous embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
In another embodiment, the guiding mechanism 80 may be further disposed between the cutting mechanism 20 and the feeding mechanism 30, a spiral spring is disposed on one of the cutting mechanism 20 and the feeding mechanism 30, one end of the wire 81 is connected to the spiral spring, and the other end of the wire 81 is connected to the other of the cutting mechanism 20 and the feeding mechanism 30. The spiral spring winds or releases the conducting wire 81 along with the change of the distance between the cutting mechanism 20 and the feeding mechanism 30, and the material belt 300 is attached to the conducting wire 81.
In other embodiments, the guiding mechanism 80 may also be disposed at any position where the tape 300 needs to be guided, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited specifically, and can be flexibly disposed as required.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the pole piece feeding device 100 further includes a deviation correcting mechanism 90 and a first detecting mechanism 110, wherein the deviation correcting mechanism 90 is disposed at the upstream of the tab inserting mechanism 10 along the conveying direction of the material tape 300, and is configured to correct the deviation of the material tape 300 entering the pole piece feeding device 100 along the width direction of the material tape 300; the first detection mechanism 110 is disposed between the deviation correction mechanism 90 and the inserting mechanism 10, and is configured to detect a position of the material tape 300 corrected by the deviation correction mechanism 90, and feed back the position of the material tape 300 to the deviation correction mechanism 90 to control the deviation correction mechanism 90 to correct the deviation.
Wherein, the deviation rectifying mechanism 90 can be a snake-shaped deviation rectifying mechanism, and the snake-shaped deviation rectifying mechanism can adopt the arrangement in the prior art, which is not described herein again. After the material belt 300 enters the snake-shaped deviation rectifying mechanism for deviation rectification, the output material belt 300 enters the inserting piece mechanism 10 after passing through the first detection mechanism 110. The first detection mechanism 110 can detect and feed back the position of the material tape 300 to the snake-shaped deviation rectifying mechanism in real time, so that the snake-shaped deviation rectifying mechanism can adjust the position of the material tape 300 in time, and the position accuracy of the material tape 300 can be ensured.
In this embodiment, the deviation correcting mechanism 90 and the inserting sheet mechanism 10 may be disposed on the first sliding base 46 at the same time, so that the deviation correcting mechanism 90 and the inserting sheet mechanism 10 are always kept in a relatively static state, and the material tape 300 between the inserting sheet mechanism 10 and the deviation correcting mechanism 90 is always kept in a tensioned state.

The first detection mechanism 110 includes a base 111, a sliding rod 112, an adjusting rod 113, a sensor assembly 114, a guide assembly 115, a first fastener 116 and a second fastener 117, the sliding rod 112 is disposed on the base 111, the sensor assembly 114 and the guide assembly 115 are slidably supported on the sliding rod 112, the first fastener 116 is used for connecting the sensor assembly 114 with the adjusting rod 113, the second fastener 117 is used for connecting the guide assembly 115 with the adjusting rod 113, the adjusting rod 113 is used for adjusting the position of the sensor assembly 114 and/or the guide assembly 115 connected with the adjusting rod 113 on the sliding rod 112, the sensor assembly 114 is used for detecting the position of the strip 300, and the guide assembly 115 is correspondingly disposed at the tab position of the strip 300 and used for guiding tabs.
Specifically, the base 111 is disposed on the first sliding seat 46, two connecting blocks 118 are disposed on the base 111, a sliding rod 112 is disposed on the two connecting blocks 118, and the sensor assembly 114 and the guide assembly 115 are slidably supported on the sliding rod 112. An adjusting rod 113 is connected between the sensor assembly 114 and the guide assembly 115, and the sensor assembly 114 is fastened or unfastened by a first fastening member 116 and the adjusting rod 113. The guide assembly 115 is fastened or unfastened by the second fastening member 117 and the adjustment lever 113. The position of the sensor assembly 114 can be quickly adjusted manually using the adjustment lever 113 when the first fastener 116 is tightened, and the position of the guide assembly 115 can be quickly adjusted manually using the adjustment lever 113 when the second fastener 117 is tightened. When the first fastener 116 and the second fastener 117 are tightened, the position of the sensor assembly 114 and the guide assembly 115 on the sliding rod 112 can be quickly adjusted manually by using the adjusting rod 113, so as to improve the adjustment efficiency of the sensor assembly 114 and the guide assembly 115.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the sensor assembly 114 includes a first connection portion 1141 and a sensor 1142 disposed on the first connection portion 1141, and the guide assembly 115 includes a second connection portion 1151 and a first guide plate 1152 disposed on the second connection portion 1151.
Specifically, the first connection portion 1141 and the second connection portion 1151 are slidably disposed on the sliding rod 112, the sensors 1142 are connected to the first connection portion 1141 through the sensor bracket, the number of the sensors 1142 is two, the two sensors 1142 are disposed on the sensor bracket, and the tape 300 is conveyed between the two sensors 1142, so as to detect the position of the tape 300. The number of the first guide plates 1152 is two, two first guide plates 1152 are oppositely disposed on the second connecting portion 1151, the first guide plates 1152 are disposed corresponding to the positions of the tabs of the material tape 300, so that the tabs are conveyed between the two first guide plates 1152, and the first guide plates 1152 are used for guiding the tabs and preventing the tabs from being bent.
Further, the first detection mechanism 110 further includes an adjusting screw 119, the adjusting screw 119 is rotatably disposed on the base 111, and a driving end of the adjusting screw 119 is used for being screwed with the first connection portion 1141 or the second connection portion 1151, and is used for driving the first connection portion 1141 or the second connection portion 1151 to move relative to the sliding rod 112.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the driving end of the adjusting screw 119 is threadedly connected to the second connecting portion 1151. Specifically, the adjusting screw 119 is rotatably disposed on the connecting block 118 for fixing the guiding assembly 115, the driving end of the adjusting screw 119 is in threaded connection with the second connecting portion 1151, and when the first fastening member 116 and the second fastening member 117 are both fastened, the adjusting screw 119 is rotated to drive the adjusting rod 113 and the first connecting portion 1141 to move through the second connecting portion 1151 so as to precisely adjust the position of the sensor 1142, which is convenient for precisely detecting the position of the material tape 300.
It is understood that in another embodiment, the driving end of the adjustment screw 119 may also be connected with the first connection portion 1141. Specifically, the adjusting screw 119 is rotatably disposed on the connecting block 118 for fixing the sensor assembly 114, the driving end of the adjusting screw 119 is in threaded connection with the first connecting portion 1141, and when the first fastening member 116 and the second fastening member 117 are both fastened, the adjusting screw 119 is rotated to drive the adjusting rod 113 and the second connecting portion 1151 through the first connecting portion 1141 to move so as to precisely adjust the position of the first guide plate 1152, thereby facilitating the guidance of the tab.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the pole piece feeding device 100 further includes a second detecting mechanism 120 and a third detecting mechanism 130, the second detecting mechanism 120 and the third detecting mechanism 130 are disposed between the inserting mechanism 10 and the cutting mechanism 20, and the second detecting mechanism 120 is used for detecting the cutting position of the material tape 300; the third detecting mechanism 130 is correspondingly disposed at the tab position of the material tape 300, and is used for detecting whether the tab has a break angle.
In the present embodiment, the second detection mechanism 120 and the third detection mechanism 130 are both disposed on the second slide seat 47. Referring to fig. 1 and 8, fig. 8 is a schematic plan view of the second and third detecting mechanisms in fig. 1. The second slide seat 47 is provided with a connecting member 121, the connecting member 121 is connected with a guiding member 122, and the guiding member 122 is slidably provided with a first connecting seat 123 for connecting the second detecting mechanism 120 and a second connecting seat 124 for connecting the third detecting mechanism 130. The third sensing mechanism 130 includes a sensing bracket 131 and a first sensor 132 and a second sensor 133 disposed on the sensing bracket 131. the tab has a first end connected to the strip of material 300 and a second end remote from the connection of the tab to the strip of material 300. The first sensor 132 and the second sensor 133 are spaced apart from each other along a line connecting the first end and the second end. The first sensor 132 is used for detecting the length of the tab at the position corresponding to the first sensor 132, and the second sensor 133 is used for detecting the length of the tab at the position corresponding to the second sensor 133, so as to determine whether the tab is bent according to the ratio of the length of the tab detected by the first sensor 132 to the length of the tab detected by the second sensor 133. That is, the length of the two sets of parallel lines perpendicular to the direction of the connection line between the first end and the second end on the tab is detected, and whether the tab is bent or not is judged according to the length of the two parallel lines.
Optionally, in order to improve the detection accuracy, the first sensor 132 may be correspondingly disposed at a position close to the first end of the tab for detecting the length of the tab close to the first end, and the second sensor 133 may be correspondingly disposed at a position close to the second end of the tab for detecting the length of the tab close to the second end. The distance between the first sensor 132 and the first end of the tab and the distance between the second sensor 133 and the second end of the tab may be flexibly set as required, and this embodiment of the present application is not specifically limited.
Specifically, the detection bracket 131 includes a first mounting portion 1311, a second mounting portion 1312, and a connection portion 1313 connected between the first mounting portion 1311 and the second mounting portion 1312. The first and second mounting portions 1311 and 1312 are disposed in parallel at intervals, and a tab is located between the first and second mounting portions 1311 and 1312. The first and second sensors 132 and 133 each include a transmitting end and a receiving end, which are disposed on the first and second mounting parts 1311 and 1312, respectively. When the tab passes through the first sensor 132 and the second sensor 133, the tab can shield the light emitted from the emitting end to the receiving end, so that the length of the position of the tab corresponding to the first sensor 132 and the length of the position of the tab corresponding to the second sensor 133 can be calculated according to the shielding time of the tab on the light and the transmission speed of the material belt 300, and whether the tab is bent or not can be further judged according to the relationship between the two lengths.
If the tab is a rectangular tab, when the length of the tab detected by the first sensor 132 is equal to the length of the tab detected by the second sensor 133, the tab has no break angle. If the tab is a trapezoidal tab, when the length of the tab detected by the first sensor 132 is in a certain proportion to the length of the tab detected by the second sensor 133, the tab has no break angle. Otherwise, the tab has a folded angle.
Optionally, a second guide plate 1314 may be further disposed on the connecting portion 1313, the second guide plate 1314 extends and is disposed in the U-shaped region of the detecting bracket 131, the number of the second guide plates 1314 is two, the two second guide plates 1314 are disposed at an interval, the tab penetrates through between the two second guide plates 1314, and the second guide plate 1314 is configured to guide the tab, so that the tab smoothly passes through the first sensor 132 and the second sensor 133, and further, the detection accuracy of the first sensor 132 and the second sensor 133 is improved.
Further, the second detecting mechanism 120 is connected to the first connecting seat 123 through a mounting bracket 125, and the mounting bracket 125 is U-shaped. The second detection mechanism 120 is a photoelectric sensor, and includes a transmitting end and a receiving end, the transmitting end and the receiving end are disposed on two opposite sides of the U-shaped assembly bracket 125, and the material belt 300 passes through the second detection mechanism 120 from between the transmitting end and the receiving end, so as to detect the cutting position of the material belt 300.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, a third connecting seat 126 is further slidably disposed on the guiding element 122, a third guiding plate 127 is disposed on the third connecting seat 126, and the third guiding plate 127 is supported on the tape 300 for guiding the tape 300.
Further, in this embodiment, the feeding mechanism 30 drives the head end of the material tape 300 to approach the winding needle 200 in a linear movement manner, and feeds the head end of the material tape 300 to the winding needle 200 in a rolling manner, and the feeding mechanism 30 further corrects the head end of the material tape 300 in the width direction of the material tape 300. Through setting up pan feeding mechanism 30 and rectifying the head end of material area 300 on the width direction of material area 300, can further promote the alignment degree of the head end of material area 300 and winding pin 200, and then make the position of the head end of material area 300 more accurate.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a schematic plan view of the feeding mechanism in fig. 1 from one viewing angle, and fig. 10 is a schematic plan view of the feeding mechanism in fig. 9 from another viewing angle. The feeding mechanism 30 comprises a fixed seat 32, a fixed bracket 34, a driving roller 36, a driven roller 38, a clamping driving member 31, a deviation-correcting driving member 33 and a feeding driving member 35. The fixed seat 32 is slidably supported on the mounting plate 40, the fixed bracket 34 is slidably supported on the fixed seat 32, and the driving roller 36 and the driven roller 38 are rotatably supported on the fixed bracket 34; the clamp drive 31 is used to drive the drive roller 36 and the driven roller 38 relatively close together to grip the leading end of the strip of material 300. Wherein, the fixing seat 32 moves towards the winding needle 200 under the transmission of the third transmission mechanism 70, and further transmits the head end of the material belt 300 to be close to the winding needle 200 in a linear movement manner; the deviation-rectifying driving member 33 is used for driving the fixing support 34 to move relative to the fixing base 32, so as to rectify the head end of the material belt 300 in the width direction of the material belt 300; the feeding driving member 35 drives the driving roller 36 to drive the driven roller 38 to roll, so as to feed the head end of the material tape 300 into the winding needle 200 in a rolling manner.
Referring to fig. 1, 9 and 10, the fixing base 32 is disposed on the third sliding base 48, the deviation-correcting driving member 33 includes a deviation-correcting motor 331, a deviation-correcting screw rod 332 and a deviation-correcting screw rod nut 333, and the deviation-correcting motor 331 is connected to the deviation-correcting screw rod 332 for driving the deviation-correcting screw rod 332 to rotate. The deviation-correcting screw nut 333 is screwed with the deviation-correcting screw 332, when the deviation-correcting screw 332 rotates, the deviation-correcting screw nut 333 can move along the axial direction of the deviation-correcting screw 332, and the deviation-correcting screw nut 333 is connected with the fixed bracket 34, so as to drive the fixed bracket 34 to move relative to the fixed base 32.
Specifically, a correction motor fixing seat 334 is arranged on the fixing seat 32, a correction motor 331 is arranged on the correction motor fixing seat 334, a driving end of the correction motor 331 is connected with one end of a correction screw rod 332 through a coupler 335, the correction screw rod 332 is arranged on a correction screw rod support, a correction screw rod nut 333 is arranged on the correction screw rod 332, the correction screw rod nut 333 is connected with the fixing support 34 through a correction driving block 336, the fixing support 34 is provided with a correction slide block 337, the correction slide block 337 is arranged on a correction slide rail 338, and the correction slide rail 338 is connected with the fixing seat 32, so that the fixing support 34 is slidably supported on the fixing seat 32. The principle of the movement of the fixing bracket 34 relative to the fixing seat 32 is as follows: the deviation-correcting motor 331 drives the deviation-correcting screw rod 332 to rotate, the deviation-correcting screw rod 332 drives the deviation-correcting screw rod nut 333 screwed with the deviation-correcting screw rod 332 to move along the axial direction of the deviation-correcting screw rod 332, and the deviation-correcting screw rod nut 333 further drives the fixing support 34 to move along the axial direction of the deviation-correcting screw rod 332. In addition, the deviation rectifying slide 337 and the deviation rectifying slide 338 arranged between the fixed bracket 34 and the fixed seat 32 can make the movement of the fixed bracket 34 more stable.
The driving roller 36 and the driven roller 38 are rotatably disposed on the fixing bracket 34, and when the deviation-correcting driving element 33 drives the fixing bracket 34 to move relative to the fixing base 32, the driving roller 36 and the driven roller 38 move relative to the fixing base 32, so as to correct the deviation of the head end of the material tape 300 in the width direction of the material tape 300.
In this embodiment, the feeding driving member 35 may adopt a feeding motor, the feeding motor is disposed at one end of the fixing bracket 34 through a fixing seat of the feeding motor, and a driving end of the feeding motor is connected to one end of the driving roller 36 through a synchronizing wheel and a synchronizing belt structure for driving the driving roller 36 to rotate, so as to feed the head end of the material belt 300 into the winding pin 200 in a rolling manner.
The fixed bracket 34 is provided with a driven roller fixing seat 341, and the driven roller 38 is rotatably supported on the fixed bracket 34 through the driven roller fixing seat 341. The clamping driving member 31 includes a driving cylinder disposed on the fixing bracket 34, a driving end of the driving cylinder is connected to the driven roller fixing seat 341 for driving the driven roller fixing seat 341 to move and driving the driven roller 38 located on the driven roller fixing seat 341 to move towards the driving roller 36, so as to clamp the head end of the material tape 300, and the head end of the material tape 300 is driven by the third transmission mechanism 70 to be close to the winding needle 200 in a linear movement manner.
Optionally, a guide rod 342 is further slidably disposed on the fixed bracket 34, the driven roller fixing seat 341 is connected to one end of the guide rod 342, and the guide rod 342 disposed on the fixed bracket 34 can be used to guide the driven roller fixing seat 341, so that the movement of the driven roller 38 is more stable and accurate.
Optionally, the pole piece feeding device 100 further includes a fourth detection mechanism 140, and the fourth detection mechanism 140 is configured to detect the position of the material tape 300 in real time and feed back the position of the material tape 300 to the feeding mechanism 30, so that the feeding mechanism 30 can correct the position in time, and the position of the material tape 300 is accurate. The structure of the fourth detecting mechanism 140 is the same as that of the first detecting mechanism 110, please refer to the description of the first detecting mechanism 110, which is not repeated herein.
The other aspect of the present application further provides a winding apparatus, the winding apparatus includes a winding needle 200 and a pole piece feeding device 100, the pole piece feeding device 100 is configured to convey the material tape 300 to the winding needle 200, and the winding needle 200 is configured to wind the material tape 300 to form a battery cell.
In this embodiment, the structure of the pole piece feeding device 100 is the same as that of the pole piece feeding device 100 in the above embodiment, please refer to the description in the above embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
In summary, as those skilled in the art can easily understand, the embodiment of the present invention provides the inserting mechanism 10 at the upstream of the cutting mechanism 20 and the feeding mechanism 30 at the downstream of the cutting mechanism 20, on one hand, before the cutting mechanism 20 cuts the material strip 300, the inserting mechanism 10 clamps the material strip 300, so that the material strip 300 is in the tensioned state for easy cutting, and on the other hand, after the cutting mechanism 20 finishes cutting, the feeding mechanism 30 clamps the head end of the material strip 300 to move toward the direction close to the winding needle 200, which not only can tension the material strip 300, but also can ensure that the head end of the material strip 300 can be accurately sent to the winding needle 200 because the head end of the material strip 300 is clamped to the position close to the winding needle 200, so as to improve the alignment degree of the head end of the material strip 300 and the feeding position of the winding needle 200.
