The main tube 1 has a grip 11 at a first end and a suction nozzle 12 at a second end. One end of the wire passing hole close to the cover body 21 is provided with a through hole (not shown) for the pulling wire 23 to pass through, and the second end of the pulling wire 23 is fixed on the air duct 22 after passing through the through hole.
Through the design, when the sliding block drives the pull wire 23 to move towards the first end (namely the holding part 11) of the main pipe body 1, the cover body 21 is opened by the air duct 22 at the inner side of the cover body to form an umbrella shape (as shown in fig. 4), and the smoke in the operation area can be sucked by starting the suction device, at the moment, the cover body 21 plays a role in smoke guiding, so that the smoke discharging efficiency can be improved; when the air suction function is not used, the sliding block drives the stay wire 23 to move towards the second end of the main pipe body 1 under the combined action of the spring 113 and the restoring force of the cover body 21, and the cover body 21 is folded and enables the air duct 22 to be tightly attached to the outer wall of the main pipe body 1.
The anti-blocking structure comprises a filter screen 31, a connecting pipe 32, an exhaust air bag 33, a blocking block 34 and a plastic membrane 35, wherein the filter screen 31 is arranged inside the main pipe body 1, and the filter screen 31 is positioned in a pipe section corresponding to the cover body 21, namely the filter screen 31 is close to the suction nozzle 12. The section of the main tube 1 adjacent to the gripping portion 11 is at least partially a plastic membrane. One end of the connection tube 32 communicates with the primary tube 1 between the strainer 31 and the plastic membrane 35, and the other end communicates with the air-bleeding bladder 33. The blocking block 34 is fixed at the lower part of the air exhaust air bag 33 and is positioned between the air exhaust air bag 33 and the plastic membrane 35, namely, the blocking block 34 is arranged corresponding to the plastic membrane 35, and when the air exhaust air bag 33 is pressed, the blocking block 34 presses the plastic membrane 35 to block the outlet of the main pipe body 1. The structure and the operation principle of the air exhaust bag 33 are the same as those of a conventional pressurizing ball (an inflation bag used in a sphygmomanometer), and the pressurizing ball is generally provided with a one-way air inlet valve a and a one-way air outlet valve b (see fig. 1).
In this embodiment, the main tube 1 is made of a rigid plastic material, and the connection tube 32 is made of a flexible material, that is, when the exhaust air bag 33 is pressed, the exhaust air bag 33 provides flushing gas into the lumen of the main tube 1 through the connection tube 32, the gas flushes to the filter screen 31 along the connection tube 32, and blows away the filter screen 31 or the blockage at the suction nozzle 12, thereby achieving the purpose of dredging the suction tube; on the other hand, the air exhaust bag 33 is close to the main pipe body 1, and simultaneously drives the blocking block 34 to extrude the plastic membrane 35 to block the outlet of the suction pipe, so that the influence of the air flow at the end of the suction apparatus is avoided.
The working principle of the suction tube is as follows:
1. liquid absorbing part
The lumen of the main tube body 1 of the suction tube is used as a channel for sucking liquid, and a filter screen 31 is arranged in the suction tube, so that the function of preliminary blocking prevention can be achieved.
2. Air intake part

When the filter screen 31 or the suction nozzle 12 is clogged, since the clogged part is often inside the suction tube, it is difficult to take out the clogging, and the suction tube is often replaced, which wastes time and medical resources.
