Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a suction electrotome pen.
Background
A high-frequency electric knife (high-frequency surgical instrument) is an electric surgical instrument for replacing a mechanical surgical knife to cut tissues. The tissue is heated when high-frequency high-voltage current generated by the tip of the effective electrode contacts with the body, so that the tissue is separated and coagulated, and the aims of cutting and hemostasis are fulfilled.
The operation with the electric knife pen is usually accompanied by cauterization and carbonization of the patient's tissue and gasification of the patient's body fluids and blood. These high temperature processes generate significant amounts of surgical smoke.
On one hand, surgical smoke can reduce the visibility of a surgeon on patient tissue, and affect the accuracy of surgical operation and the time of the operation; surgical smoke, on the other hand, has been shown to contain over eighty pathogenic, carcinogenic substances and a large number of patients' focal pathogens.
In order to solve the above problems, most of the existing electric knives have a suction function, and smoke generated immediately before is sucked when the electric knives cut tissues. However, when the smoke is inhaled, blood or blood-water mixture, including large tissue or blood clots, is easy to be inhaled, which causes the suction tube of the electric knife pen to be blocked.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a suction electric knife pen, which aims to solve the problem that a suction tube of the electric knife pen is blocked because massive tissues or blood clots and the like are easy to suck in the suction process of the electric knife pen in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an electric suction knife pen comprises a knife head, a suction tube and a mounting assembly, wherein the knife head is arranged on the tube wall of the suction tube and is suitable for cutting tissues; the mounting assembly comprises a shell and an insulating sleeve, the insulating sleeve is sleeved on the suction tube, is arranged between the shell and the cutter head, and is suitable for coating the suction tube; the electric knife pen also comprises an electric control unit and a conduction hose, wherein the electric control unit is arranged on the shell, is in contact with the suction tube and is suitable for controlling the current on the suction tube; the conduction hose is arranged at one end of the suction tube opposite to the cutter head so as to communicate the suction tube and the corrugated tube; the shell is provided with an elastic part, the elastic part corresponds to the conduction hose, and the elastic part is suitable for extruding the conduction hose under the action of external force.
The shell comprises a first shell and a second shell connected with the first shell, the elastic part is arranged on one of the first shell and the second shell, the other shell is provided with a squeezing plate, and the squeezing plate and the elastic part are oppositely arranged and are suitable for supporting and communicating the hose;
the suction electric knife pen also comprises two groups of locking assemblies, wherein the two groups of locking assemblies comprise a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, one of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate is arranged on the first shell, and the other one of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate is arranged on the second shell; one end of the conduction hose is sleeved on the suction tube and is clamped by the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate of one group of locking assemblies.
The suction electric knife pen further comprises a connecting pipe, wherein the connecting pipe is arranged in the shell and is positioned between the conduction hose and the corrugated pipe, the connection hose and the corrugated pipe are communicated, the other end of the conduction hose is sleeved on the connecting pipe, and the other end of the conduction hose is clamped by a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate of another group of locking assemblies.
The length of the conduction hose is greater than the axial distance between the connecting pipe and the suction pipe; the pressing plate is made of an elastic material, which bends the middle portion of the lead-through hose toward the elastic portion.
The elastic part is connected with the mounting part of the first shell or the second shell, the connecting structure comprises an annular groove and a bulge matched with the annular groove, one of the annular groove and the bulge is arranged on the edge of the first shell, and the other one of the annular groove and the bulge is arranged on the edge of the second shell.
One side of the elastic part, which is abutted against the conduction hose, is an arc surface.
The peripheral wall of the insulating sleeve is attached to the second shell, and the electric control unit is arranged between the first shell and the insulating sleeve and supported on the insulating sleeve.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the suction electrotome pen comprises a cutter head, a suction tube and a mounting assembly, wherein the cutter head is arranged on the tube wall of the suction tube and is suitable for cutting tissues; the mounting assembly comprises a shell and an insulating sleeve, the insulating sleeve is sleeved on the suction tube, is arranged between the shell and the cutter head and is suitable for coating the suction tube; the electric knife pen also comprises an electric control unit and a conduction hose, wherein the electric control unit is arranged on the shell, is in contact with the suction tube and is suitable for controlling the current on the suction tube; the conduction hose is arranged at one end of the suction tube opposite to the cutter head so as to communicate the suction tube and the corrugated tube; the shell is provided with an elastic part, the elastic part corresponds to the conduction hose, and the elastic part is suitable for extruding the conduction hose under the action of external force.
When the electric control unit is started, high-frequency high-voltage current passes through the cutter head to cut and separate tissues, the suction device arranged behind the corrugated pipe is started, and smoke generated at the cutter head sequentially passes through the suction pipe, the conduction hose and the corrugated pipe and then enters the suction device. When the suction tube is blocked to cause unsmooth suction, external force acts on the elastic part, and the elastic part applies pressure to the conduction hose under the action of the external force. Through the cooperation use that switches on hose and elastic component to block towards suction device such as blood, bloody water and flow, and then form the vacuum cavity at its one end that is close to suction device of elastic component, the blood at elastic component both ends, the bloody water pressure is different promptly, the above-mentioned siphon effect that draws forms in the pipe when releasing the pressure of elastic component, make the broken back suction of the hindrance of jam in drawing the pipe, effectively solved the electrotome pen among the prior art after sucking bold tissue or blood clot etc. adhere to on drawing the pipe inner wall, lead to drawing the pipe and take place the problem of jam.
When the electric knife pen shell is held in operation, fingers attached to the elastic part of the shell can press the elastic part, the operation is very convenient, the pressing force can be adjusted according to the deformation degree of the elastic part, and the phenomenon that the deformation of a conduction hose is overlarge due to excessive force during pressing is prevented; and the elastic part is used as a part of the shell, which does not occupy extra space, and moreover, the part on the shell is arranged as the elastic part, so that the handle end of the suction electric knife pen is smaller and more exquisite, and the operation is convenient.
2. According to the suction electric knife pen, the shell comprises a first shell and a second shell connected with the first shell, the elastic part is arranged on one of the first shell and the second shell, the other shell is provided with the extrusion plate, and the extrusion plate is opposite to the elastic part and is suitable for supporting the conduction hose. The stripper plate plays the supporting role to switching on the hose, and stripper plate and elastic component all exert pressure to switching on the hose promptly, because stripper plate and elastic component correspond the setting, the both sides that switch on the hose all take place bending deformation, and not only take place bending deformation on one side, and make the deformation volume when the elastic component extrusion switches on the hose littleer, realize the siphon effect with littleer deformation volume promptly, in other words, the finger need not press the elastic component hard.
3. According to the suction electric knife pen, two groups of locking assemblies are arranged, each locking assembly comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, one of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate is arranged on the first shell, and the other clamping plate is arranged on the second shell; one end of the conduction hose is sleeved on the suction tube and clamped by the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate of one group of the locking assemblies. After the first shell is connected with the second shell, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are simple in structure, firm connection between the conduction hose and the suction tube is effectively achieved under the action of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the situation that the conduction hose is separated from the suction tube when the extrusion unit applies pressure to the conduction hose under the action of external force is prevented.
4. According to the suction electric knife pen, the length of the conduction hose is larger than the axial distance between the connecting pipe and the suction pipe; the pressing plate is made of an elastic material, and supports the conduction hose after the first housing is connected with the second housing, and causes the middle of the conduction hose to be bent toward the pressing unit. 5. According to the suction electric knife pen, the side, abutted against the conducting hose, of the elastic part is the cambered surface, surface contact is achieved through the arrangement of the cambered surface, and the peripheral wall of the insulating sleeve is attached to the second shell, so that the handle end of the suction electric knife pen is smaller and more exquisite, and operation is facilitated.

The suction electric knife pen of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, comprises a knife head 1, a suction tube 2 and a mounting assembly, wherein the knife head 1 is arranged on the tube wall of the suction tube 2, and the knife head 1 is suitable for cutting tissue; the mounting assembly comprises a shell 3 and an insulating sleeve 4, wherein the insulating sleeve 4 is sleeved on the suction tube 2, is arranged between the shell 3 and the cutter head 1 and is suitable for coating the suction tube 2; the electrotome pen further comprises an electric control unit 18 and a conducting hose 5, wherein the electric control unit 18 is arranged on the shell 3, one end of the electric control unit is connected with an external power supply through a lead, and the other end of the electric control unit is in contact with the suction tube 2 and is suitable for controlling the current on the suction tube 2; the conduction hose 5 is arranged at one end of the suction tube 2 opposite to the cutter head 1 so as to communicate the suction tube 2 with the corrugated tube 6; the shell 3 is provided with an elastic part 9, the elastic part 9 corresponds to the conduction hose 5, and the elastic part 9 is suitable for extruding the conduction hose 5 under the action of external force.
When the electric scalpel is used, the control button 19 is pressed to start the electronic control unit 18, high-frequency high-voltage current passes through the scalpel head 1 to cut and separate tissues, the suction device arranged behind the corrugated pipe 6 is started, and smoke generated at the scalpel head 1 enters the suction device after sequentially passing through the suction pipe 2, the conducting hose 5 and the corrugated pipe 6. When the suction tube 2 is blocked and the suction is not smooth, an external force acts on the elastic part 9, and the elastic part 9 applies pressure to the conduction hose 5 under the action of the external force. Through the cooperation of conducting hose 5 and elastic part 9 and using for the blood at elastic part 9 both ends, blood pressure are different, form the siphon effect, make the jam suck after the broken back of hindrance in attracting pipe 2, have effectively solved the electrotome pen among the prior art after inhaling bold tissue or clot etc. and adhere to on attracting pipe 2 inner wall, lead to attracting pipe 2 to take place the problem of jam.
When the electric knife pen shell 3 is held in operation, fingers attached to the elastic part 9 of the shell 3 press the elastic part 9, so that the operation is very convenient, the pressing force can be adjusted according to the deformation degree of the elastic part 9, and the condition that the deformation of the conduction hose 5 is overlarge due to excessive force during pressing is prevented; moreover, the elastic part 9 is taken as a part of the shell 3, which does not occupy extra space, and moreover, the handle end of the suction electric knife pen is smaller and more convenient for operation by arranging the part on the shell 3 as the elastic part 9.
Specifically, the side that the elastic part offsets with the conduction hose is the cambered surface, realizes that the elastic part contacts with the conduction hose face, and insulating sleeve's perisporium and second shell are laminated mutually, further reduce the size that should attract electrotome pen to handle the end, make it more small and exquisite, make things convenient for the operation.
The housing 3 includes a first housing 7 and a second housing 8 connected to the first housing 7, the elastic portion 9 is disposed on one of the first housing 7 and the second housing 8, and a pressing plate 12 is disposed on the other one of the first housing 7 and the second housing 8, the pressing plate 12 is disposed opposite to the elastic portion 9 and adapted to support the conduction hose 5.
The squeezing plate 12 supports the conduction hose 5, namely, the squeezing plate 12 and the elastic part 9 apply pressure to the conduction hose 5, and because the squeezing plate 12 and the elastic part 9 are correspondingly arranged, the two sides of the conduction hose 5 are both subjected to bending deformation, not only one side of the conduction hose is subjected to bending deformation, but also the deformation amount of the elastic part 9 when the conduction hose 5 is squeezed is smaller, namely, the siphon effect is realized by the smaller deformation amount, in other words, fingers do not need to press the elastic part 9 with force.
Furthermore, the suction electric pencil further comprises two groups of locking assemblies, wherein the two groups of locking assemblies comprise a first clamping plate 13 and a second clamping plate 14, one of the first clamping plate 13 and the second clamping plate 14 is arranged on the first shell 7, and the other one of the first clamping plate 13 and the second clamping plate 14 is arranged on the second shell 8; one end of the conducting hose 5 is sleeved on the suction tube 2 and clamped by the first clamping plate 13 and the second clamping plate 14 of one group of the locking assemblies. After the first shell is connected with the second shell, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are simple in structure, firm connection between the conduction hose and the suction tube is effectively achieved under the action of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the situation that the conduction hose is separated from the suction tube when the extrusion unit applies pressure to the conduction hose under the action of external force is prevented.
Further, the suction electric knife pen further comprises a connecting pipe 15, wherein the connecting pipe 15 is arranged in the shell 3, is positioned between the conduction hose 5 and the corrugated pipe 6 and is used for communicating the conduction hose 5 and the corrugated pipe 6, and the other end of the conduction hose 5 is sleeved on the connecting pipe 15 and is clamped by the first clamping plate 13 and the second clamping plate 14 of the other group of locking assemblies.
An air suction switch 21 is arranged between the connecting pipe 15 and the corrugated pipe 6, and the size of the suction force of the suction device is adjusted and controlled through the air suction switch 21.
Specifically, the length of the conduction hose 5 is greater than the axial distance between the connection tube 15 and the suction tube 2; the pressing plate 12 is made of an elastic material, which bends the middle portion of the lead-through hose 5 toward the elastic portion 9. Specifically, the elastic portion 9 is connected to the mounting portion of the first housing 7 or the second housing 8, the connecting structure includes an annular groove and a protrusion 11 matched with the annular groove, one of the annular groove and the protrusion 11 is disposed on the edge of the first housing 7, and the other is disposed on the edge of the second housing 8.
