Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a headset 10 is provided, where the headset 10 may be a True Wireless Stereo (TWS) headset, or may be other types of Wireless or bluetooth headsets.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in an embodiment, the earphone 10 includes a main body 20 and an ear handle 30, the main body 20 includes a first side 21 and a second side 22 opposite to each other, when the earphone 10 is used by a user, at least a part of the structure of the first side 21 of the main body 20 can be inserted into the ear of the user, and the ear handle 30 is hung outside the ear of the user. The main body 20 includes a first case 100 and a second case 200, and the first side 21 is located at the first case 100 and the second side 22 is located at the second case 200. The projection of the body 20 on the XY plane is substantially elliptical. The main body 20 may be substantially ellipsoidal or may be a partial structure of an ellipsoid. Similarly, the main body 20 may have other rounded or smooth shapes, and is also within the scope of the present application. The first side 21 and the second side 22 are located on opposite sides of the body 20 in the Z direction. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the battery 600 and the speaker 700 are arranged in a first direction, i.e., a Y direction, within the first receiving space 40. The battery 600 includes a first end 610 and a second end 620, and the speaker 700 includes a third end 710 and a fourth end 720. It is understood that the first end 610 and the second end 620 are of unitary construction and the third end 710 and the fourth end 720 are of unitary construction. The first end 610 faces away from the side of the main body 20 where the sound outlet 110 is disposed, and the second end 620 faces toward the side of the main body 20 where the sound outlet 110 is disposed, that is, the first end 610 faces toward the second side 22, and the second end 620 faces toward the first side 21. The third end 710 faces away from the sound outlet 110, and the fourth end 720 faces the sound outlet 110, i.e. the third end 710 faces the second side 22 and the fourth end 720 faces the first side 21. The first end 610 is attached to or has a gap with the circuit board 500.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment, the outer surface of the first end 610 is a cylindrical structure, and the second end 620 is a circular truncated cone-shaped structure or a similar circular truncated cone-shaped structure, and the end with the larger diameter of the circular truncated cone-shaped structure is connected with the cylindrical structure. It is understood that cylinder-like structures and truncated cone-like structures are also within the scope of the present application. The third end 710 and the fourth end 720 are both cylindrical structures. In the XY plane, the projected size of the first end 610 is larger than the projected size of the second end 620, i.e., the diameter of the first end 610 is larger than the diameter of the second end 620. It will be appreciated that the second end 620 is a truncated cone-like structure, and the diameter of the second end 620 is smaller as the second end 620 is farther away from the first end 610, and the diameter of the second end 620 is equal to the diameter of the first end 610 where the second end 620 joins the first end 610. In the XY plane, the projected size of the third end 710 is smaller than that of the fourth end 720, i.e. the diameter of the third end 710 is smaller than that of the fourth end 720, so that the speaker 700 has a T-shaped structure.
As shown in fig. 9, in one embodiment, in the first direction, Y-direction, the battery 600 and the speaker 700 are arranged side by side, the first end 610 and the third end 710 are located on the same side, and the second end 620 and the fourth end 720 are located on the same side. The third end 710 provides a space for the first end 610 to escape, and the second end 620 provides a space for the fourth end 720 to escape, so that the first accommodating space 40 is fully used in the Y direction, thereby reducing the size of the main body 20 in the Y direction.
In one embodiment, the battery 600 is a pouch battery, that is, the pouch battery is structurally packaged by an aluminum plastic film, and in case of a safety hazard, the pouch battery is blown and cracked at most, and no other damage is caused. Due to the manufacturing process of the round pouch battery, the battery 600 is not generally made in a uniform cylindrical shape. In order to make the most of the space, the present application makes the speaker 700 in a T-shaped structure to be fitted with the battery 600, so as to make the most of the space and reduce the size of the main body 20 in the first direction, i.e., the Y direction.
It is understood that the dimension of the main body 20 in the length direction, i.e., the Y direction, is mainly composed of the wall thickness of the first casing 100 or the second casing 200, the diameter of the battery 600, the diameter of the speaker 700, and the gap between the components. Since the wall thickness of the first casing 100 or the second casing 200 is a fixed parameter due to the casing strength, the injection molding conditions, and the like, the diameters of the battery 600 and the speaker 700 are fixed values, and the assembling clearance is also fixed due to the assembling and the like while the service life and the sound quality are ensured, the size of the main body 20 in the length direction, i.e., the Y direction, is reduced by matching the shape of the speaker 700 with the shape of the battery 600.
As shown in fig. 3, 10 and 11, in one embodiment, the speaker 700 is obliquely offset with respect to the battery 600 so as to more closely conform to the shape of the first receiving space 40, and such that the third end 710 is close to the battery 600 and the fourth end 720 protrudes from the second end 620 in the third direction, i.e., the Z direction. As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the sound outlet tip 110 has a central axis 112, and it will be appreciated that the central axis 112 is located at the center of the sound outlet cavity 111. On a plane perpendicular to the central axis, the projected size of the third end 710 is smaller than that of the fourth end, i.e. the diameter of the third end is smaller than that of the fourth end. In another embodiment, the centerline of the speaker 700 is parallel to the central axis 112, i.e., the central axis 112 is perpendicular to the third end 710 and the fourth end 720.
