技术领域

EP 2 406 494 B1公开了一种泵挺杆,其具有单独的放入板作为用于被构造为泵活塞的随动环节的接触配合件。在此,板被扣合在泵挺杆的壳体上的在内壁的突出部的后面,并且在运行时被支撑在缩进的扁平部的下侧上。该板相对于壳体能略微运动,这可能会导致噪音排放和磨损。还可以看出,泵挺杆在其高度-直径比例方面具有近似方形的设计方案。

实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型的任务是创建一种结构轻便且硬的泵挺杆,其适宜于更高的安装长度。
根据本实用新型,该任务通过如下方式来解决,即,泵挺杆具有长套筒状的几何形状,其中,泵挺杆的从动侧的端面由一件式地接合的形成底部封闭。

根据本实用新型的特别优选的变型方案,泵挺杆比其外直径至少高了1.5倍。在此,1.8至2.0或更高的比例也是能良好地设想且设置的。
在底部中的至少一个贯通开口,例如钻孔,防止了油或燃料被在内壁处积聚在壳体中或在运行时发生“鼓起(aufpumpen)”。
所提出的泵挺杆也可用于气门或压缩机传动装置中。它的滚子要么经由滑动轴承装置要么经由滚针轴承装置在销栓上延伸。

具体实施方式
由附图得知了用于燃料高压泵的泵挺杆1。泵挺杆1具有由板材制成的经长向拉伸的、空心柱体形的壳体2。在其驱动侧3中延伸有用于凸轮逆向运行的滚子4。滚子4被安置在销栓8上,销栓被插塞到扁平部10的孔眼18中,并且子段式地探伸超过壳体2的驱动侧的端面 15。在此,扁平部10从壳体2的驱动侧的端面15出发。如图2、3所示,扁平部相对于壳体2的外周侧9缩进。滚子4以其外端面14侧向地在扁平部10的内侧13上引导。
如图1、2所公开地,壳体2在其从动侧的端面11上,进而在其从动侧5,具有一件式地接合的底部6,该底部的外侧7用于与泵活塞或其他的随动环节贴靠。底部6的内侧19从其平坦的中心朝内侧13 的方向略微屋顶状地下降。底部6的壁厚SB在此通常大于壳体2的壁厚DG。
最后还从图4得知,底部6具有四个均匀分布的用介质穿过(空气,油,燃料)的贯通开口12,并且在壳体2中紧固有销钉17作为防扭转部。

1.泵挺杆(1),其用于燃料高压泵,所述泵挺杆包括空心柱体形的壳体(2),所述壳体的驱动侧(3)具有滚子(4)以用于周期性的行程发生器的逆向运行,并且所述壳体的从动侧(5)具有底部(6)以用于在所述壳体的外侧(7)上接触随动环节,其中,所述滚子(4)被安置在销栓(8)上,所述销栓插塞到从所述壳体(2)的外周侧(9)缩进的扁平部(10)中,
其特征在于,所述泵挺杆(1)具有长套筒状的几何形状,其中,所述泵挺杆的从动侧的端面(11)由一件式地接合的形成所述底部(6)封闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵挺杆,其特征在于,所述泵挺杆(1)的长度使得对于所述泵挺杆的高度(H)与外周侧(9)上的泵挺杆的引导直径(DF)的比例是:H/DF≥1.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泵挺杆,其特征在于,所述底部(6)的壁厚(SB)大于所述壳体(2)的壁厚(DG)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泵挺杆,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)要么由经深拉的钢板材制成,要么以挤压技术来制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的泵挺杆,其特征在于,所述底部(6)具有至少一个贯通开口(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的泵挺杆,其特征在于,所述滚子(4)以其外端面(14)止推在所述扁平部(10)的内侧(13)上。
