When the first side box 200 is located at the first position, the portion of the second lining plate 221 extending out of the first rear wall 220 is attached to the inner surface of the rear end wall 140, and when the first side box 200 is located at the second position, the portion of the second lining plate 221 extending out of the first rear wall 220 is exposed. The second liner 221 can enhance the compressive strength of the first rear wall 220, avoiding the package 10 from collapsing and deforming; when the first side box 200 closes the base 100, the second lining plate 221 moves to one side of the inner surface of the rear end wall 140 and is attached to the inner surface of the rear end wall 140, so that the first side box 200 can be drawn to be closed, and the fitting degree of the first side box 200 and the base 100 can be increased. In one embodiment, the second lining board 221 is made of gray board
The package 10 comprises a third liner 311, the third liner 311 being attached to the inner surface of the second front wall 310 and extending beyond the edge of the second front wall 310. The width of the third liner 311 is substantially the same as the width of the inner surface of the second front wall 310 such that the third liner 311 substantially covers the inner surface of the second front wall 310. When the second side box 300 is located at the third position, the portion of the third liner 311 extending out of the second front wall 310 is attached to the inner surface of the front end wall 120, and when the second side box 300 is located at the fourth position, the portion of the third liner 311 extending out of the second front wall 310 is exposed. The third liner 311 can enhance the compressive strength of the second front wall 310, and prevent the package 10 from collapsing and deforming; when the second side box 300 closes the base 100, the third liner 311 moves to one side of the inner surface of the front end wall 120 and adheres to the inner surface of the front end wall 120, so that the second side box 300 can be drawn to close, and the fitting degree between the second side box 300 and the base 100 can be increased. In one embodiment, the third lining 311 is made of gray board
The package 10 includes a fourth liner 321, and the fourth liner 321 is attached to the inner surface of the second rear wall 320 and extends out of the edge of the second rear wall 320. The width of the fourth liner 321 is substantially the same as the width of the inner surface of the second rear wall 320 such that the fourth liner 321 substantially covers the inner surface of the second rear wall 320. When the second side box 300 is located at the third position, the portion of the fourth liner 321 extending out of the second rear wall 320 is attached to the inner surface of the rear end wall 140, and when the second side box 300 is located at the fourth position, the portion of the fourth liner 321 extending out of the second rear wall 320 is exposed. The fourth liner 321 can enhance the compressive strength of the second rear wall 320, so as to avoid the situation that the package box 10 collapses and deforms; when the second side box 300 closes the base 100, the fourth liner 321 moves to one side of the inner surface of the rear end wall 140 and adheres to the inner surface of the rear end wall 140, so as to draw the second side box 300 to close, and increase the fitting degree between the second side box 300 and the base 100. In one embodiment, the fourth liner 321 is made of gray board
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in one embodiment, the first side case 200 includes a first engaging portion 242. The cross section of the first engaging portion 242 is U-shaped, and the first engaging portion 242 is fixed on the inner surface of the first top wall 240 and has an opening facing away from the first top wall 240 to engage with the article 20 in the packing box 10. In one embodiment, the first engaging portion 242 is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). The second side box 300 includes a second engaging portion 342, the cross-section of the second engaging portion 342 is U-shaped, and the second engaging portion 342 is fixed on the inner surface of the second top wall 340 and has an opening facing away from the first top wall 240 to engage with the article 20 in the packing box 10. In one embodiment, the second engaging portion 342 is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). As shown in fig. 1, the first engaging portion 242 and the second engaging portion 342 are respectively located at two ends of the article 20 in the packing box 10, and the first engaging portion 242 and the second engaging portion 342 respectively hold two ends of the article 20 in the packing box 10, so as to prevent the article 20 from shaking left and right in the packing box 10, and increase the fixing reliability of the article 20 in the packing box 10.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment, an end of the first top wall 240 close to the second side box 300 is provided with a first magnetic member 243, and a position of the second top wall 340 corresponding to the first magnetic member 243 is provided with a second magnetic member 343. When the packing box 10 is in the closed state, that is, when the first side box 200 is located at the second position and the second side box 300 is located at the fourth position, the first magnetic member 243 attracts the second magnetic member 343, so that the first side box 200 and the second side box 300 can be tightly closed, and the articles 20 in the packing box 10 can be prevented from falling out due to the opening of the packing box 10 during transportation or storage. The arrangement of the first magnetic member 243 and the second magnetic member 343 can improve the hand feeling when the package box 10 is opened and the confirmation feeling when the package box is closed, thereby improving the opening and closing experience of the user.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 8, in an embodiment, a third engaging portion 150 is disposed in the base 100, the third engaging portion 150 is provided with a receiving cavity 151, and an opening of the receiving cavity 151 has the same direction as that of the opening of the base 100. The shape and size of the accommodating cavity 151 are set according to the size of the article 20 to be carried by the packaging box 10, so that the accommodating cavity 151 is matched with the article 20, at least part of the structure of the article 20 can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity 151, and the accommodating cavity 151 can fix the article 20 to prevent the article 20 from shaking. The third engaging portion 150, the first engaging portion 242 and the second engaging portion 342 fix the articles 20 in the packing box 10, so that the articles 20 can be effectively fixed and prevented from shaking during storage and transportation. In one embodiment, the third engaging portion 150 is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA).
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 8 and 9, a kit 153 is provided within the package 10. The third engaging portion 150 is formed with a fitting groove 152, and as shown in fig. 4, the section of the fitting groove 152 is a trapezoid structure. The fitting groove 152 may be in communication with the accommodating chamber 151 or may not be in communication with the accommodating chamber 151. The third engaging portion 150 of the fitting groove 152 having the trapezoidal structure has higher compressive strength than the third engaging portion 150 of the fitting groove 152 having the rectangular structure, and can effectively prevent the article 20 in the packing box 10 from shaking. The fitting box 153 is fitted to the fitting groove 152, and the fitting box 153 can be accommodated in the fitting groove 152 and can be taken out from the fitting groove 152. Accessory boxes 153 house accessories for articles 20. In one embodiment, the article 20 in the packing box 10 is a mobile phone, and the accessory box 153 has a charger, a data line, an earphone, etc. The fitting box 153 is matched with the third clamping part 150, so that the thickness of the volume of the packing box 10 can be reduced; the trapezoidal receiving cavity 151 is added to the third engaging portion 150, and the thickness of the packing box 10 can be reduced by the accessory box 153 under the condition that the strength of the third engaging portion 150 for fixing the article 20 is not changed.
The packing box 10 of the present application can fix the angle after the first side box 200 and the second side box 300 are opened by using the first angle limiting member 241 and the second angle limiting member, so that the packing box 10 can be used as a prop for displaying the articles 20, and the articles 20 inside can be better presented. The arrangement of the first lining board 211, the second lining board 221, the third lining board 311 and the fourth lining board 321 can increase the compressive strength of the packaging box 10, avoid the situation of collapse and deformation of the packaging box 10, draw the closure of the first side box 200 and the second side box 300, and increase the degree of engagement between the first side box 200 and the base 100 and between the second side box 300 and the base 100. The arrangement of the first magnetic member 243 and the second magnetic member 343 can improve the hand feeling when the package box 10 is opened and the confirmation feeling when the package box is closed, thereby improving the opening and closing experience of the user. The first engaging portion 242, the second engaging portion 342 and the third engaging portion 150 increase the engaging area of the packing box 10 for the article 20, so that the article 20 is fixed in the packing box 10, and the article 20 is prevented from shaking during transportation of the storage box. The accessory case 153 is accommodated in the accessory groove 152 of the third engaging portion 150, and the thickness of the packing box 10 can be reduced without reducing the strength of the third engaging portion 150 for fixing the article 20.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (11)

1. A package, comprising:
a base;
the first side box comprises a first box body and a first angle limiting piece, one end of the first box body is connected with the base and can rotate relative to the base, the first angle limiting piece is arranged at the connecting position of the first box body and the base and is respectively connected with the first box body and the base so as to limit the rotating range of the first box body relative to the base, and the first box body is provided with a first accommodating groove; and
the second side box and the first side box are positioned on the same side of the base, the second side box comprises a second box body and a second angle limiting piece, one end of the second box body is connected with the base and can rotate relative to the base, the second angle limiting piece is arranged at the connecting position of the second box body and the base and is respectively connected with the second box body and the base so as to limit the rotating range of the second box body relative to the base, and the second box body is provided with a second accommodating groove;
the first box body and the second box body can rotate around the base respectively, so that the side where the first containing groove is located and the side where the second containing groove is located are close to and in butt joint with each other, and the base covers the first containing groove and the second containing groove to form a containing cavity.
2. A pack according to claim 1 wherein the first container and the base are integrally formed, the first container and the base being foldable to form a first side fold therebetween, the first container being pivotable relative to the base about the first side fold; the second box body with base integrated into one piece, the second box body with bending type becomes second side crease between the base, the second box body can wind second side crease for the base rotates.
3. The packaging box according to claim 2,
the base comprises a front end wall and a rear end wall which are arranged oppositely, and a first end wall and a second end wall which are arranged oppositely, the front end wall is connected to one end of the first end wall and one end of the second end wall, and the rear end wall is connected to the other end of the first end wall and the other end of the second end wall;
the first side box comprises a first side wall, a first front wall and a first rear wall which are arranged in an opposite mode, the first side wall is connected between the first front wall and the first rear wall, the first angle limiting piece is attached to the first side crease, part of structure of the first angle limiting piece is attached to the inner surface of the first side wall, and the rest of structure of the first angle limiting piece is attached to the inner surface of the first end wall;
the second side box comprises a second side wall, a second front wall and a second rear wall which are arranged oppositely, the second side wall is connected between the second front wall and the second rear wall, the second angle limiting piece is attached to the second side crease, part of the structure of the second angle limiting piece is attached to the inner surface of the second side wall, and the rest of the structure of the second angle limiting piece is attached to the inner surface of the second end wall;
when the base covers the first accommodating groove and the second accommodating groove to form the accommodating cavity, the end parts of any two of the first front wall, the second front wall and the front end wall are in butt joint, the end parts of any two of the first rear wall, the second rear wall and the rear end wall are in butt joint, and the packaging box is in a closed state;
the first side box being tiltable and positionable relative to the base under the constraint of the first angle limiting member, a gap being present between the ends of any two of the first front wall, the second front wall and the front end wall; the second side box is tiltable and positionable relative to the base under the constraint of the second angle limiting member, a gap being present between the ends of any two of the first rear wall, the second rear wall and the rear end wall, the package being in an open condition.
4. A package according to claim 3, comprising any one of the following:
the packaging box comprises a first lining plate, the first lining plate is attached to the inner surface of the first front wall and extends out of the edge of the first front wall, when the packaging box is in a closed state, the part of the first lining plate extending out of the first front wall is attached to the inner surface of the front end wall, and when the packaging box is in an open state, the part of the first lining plate extending out of the first front wall is exposed;
the packaging box comprises a second lining plate, the second lining plate is attached to the inner surface of the first rear wall and extends out of the edge of the first rear wall, when the packaging box is in a closed state, the part of the second lining plate extending out of the first rear wall is attached to the inner surface of the rear end wall, and when the packaging box is in an open state, the part of the second lining plate extending out of the first rear wall is exposed;
the packaging box comprises a third lining plate, the third lining plate is attached to the inner surface of the second front wall and extends out of the edge of the second front wall, when the packaging box is in a closed state, the part of the third lining plate extending out of the second front wall is attached to the inner surface of the front end wall, and when the packaging box is in an open state, the part of the third lining plate extending out of the second front wall is exposed;
the packing carton includes the fourth welt, the fourth welt laminate in the internal surface of second back wall just extends the edge of second back wall, when the packing carton is in closed condition, the extension of fourth welt the part of second back wall laminate in the internal surface of back end wall, when the packing carton is in open mode, the extension of fourth welt the part of second back wall exposes.
5. A package as claimed in claim 3 wherein the first side box includes a first top wall connected between the first front wall, the first rear wall and the first side wall, the first top wall, the first front wall, the first rear wall and the first side wall enclosing the first receiving channel; the first side box comprises a first clamping part, and the first clamping part is fixed on the inner surface of the first top wall, and the opening of the first clamping part faces away from the first top wall so as to clamp the articles in the packaging box.
6. A package according to claim 5 wherein the second side box includes a second top wall connected between the second front wall, the second rear wall and the second side wall, the second top wall, the second front wall, the second rear wall and the second side wall enclosing the second receiving channel; the second side box comprises a second clamping part, and the second clamping part is fixed on the inner surface of the second top wall, and the opening of the second clamping part faces away from the first top wall so as to clamp the articles in the packaging box.
7. A package as claimed in claim 6, wherein the end of the first top wall close to the second side box is provided with a first magnetic member, the second top wall is provided with a second magnetic member at a position corresponding to the first magnetic member, and when the first side box is located at the second position and the second side box is located at the fourth position, the first magnetic member attracts the second magnetic member, so that the first side box and the second side box can be tightly closed.
8. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base has a third engaging portion therein, the third engaging portion having a receiving cavity with an opening facing the same direction as the opening of the base.
9. The packing box of claim 8, wherein the third engaging portion defines a fitting groove, and the fitting groove has a trapezoidal cross-section.
10. The package of claim 9, including an accessory caddy that mates with the accessory slot, the accessory caddy being receivable in and removable from the accessory slot.
11. A package according to any of claims 1 to 10, wherein the first angle defining member is a sticker or a plastic or film sticker and the second angle defining member is a sticker or a plastic or film sticker.
