With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the driving member includes an electromagnet 510 and an elastic member 550, the elastic member 550 is connected between the locking member 520 and the frame 100, the elastic member 550 is configured to make the locking member 520 have a tendency to move to the locking position, the electromagnet 510 includes an iron core 511 and a coil, and the iron core 511 is in transmission connection with the locking member 520. When the coil is energized, the plunger 511 is retracted so that the plunger 511 moves the locking member 520 to the unlocked position. The iron core 511 is provided with an insert column 512, the locking member 520 is provided with a long groove 525, and the insert column 512 is inserted into the long groove 525.
In the paper money collecting and separating device, when the locking of the position of the first paper money supporting plate 210 at the paper money discharging position needs to be released, the coil is electrified, so that the iron core 511 retracts, in the process, the inserted column 512 moves in the long groove 525, so that the locking piece 520 is driven to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft 540 to the unlocking position, the locking hook 521 is separated from the groove 532, and the locking of the position of the first paper money supporting plate 210 is released; when the coil is de-energized, the electromagnetic force of the electromagnet 510 disappears, and the elastic member 550 drives the locking member 520 to rotate to the locking position.

In other embodiments, the driving member may be provided to include a motor and a transmission member, and in particular, the motor is in transmission connection with the locking member 520 through the transmission member, and can drive the locking member 520 to switch between the locking position and the unlocking position. Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the locking hook 521 includes a first surface 522 and a second surface 523 disposed at an included angle, the first surface 522 is configured to be engaged with the engaging portion 530, and when the locking element 520 is located at the locking position, the first surface 522 extends along a direction perpendicular to the setting direction.
According to the arrangement, before the locking member 520 is not engaged with the engaging portion 530, the locking member 520 is located at the locking position under the action of the elastic member 550, when the first banknote supporting plate 210 moves to the banknote output position, the engaging portion 530 contacts with the second surface 523 of the locking hook 521 located at the locking position, the second surface 523 guides the first banknote supporting plate 210 to move, and meanwhile, the first banknote supporting plate 210 forces the locking member 520 to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 550 to avoid the engaging portion 530.
When the elastic member 550 is not provided between the locking member 520 and the chassis 100, the engaging portion 530 can be evacuated by the micro-deformation of the locking member 520 itself when the engaging portion 530 contacts the second surface 523. Such as: when the fitting part 530 contacts the second face 523 of the latch hook 521 located at the locking position, the locking member 520 is deformed; when the first banknote receiving plate 210 moves to the locking position, the locking member 520 returns to the initial state.
It should be noted that, the driving member and the locking member 520 may be disposed on the rack 100, and the engaging portion 530 is disposed on the first banknote holding plate 210, but the invention is not limited thereto, and other configurations may also be adopted, such as: the driving member and the locking member 520 are disposed on the first banknote supporting plate 210, and the plurality of engaging portions 530 are disposed on an inner wall of the first banknote storing cavity 220 (this embodiment is not shown in the figure), wherein the number of the engaging portions 530 is plural, and the plurality of engaging portions 530 are arranged at intervals along a set direction. When the bill supporting plate moves in a predetermined direction, the locking member 520 may be selectively engaged with the engaging portions 530.
The locking principle of the second banknote supporting plate 310 is exemplarily explained by using a banknote supporting plate position locking mechanism, when banknotes are fed, the banknotes enter the banknote collecting space formed between the second banknote supporting plate 310 and the second guide plate 340 through the second access opening 360, the second banknote supporting plate 310 moves in the direction away from the second access opening 360 along with the increase of the number of the banknotes on the second banknote supporting plate 310, and after each movement of a set distance, the locking member 520 can be matched with the matching portion 530 at the corresponding position, so that the second banknote supporting plate 310 is locked at the set position; when the paper money is dispensed, along with the reduction of the number of the paper money on the second paper money supporting plate 310, in order to ensure that the paper money on the second paper money supporting plate 310 can contact with the paper money kicking roller 430, the position of the second paper money supporting plate 310 gradually moves towards the direction close to the second access opening 360, and after the paper money is moved for a set distance, the locking member 520 can be matched with the matching part 530 at the corresponding position, so that the second paper money supporting plate 310 is locked at the set position.

Claims (10)

1. A banknote accumulation and separation device, comprising:
the cash register comprises a rack, a cash storage cavity and a first opening, wherein the rack is provided with the cash storage cavity, and the first end of the cash storage cavity along the set direction is provided with the first opening;
the paper money supporting plate is movably arranged in the paper money storage cavity and can move along a set direction to be close to or far away from the first opening; and
the banknote carrying plate position locking mechanism comprises a driving piece, a locking piece and a matching part, wherein the driving piece and the locking piece are arranged on one of the rack and the banknote carrying plate together, and the matching part is arranged on the other of the rack and the banknote carrying plate; the driving piece is in transmission connection with the locking piece and is used for driving the locking piece to move between a locking position and an unlocking position;
when the locking piece is positioned at the locking position, the locking piece is matched with the matching part, and the paper money supporting plate is locked at a set position; when the locking piece is located the unblock position, the locking piece with cooperation portion separation, hold in the palm the paper money board and can follow the setting direction and remove.
2. The device for stacking and separating paper money according to claim 1, wherein the driving member is mounted to the frame, the locking member is movably connected to the frame, and the engaging portion is provided on the paper money receiving plate.

4. The banknote accumulation and separation device of claim 3 wherein said locking member includes a latch hook;
when the locking piece is located at the locking position, the locking hook is in clamping fit with the matching part on the banknote supporting plate located at the set position; when the locking piece is located at the unlocking position, the locking hook is separated from the matching part, and the banknote supporting plate can leave the set position.

The banknote accumulation separator according to claim 4 wherein said latch hook includes a first face and a second face angularly disposed, said first face for engaging said engaging portion and said first face extending in a direction perpendicular to the setting direction when said locking member is in the locked position.
6. The banknote accumulation and separation device according to claim 4, wherein the setting direction is a vertical direction, and the engagement portion includes a blocking projection and a groove having an upward opening;
when the banknote supporting plate is located at a set position and the locking piece is located at a locking position, the lower surface of the blocking protrusion is abutted to the cross beam of the rack, and the locking hook is clamped with the groove.

The banknote accumulation separator according to claim 2 wherein said drive member includes an electromagnet and a spring, said spring being connected between said locking member and said frame, said spring being configured to cause said locking member to always have a tendency to move to one of a locked position and an unlocked position, said electromagnet including an iron core and a coil, said iron core being in driving connection with said locking member, said iron core being driven to extend or retract when said coil is energized, said iron core moving said locking member to the other of the locked position and the unlocked position.

The banknote accumulation and separation device according to claim 1, wherein the driving member and the locking member are disposed on the banknote support plate, the engaging portions are disposed on an inner wall of the banknote storage chamber, the number of the engaging portions is plural, and the plural engaging portions are arranged at intervals along a predetermined direction;
when the paper money supporting plate moves along the set direction, the locking piece can be alternatively matched with the plurality of matching parts.

The paper currency stacking and separating device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a second opening and a paper currency separating component are arranged at a second end of the paper currency storage cavity along the set direction, and the paper currency supporting plate is provided with a paper currency stacking position and a paper currency discharging position;
