本实用新型属于空分设备技术领域,具体涉及一种空分原料气预处理结构。
背景技术
现有公司空分装置安装在医化园区,园区内都是化工企业及在海边,空气质量恶劣,空气中含有碳氢化合物等杂质,造成空分装置生产的高纯氮中氢含量超标及烃类杂质容易在空分装置中积聚,影响空分安全正常运行及产品无法达到高纯气体要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种空分原料气预处理结构,在空分装置纯化器前安装一套催化氧化装置,减少纯化器使用负荷,保证空分装置安全运行。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种空分原料气预处理结构,包括空气预处理管道,空气预处理管道上设置有空气过滤器、压缩机和纯化器,压缩机将经过空气过滤器初步过滤后的空气输送向纯化器,所述压缩机和纯化器之间还设置有催化氧化器和空冷塔,催化氧化器利用催化剂脱除空气中的碳氢化合物,空冷塔对空气进行降温、洗涤及初步去除杂质。
进一步的,所述纯化器并联设置两组。
进一步的,所述空气预处理管道从催化氧化器底部引入,顶部引出。
进一步的,所述空冷塔上部设置喷淋管道,底部设置出水口,空气预处理管道从空冷其下部引入。
进一步的,所述空气预处理管道从纯化器顶部引入,从纯化器底部引出后流向分馏塔。
本实用新型相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
原料空气在空气过滤器中去除颗粒状的杂质,进入压缩机,压缩至规定的压力后进入催化氧化器,利用催化剂的特性将原料空气中的碳氢化合物催化作用与空气中氧反应生成水,脱除碳氢化合物后再进入空冷塔进行降温、洗涤及初步去除空气中水分和微颗粒,再进入纯化器系统,脱除空气中的二氧化碳、水分等杂质,最终干燥、洁净的空气通过管道进入分馏塔系统,保证空分安全运行和使得产品氮气达到高纯气体的要求。

一种空分原料气预处理结构,如图1所示,包括空气预处理管道6,空气预处理管道6上设置有空气过滤器1、压缩机2和纯化器5,压缩机2将经过空气过滤器1初步过滤后的空气输送向纯化器5。其中,压缩机2和纯化器5之间还设置有催化氧化器3和空冷塔4。空气预处理管道6从催化氧化器3底部引入,顶部引出,催化氧化器3利用催化剂脱除空气中的碳氢化合物;空冷塔4对空气进行降温、洗涤及初步去除杂质,空冷塔4上部设置喷淋管道,底部设置出水口,空气预处理管道6从空冷其下部引入。
本实施例中,纯化器5并联设置两组,空气预处理管道6从纯化器5顶部引入,从纯化器5底部引出后流向分馏塔。
