Abstract
A carriage of a conveyor belt dump truck comprises a left carriage side plate, a right carriage side plate, an openable carriage rear plate, a carriage underframe frame and a carriage assembly for loading materials, wherein the carriage assembly is enclosed by the front carriage side plate; the power assembly drives the materials on the conveyer belt to move backwards and be unloaded from the rear plate of the openable carriage. The unloading device has the advantages that the carriage does not need to be turned over during unloading, the gravity center of the whole vehicle is lower, and the vehicle can be unloaded in an uneven area; the unloading can be realized without lifting the oil cylinder, so that the problem of the wire is solved, and the electric wire can be driven into any place to work.

a carriage of a conveyor belt dump truck comprises a left carriage side plate, a right carriage side plate, an openable carriage rear plate, a carriage underframe frame and a carriage assembly which is enclosed by the front carriage side plate and the carriage underframe frame and used for loading materials, wherein the carriage underframe frame is positioned in a rotation area of a conveyor belt mechanism, the conveyor belt mechanism comprises a front rotating shaft, a rear rotating shaft, a conveyor belt, ribs and a power assembly, the conveyor belt and the ribs synchronously move, the carriage rear plate, the left carriage connecting plate, the right carriage connecting plate and the lower end of the front carriage side plate are positioned above the conveyor belt, so that when the carriage bears the materials, the weight of all the materials is transmitted to the ribs through the conveyor belt, the ribs are pressed on the carriage underframe frame to transmit the weight, and the power assembly drives the front rotating shaft or the rear rotating shaft to rotate to drive the materials on.
The more specific technical scheme also comprises the following steps: side sealing strips are fixed at the joint parts of the left and right carriage side plates and the conveying belt.

Detailed Description
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the invention comprises a carriage assembly 1 which is enclosed by a left carriage sideboard 1.1, a right carriage sideboard 1.2, an openable carriage backboard 1.2, a carriage underframe frame 1.6 and a front carriage sideboard and is used for loading materials, wherein the carriage assembly 1 of the conveyor belt type dumper is arranged on a dumper or trailer frame 4, wheels and an axle 3 are assembled on the frame 4, and a conveyor belt tensioning mechanism 2 is arranged at the outer side of the carriage and is used for tensioning a conveyor belt in the carriage through a rotating shaft.
The carriage underframe frame 1.6 is positioned in a rotation area of the conveyer belt mechanism, the conveyer belt mechanism comprises a front rotating shaft 1.7, a rear rotating shaft 1.3, a conveyer belt 1.4, ribs 1.5 and a power assembly, the conveyer belt 1.4 and the ribs 1.5 synchronously move, the carriage rear plate 1.2, the left and right carriage connecting plates 1.1, the front carriage side plate 1.14 and the lower end of the openable carriage rear plate 1.2 are positioned above the conveyer belt 1.4, so that when the carriage bears materials, the weight of all the materials is transmitted to the ribs 1.5 through the conveyer belt 1.4, the ribs 1.5 are pressed on the carriage underframe frame 1.6 to transmit the weight, and the power assembly drives the front rotating shaft 1.7 or the rear rotating shaft 1.3 to rotate, drives the materials on the conveyer belt to move backwards and is unloaded from the openable carriage rear plate 1.2.
The lower end of the carriage back plate 1.2, the left and right carriage connecting plates 1.1, the front carriage side plate 1.14 and the joint part of the lower end of the openable carriage back plate 1.2 and the conveying belt are fixed with side sealing strips 1.10 which are connected with the carriage side plate to play a role of preventing materials from leaking from the side surface, and the lower end of the inner wall of the openable carriage back plate 1.2 guides the materials to the upper part of the conveying belt 1.4 by utilizing an inclined plate 1.15.
As shown in fig. 3, in the conveyer belt mechanism, two ends of a front rotating shaft 1.7 and a rear rotating shaft 1.3 are respectively fixed with a chain wheel 1.8 and are connected with a chain 1.9 to form chain transmission, two ends of a rib 1.5 are respectively connected with the chains 1.9 at the left end and the right end, and a conveyer belt 1.4 is connected to the outer side of the rib 1.5, so that the conveyer belt 1.4 and the rib 1.5 move synchronously, and when the conveyer belt slides, the ribs slide together.
The front rotating shaft 1.7 or the rear rotating shaft 1.3 is provided with a conveying belt tensioning mechanism 2 so as to adjust the tensioning force of the conveying belt mechanism.
As shown in fig. 4, the power assembly includes a hydraulic motor 1.11 and a speed reducing mechanism, the hydraulic motor 1.11 and the speed reducing mechanism are connected to the rear rotating shaft 1.3, and the driving sprocket 1.8 drives the conveying belt to move.

The center of gravity of the vehicle body is low, which means that the vehicle body has smoother driving feeling and better maneuverability than other self-discharging vehicles. Conveyor-type dump trucks are easier to work on bridges and in narrow areas because it can be fitted to any place where it is possible to drive.
