Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the surgical restraining device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a base fabric 10, an absorbent pad layer 20 covering the base fabric 10, and two hand restraining cloths 30 disposed on the base fabric 10.
Wherein the base fabric 10 is intended to be laid flat on an operating bed. Structurally, the base fabric 10 may comprise a top portion 11, a middle portion 12, and a lower portion 13, which are joined in series. On the operating bed, the top portion 11 corresponds to the head of the patient, the middle portion 12 corresponds to the torso and arms of the patient, and the lower portion 13 corresponds to the legs of the patient.
The base fabric 10 may be a non-woven fabric, or a disposable sheet made of other fabrics.
The absorbent pad layer 20 is attached to the base fabric 10 to form a pad sheet. The absorbent pad 20 has liquid absorption property, and can absorb blood, body fluid, washing fluid and the like of a patient during an operation, thereby preventing hypothermia from occurring. In addition, the absorption pad layer 20 has a certain thickness and softness, and the pad sheet formed by the base fabric 10 has a certain thickness and softness, so that the pad can relieve the skin pressure of the pressed part of the patient between the patient and the operating bed, and has a certain protection effect.
In this embodiment, the absorbent padding 20 is applied to the central portion 12 of the base fabric 10, primarily under the torso and arms of the patient.
Alternatively, for a single layer of base fabric 10, the absorbent pad layer 20 may be integrally formed on the surface of the base fabric 10; for a multi-layer backing 10, such as a double layer, the absorbent pad layer 20 may be incorporated into the middle of the backing 10.
The hand-restraining cloth 30 is used to wrap the arm (upper limb) of the patient to restrain the elbow joint. Specifically, the two hand restraints 30 are symmetrically disposed on the central portion 12 of the base fabric 10 and are attached to the central portion 12 of the base fabric 10 on opposite sides thereof. In use, the hand restraint cloth 30 is applied to the arm and is connected with the side rods of the operating table to fixedly restrain the elbow joint of the arm.
In order to connect the hand restraining cloth 30 with the side bars of the operating table, at least one pair of first magic tapes 31 is arranged on the hand restraining cloth 30. The two first magic tapes 31 are respectively a hair side and a hook side, and can be arranged on the same side of the hand restraining cloth 30. Wherein, a first magic tape 31 is located on the edge of the hand constraint cloth 30 away from the other hand constraint cloth 30, and the other first magic tape 31 and the previous first magic tape 31 are arranged at intervals. The interval between the two first magic tapes 31 is larger than or equal to the perimeter of the side bars of the operating bed. When the hand restraining cloth 30 is used, the hand restraining cloth 30 covers the arm, one side edge with the first magic tape 31 penetrates through and is wound on the side rods of the operating table, and then the first magic tape 31 on the edge is attached to the other first magic tape 31, so that the hand restraining cloth 30 is connected with the side rods of the operating table, and elbow joints are restrained between the hand restraining cloth 30 and the side rods.
The hand restraining cloth 30 may be a disposable sheet made of non-woven cloth or other cloth, similar to the base cloth 10. The absorbent pad 20 may be a sponge layer.
Further, the lower portion 13 of the base fabric 10 is provided with a tear line 40 that tears the lower portion 13 in two, the tear line 40 extending from the end of the lower portion 13 remote from the central portion 12 to the end that joins the central portion 12. In operation, tear line 40 is torn from the end of lower portion 13 remote from central portion 12. The tear line 40 may be one or two parallel lattice lines.
The lower part 13 of the base fabric 10 is divided into two parts corresponding to the two legs, so that the legs of a patient can be conveniently separated, and the laparoscopic assisted thyroid cancer resection, laparoscopic assisted gastric cancer radical surgery, thoracoscopic assisted mediastinal tumor surgery and the like can be conveniently carried out.
Further, the surgical restraining apparatus further includes two leg restraining cloths 50 for wrapping around the legs (lower limbs) to restrain the knee joint. In use, the leg-restraining cloth 50 is applied to the leg and is connected to the side bars of the operating table to fixedly restrain the knee joint of the leg.
The two leg restraining cloths 50 are symmetrically arranged and connected to the lower part 13 by opposite side edges; the tear line 40 is located between the two leg-restraining cloths 50.
In order to connect the leg restraining cloth 50 with the side bars of the operating bed, at least one pair of second magic tapes 51 is provided on the leg restraining cloth 50. The two second magic tapes 51 are a hair side and a hook side, respectively, and may be disposed on the same side of the leg-restraining cloth 50. Wherein, a second magic tape 51 is located on one side edge of the leg restraining cloth 50 away from the other leg restraining cloth 50, and the other second magic tape 51 is spaced from the previous second magic tape 51. The interval between the two second magic tapes 51 is larger than or equal to the perimeter of the side bars of the operating bed.
When in use, the leg restraining cloth 50 covers the knee joint of the leg, one side edge with the second magic tape 51 passes through and is wound on the side lever of the operating table, and then the second magic tape 51 on the edge is pasted with the other second magic tape 51, so that the leg restraining cloth 50 is connected with the side lever of the operating table, and the knee joint is restrained between the leg restraining cloth 50 and the side lever.
The leg-restraining cloth 50 may be a disposable sheet made of a nonwoven fabric or other cloth material, like the base cloth 10.
As shown in fig. 4, another embodiment of the surgical restraint apparatus of the present invention comprises a base fabric 10, an absorbent pad layer 20 covering the base fabric 10, and two hand restraining cloths 30 disposed on the base fabric 10. Further, tear line 40 and leg restraining cloth 50 may also be included.
This embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 2 described above in that: the absorbent pad layer 20 is attached to the entire base fabric 10 including the top portion 11, the middle portion 12 and the lower portion 13, so that the liquid-absorbing area of the absorbent pad layer 20 is wider.
For a single layer of base fabric 10, the absorbent pad layer 20 may be integrally coated on the surface of the base fabric 10; for a multi-layer backing 10, such as a double layer, the absorbent pad layer 20 may be incorporated into the middle of the backing 10.
The hand-restraining cloth 30, the tear line 40 and the leg-restraining cloth 50 are disposed on the base cloth 10 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and will not be described again.
In other embodiments, the absorbent pad layer 20 may be attached to only the central portion 12 and the lower portion 13 of the base fabric 10.
The above only is the embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the patent scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structures or equivalent processes that are used in the specification and the attached drawings or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
