Abstract
一种带防腐焊接接头的地面输油管，包括管身、接头，接头焊接在管身的两端；接头是复合层，外层是接头碳钢层，中层是接头不锈钢层，内层是防腐涂层；管身是复合层，外层是管身碳钢层，内层是防腐涂层。在两根输油管进行焊接时，由于接头中层是不锈钢层，内层是防腐涂层，内层即使被焊接所产生的高温破坏，中层仍然可以起到防腐作用。

背景技术
石油工程开采出来的原油中，混合有大量的酸、碱等强腐蚀性液体。输油管线一般采用金属碳钢钢管，原油中的酸、碱对输油管线的腐蚀极为严重。通常是在输油管线内部涂刷防腐涂层进行防腐，但输油管段的连接一般采用的是焊接，其焊接接头部位由于焊接产生大量的热量，损坏了接头部位的内部防腐涂层，使得焊接接头部位仍旧会受到原油中的酸、碱液体的腐蚀，严重影响输油管线的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带防腐焊接接头的地面输油管，管子之间焊接后，接头处仍然可以防腐。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种带防腐焊接接头的地面输油管，包括管身、接头，接头焊接在管身的两端；接头是复合层，外层是接头碳钢层，中层是接头不锈钢层，内层是防腐涂层；管身是复合层，外层是管身碳钢层，内层是防腐涂层。
在两根输油管进行焊接时，由于接头中层是不锈钢层，内层是防腐涂层，内层即使被焊接所产生的高温破坏，中层仍然可以起到防腐作用。

下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施例：提供一种带防腐焊接接头的地面输油管，包括管身（1）、接头（2），接头（2）焊接在管身（1）的两端；接头（2）是复合层，外层是接头碳钢层（3），中层是接头不锈钢层（4），内层是防腐涂层（5）；管身是复合层，外层是管身碳钢层（6），内层是防腐涂层（5）。管身（1）与接头（2）分别制造，然后接头（2）焊接在管身（1）的两端，在管身（1）与接头（2）的内层涂装防腐涂层（5）。这样在输油管进行焊接的时候，即使高温破坏了部分防腐涂层（5），露出了不锈钢层（4），输油管仍然具有防腐功能。
