referring to fig. 1-3, in this embodiment, the horizontal limiting structure 211 and the horizontal connecting section 2122 are respectively disposed on two sides of the supporting connecting section 2123, the adjusting device further includes a limiting fastening ring, the limiting fastening ring is sleeved on the fixture positioning structure 110, and is respectively located on two opposite sides of the horizontal limiting structure 211 relative to the fixture positioning structure 110, and the limiting fastening ring is configured to press the horizontal limiting structure 211 and the fixture fixing member 100 to limit the fixture fixing member 100 from moving relative to the horizontal limiting structure 211. It should be noted that in this embodiment, the horizontal connecting section 2122 is disposed on the lower side of the supporting connecting section 2123, and the horizontal limiting structure 211 is disposed on the upper side of the supporting connecting section 2123, or the horizontal connecting section 2122 is disposed on the upper side of the supporting connecting section 2123, and the horizontal limiting structure 211 is disposed on the lower side of the supporting connecting section 2123. When the horizontal position of the fixture fixing member 100 needs to be adjusted, the horizontal limiting structure 211 and the fixture fixing member 100 can be loosened by unscrewing the limiting fastening ring, so that the relative movement of the fixture fixing member 100 can be realized. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the fixture fixing member 100 may be, but is not limited to, a screw, and the position-limiting fastening ring may be, but is not limited to, a nut matched with the screw. Preferably, the present embodiment is better suited for application scenarios where the mass of the clip 100' will be small.
