The second side guide wheel bracket 118 is connected with the trolley main body 19, a second adjusting shim 122 is arranged between the second side guide wheel bracket 118 and the trolley main body 19, and the height of the second side guide wheel bracket 118 can be adjusted through the second adjusting shim 122 to adapt to the third guide rail 41 on the clamp. The second middle clamp guide, which is used to assist in support and guidance, includes a second middle idler yoke 123 and a second middle lower idler 124 disposed on the second middle idler yoke 123.
In certain embodiments, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the roller set frame is provided with universal balls 125 both in front of and behind the second jig guide in the direction of the jig's entry and exit on the switching trolley 12, the universal balls 125 being capable of providing guidance, support and transition before the jig enters the switching trolley 12.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9, the trolley body 19 is provided with a clamp type identification assembly 126 and a clamp in-place sensor 127, and the clamp type identification assembly 126 is composed of a plurality of sensors, is installed on the trolley body 19, and is used in cooperation with a vehicle type identification trigger at the bottom of the tool clamp. The jig in-position sensor 127 is used to detect whether a jig has entered the switching truck 12.
In some embodiments, the carriage drive mechanism 13 is driven by a belt mechanism, i.e., the carriage body 19 is connected to a belt, which operates to switch the carriage 12 along the base body 14.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, 9 and 12, the trolley driving mechanism 13 includes a second rack 128 and a second driving member 129, the second rack 128 is disposed on the base main body 14, the second driving member 129 is disposed on the trolley main body 19, the second driving member 129 includes a driving motor and a speed reducer, the driving motor can be a servo motor, a stepping motor or the like, an output end of the second driving member 129 is provided with a second gear 130, the second gear 130 is in meshing transmission with the second rack 128, the second driving member 129 is disposed on the trolley main body 19 through a second driving member mounting plate, and the trolley main body 19 is provided with a second adjusting assembly 131 capable of adjusting a position of the second driving member mounting plate. The gap between the second gear 130 and the second rack 128 can be adjusted by the second adjusting assembly 131.
In some embodiments, the fixture positioning device uses a cylinder to drive a positioning pin to realize the positioning of the fixture.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9, 13, 14, the clamp positioning device is diagonally distributed on the switching trolley, the clamp positioning device comprises a third driving component 132, a linkage mechanism and a mounting mechanism, the mounting mechanism is provided with a first hinge position 133 and a second hinge position 134, the linkage mechanism comprises a limit link 135, an upper movable mounting rod and a lower movable mounting rod 136, the limit link 135 is hinged with the mounting mechanism at the first hinge position 133, the limit link 135 is hinged with the upper movable mounting rod at the third hinge position 137, the upper movable mounting rod is hinged with the lower movable mounting rod 136 at a fourth hinge position 138, the lower movable mounting rod 136 is hinged with the mounting mechanism at the second hinge position 134, the fourth hinge position 138 is provided with a connecting block 139, the output end of the third driving component 132 is connected with the connecting block 139, the third driving part 132 can drive the link mechanism to move to make the third hinge position 137, the fourth hinge position 138 and the second hinge position 134 on the same line, and make the limit link 135 swing around the first hinge position 133 to realize clamping, wherein each hinge position can realize hinge by using a shaft, a pin, a bolt, etc. When clamping is needed, the third driving part 132 drives the link mechanism to move, and the limiting link 135 swings around the first hinge position 133 to realize clamping, further, when the third hinge position 137, the fourth hinge position 138 and the second hinge position 134 are positioned on the same straight line, the link mechanism realizes self-locking, namely, the link mechanism has self-locking capability, the clamping device can still apply clamping force under the condition that the third driving part 132 does not output force any more, failure is avoided, and hidden dangers possibly brought to equipment and operators can be reduced or avoided. When the third drive member 132 re-applies a reverse force to the linkage, the upper and lower motion mounting rods 136 bend at the fourth hinge location 138 and the check link 135 disengages from the clamped position, allowing release.
In some embodiments, the mounting mechanism may employ a mount. Preferably, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the mounting mechanism includes a mounting plate 140 and a mounting link, the mounting plate 140 is provided with a mounting rib 141, the mounting link includes a first mounting link 142 and a second mounting link 143, both of which are L-shaped, the first mounting link 142 and the second mounting link 143 are arranged on both sides of the mounting rib 141 in a mirror image manner, and form a first hinge point 133 and a second hinge point 134 at ends thereof, one end of the limiting link 135 is embedded between the first mounting link 142 and the second mounting link 143 and is hinged to the first mounting link 142 and the second mounting link 143 at the first hinge point 133, and one end of the lower moving mounting link 136 is embedded between the first mounting link 142 and the second mounting link 143 and is hinged to the first mounting link 142 and the second mounting link 143 at the second hinge point 134. In the embodiment, the mounting connecting rods are arranged in a mirror image mode, so that the bearing capacity of the whole clamping device can be improved.
In order to precisely control the stroke of the third driving part 132 when the self-locking is realized, a limit boss 144 is formed at the end of the mounting rib 141, and the limit boss 144 abuts against the lower movable mounting rod 136 when the third hinge position 137, the fourth hinge position 138 and the second hinge position 134 are located on the same line. The third driving member 132 drives the lower movable mounting rod 136 to rotate around the second hinge point 134, and the lower movable mounting rod 136 can reach the maximum rotation position, i.e. the self-locking position, due to the limiting boss.
In some embodiments, the upper mobile mounting bar may take the form of a single bar or multiple bars, preferably, the upper mobile mounting bar includes a first upper mobile mounting bar 145 and a second upper mobile mounting bar 146, the first upper mobile mounting bar 145 and the second upper mobile mounting bar 146 are arranged in parallel and form a third hinge point 137 and a fourth hinge point 138 at the ends, the other end of the stopper link 135 is embedded between the first upper mobile mounting bar 145 and the second upper mobile mounting bar 146 and is hinged with the first upper mobile mounting bar 145 and the second upper mobile mounting bar 146 at the third hinge point 137, and the other end of the lower mobile mounting bar 136 is embedded between the first upper mobile mounting bar 145 and the second upper mobile mounting bar 146 and is hinged with the first upper mobile mounting bar 145 and the second upper mobile mounting bar 146 at the fourth hinge point 138. The nub 139 has two ear seats that extend outside of the first upper and second upper mobile mounting bars 145, 146 and are hinged to the upper and lower mobile mounting bars 136 at a fourth hinge location 138.

In order to meet the positioning requirements of the clamp in the working position, the clamp switching position and the clamp library, referring to fig. 3, the clamp further comprises a bolt type clamp fixing mechanism, the bolt type clamp fixing mechanism comprises an interface component 51 and a bolt component 52, the interface component 51 is arranged on the clamp, the bolt component 52 is arranged on the sliding table base 11 and the clamp library, and the bolt component 52 can be matched with the interface component 51 to realize stable positioning of the clamp 4.
Referring to fig. 17 to 19, the interface assembly 51 includes an interface assembly connecting seat 53 and an interface 54, the interface 54 is provided with a plug interface, the interface 54 is mounted on the interface assembly connecting seat 53, and the interface assembly connecting seat 53 is provided with a third adjusting assembly 55 capable of adjusting the position of the interface 54. The third adjustment assembly 55 is capable of adjusting the position of the interface member 54 to achieve an accurate interface of the latch interface with the latch assembly 52.
Referring to fig. 17, in some embodiments, the interface 54 is provided with a plurality of rolling elements 50 at a latch interface, and the interface 54 is provided with a latch in position sensor 56.
Referring to fig. 18, in some embodiments, the plug pin assembly 52 includes a plug pin assembly connecting seat 57, a fourth driving member 58 and a plug pin 59, the plug pin assembly connecting seat 57 is provided with a plug pin guiding seat 510, the plug pin 59 passes through the plug pin guiding seat 510 to be connected with the fourth driving member 58, the plug pin guiding seat 510 is provided with a plug pin position detecting assembly 511, and the fourth driving member 58 can be a motor, an air cylinder, or the like.
