The two hinged parts on the folding positioning support rod can be provided with positioning fastening screws for fixing the two sections, and the two sections are fixed by screwing the positioning screws, so that the positioning effect of the support leg in a vertical state is further improved.
The support legs preferably adopt telescopic tubes which are of a sleeve structure and generally can be composed of two or three tube sections (the thinnest tube can be a solid tube, namely a so-called rod) which are sequentially sleeved, adjacent tube sections are in sliding fit, a sliding locking device and a sliding limiting structure for limiting the maximum stretching length are arranged between the adjacent tube sections, the sliding locking device can adopt any suitable existing technology, such as an elastic pin positioning structure, a thread locking device used by the existing telescopic rod, a quick-release locking buckle or a seat tube clamping device of the existing bicycle, and the like, and the sliding limiting structure can adopt any suitable existing technology, such as a stop block/protrusion which is arranged on one piece and can stop the other piece from sliding relatively at a corresponding position.
The lower ends of the legs are provided with universal wheels 29 or other suitable forms of wheels.
The wheel can be fixed, turnable or foldable connected on the supporting leg. When the turnover or foldable connection is adopted, when the bin body is not required to be pushed, the wheels can be turned or folded to the position where the wheels do not touch the ground, so that the fixation of the bin body is facilitated.

The number of the front push-pull handle can be one, or can be designed into a plurality of front push-pull handles according to needs, and the front push-pull handle can be arranged in the middle of the outer side face of the front end plate or other suitable positions.
The rear end of the cabin body can be provided with a rear push-pull handle 27 for horizontal push-pull of the cabin body, and the cabin body can also be used as a bottom bracket of the cabin body when being in a vertical position (for example, when the cabin body is placed in an ambulance in the vertical position).
Considering the need of bottom support for the cabin, said rear push-pull handle is preferably two, upper and lower, and preferably symmetrically distributed, the main body portion of which is in the shape of a cross bar, and is mounted on said rear end plate by means of corresponding mounting members (for example, bar-shaped mounting seats arranged on the left and right sides of the cross bar), the width (transverse dimension) of said cross bar can be generally greater than 1/2 (for example, about 3/4) of the width of the cabin, and this design not only facilitates the use of push-pull handle, but also facilitates the standing support of the cabin.
The rear push-pull handle can be provided with wheels (idler wheels), the wheels are usually arranged at the left end and the right end of the rear push-pull handle, and when the bin body is in a standing position, the wheels on the rear push-pull handle are grounded, so that the bin body can be pushed.
The wheels can be arranged on the rear push-pull handle in a turnover or folding mode, and when the bin body does not need to be pushed, the wheels can be turned or folded to the position where the wheels do not touch the ground, so that the bin body is fixed conveniently.
The bottom plate is preferably provided with a human body standing position supporting and fixing device for supporting and fixing the relevant parts of the human body in a standing position.
The human body standing support and fixing device generally comprises a supporting device and a fixing belt device.

When the corresponding part of the patient is not suitable for arranging the bearing plate, the bearing plate at the part can be removed.
When the bin body is in the vertical position, the corresponding bearing plate is supported below the corresponding part of the human body to bear the weight of the human body.
