In some specific examples, the handle 40 is disposed perpendicular to the axial direction of the power assembly 30, and the handle 40 extends in the same direction as the forward direction of the handheld cleaning device 100, so as to facilitate the operation of the user.
As shown in fig. 1, in some examples, the forward projection of the handle 40 on the base 10 is located at the middle position of the base 10 along the left-right direction, which further facilitates the holding operation of the user.

In some specific examples, the concave portion 13 has a dust outlet communicated with the inlet of the dust cup assembly 20, the base 10 has a wind guide tube 17 therein, the wind guide tube 17 defines a wind inlet channel therein, and two ends of the wind inlet channel are respectively communicated with the dust outlet and the dust suction port 11, so that dust entering the dust suction port 11 enters the dust cup assembly 20 through the wind inlet channel, and dust and air are separated through the dust cup assembly 20.
Further, the air outlet of the handheld cleaning device 100 is located on one side, away from the dust cup assembly 20, of the power assembly 30, an air outlet duct is defined in the power assembly 30, one end of the air outlet duct is communicated with the outlet of the dust cup assembly 20, and the other end of the air outlet duct is communicated with the air outlet, so that the air after dust and air separation is discharged from the air outlet through the air outlet duct, and output of clean air flow is achieved.
A specific embodiment of the hand-held cleaning device 100 of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-5.
The handheld cleaning apparatus 100 includes a base 10, a dirt cup assembly 20, a power assembly 30, and a handle 40.
The base 10 includes a base body 101 and a cover body 102, the base 10 has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, the longitudinal direction of the base 10 is parallel to the advancing direction of the cleaning device 100, such as the front-back direction shown in fig. 1, and the transverse direction of the base 10 is parallel to the working plane and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, such as the left-right direction shown in fig. 1.
The bottom of the base body 101 is provided with a dust suction opening 11 and a third mounting part 12, the dust suction opening 11 and the third mounting part 12 both extend along the left-right direction, but the dust suction opening 11 and the third mounting part 12 are arranged at intervals along the front-rear direction, the dust suction opening 11 is positioned at a position adjacent to the front edge of the base 10, and the third mounting part 12 is positioned at a position adjacent to the rear edge of the base 10.
The rolling brush 14 and the knob 142 are installed in the dust suction opening 11, the rotation axis of the rolling brush 14 corresponds to the transverse center line C11 of the dust suction opening 11, the rolling brush 14 is fixed in the dust suction opening 11 through the rolling brush cover plate 141, and the rolling brush motor assembly 143 for driving the rolling brush 14 to roll is also arranged in the base body 101.
The sterilamp 15 is installed in the third installation part 12, the sterilamp 15 is fixed to the third installation part 12 through the sterilamp cover 151, and the central axis of the sterilamp 15 corresponds to the transverse center line C12 of the third installation part 12.
The cover 102 is detachably connected to the base 101, the cover 102 has a recess 13 recessed downward, the recess 13 has a dust outlet, the dust cup assembly 20 and a portion of the power assembly 30 are located in the recess 13, and the dust cup assembly 20 is communicated with the dust outlet.
The base 10 is also provided with a circuit board assembly 16, an air guide pipe 17, an indicator light cover 18 and a DC head 19, wherein the air guide pipe 17 defines an air inlet duct, two ends of the air inlet duct are respectively communicated with a dust inlet and a dust outlet, impurities such as dust and the like pass through the air inlet duct of the dust inlet 11 and flow out of the air inlet duct through the dust outlet to enter the dust cup assembly 20, and are separated through the dust cup assembly 20.
The dirt cup assembly 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape, the dirt cup assembly 20 extends in a left-right direction, the dirt cup assembly 20 includes a dirt cup 21, dirt cup inlet air wool 22, a coarse dirt separator 23, a fine dirt collector 24 and a dust blocking sheet 25, and the dirt gas entering the dirt cup assembly 20 can be collected by two-stage filtering and discharged by clean air flow.
The power assembly 30 is also formed in a cylindrical shape, the power assembly 30 extends in the left-right direction, the power assembly 30 comprises a motor 31, a motor upper cover 32, a motor lower cover 33, a motor pressing seat 34, a motor support 35, a motor sealing ring 36 and a battery pack assembly 37, a dust cup release button 38 and a dust cup locking block 39 are arranged on the motor upper cover 32, and the dust cup assembly 20 is detachably connected with the left side of the power assembly 30 by arranging the dust cup locking block 39.
An air outlet duct is defined in the power assembly 30, the left end of the air outlet duct is communicated with the outlet of the dust cup assembly 20, and the right end of the air outlet duct is provided with an air outlet, an air outlet plate 50, an air outlet cover plate 52 and an air outlet sponge 51, so that the air after dust and air separation is discharged from the air outlet under the further filtration of the air outlet sponge 51.
The handle 40 includes a handle cover 41, a handle holder 42 and a handle holder 43, the handle cover 41 having an on-off button 44 and a mode switching button 45, the handle 40 having a first end 401 and a second end 402, the first end 401 of the handle 40 being connected to the rear of the base 10, the second end 402 of the handle 40 being connected to the front of the base 10.
The motor 31 has a central axis C31 of the motor 31, the dirt cup assembly 20 has a central axis C20 of the dirt cup assembly 20, the dust suction opening 11 has a transverse centerline C11 of the dust suction opening 11, the third mounting portion 12 has a transverse centerline C12 of the third mounting portion 12, wherein, the front projection of the central axis C20 of the dust cup assembly on the base 10 is positioned between the transverse central line C11 of the dust suction opening 11 and the transverse central line C12 of the third mounting part 12, the front projection of the central axis C31 of the motor 31 on the base 10 is positioned between the transverse central line C11 of the dust suction opening 11 and the transverse central line C12 of the third mounting part 12, and the dust suction port 11 and the third mounting part 12 are symmetrically arranged about the central axis C31 of the motor 31, the gravity center of the cleaning device 100 is located in the middle of the base 10, the situation that the cleaning device 100 is unstable due to the fact that the gravity center is forward or backward is avoided, operation of a user is convenient, and use experience of the user is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A hand-held cleaning device, comprising:
a base having a longitudinal direction parallel to an advancing direction of the cleaning device and a transverse direction parallel to a working plane and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, a bottom of the base having a dust suction opening extending in the transverse direction, the base having a recess extending in the transverse direction;
the dust cup assembly is arranged on the base and extends along the transverse direction;
the power assembly is arranged on the base and extends along the transverse direction, the power assembly is connected with the dust cup assembly, and at least one part of the dust cup assembly and the power assembly is matched with the concave part.
2. The hand-held cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the recess is of uniform cross-sectional configuration.
3. The hand-held cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the recess extends through both lateral side faces of the base.
4. The hand-held cleaning device of claim 1, wherein a portion of the dirt cup assembly and a portion of the power assembly are each nested within the recess, and a remaining portion of the dirt cup assembly and a remaining portion of the power assembly are each positioned outside of the recess.
5. The hand-held cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the portion of the dirt cup assembly embedded in the recess is adapted to the shape of the recess, and the outer surface of the portion of the power assembly embedded in the recess is adapted to the shape of the recess.
6. The hand-held cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the recess is located at a middle position of the top of the base.
7. The hand-held cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the power assembly and the dirt cup assembly are arranged in sequence along the transverse direction.
8. The hand-held cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the base has a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion arranged along the longitudinal direction at intervals and extending in the transverse direction respectively, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are located on two sides of the dust suction opening in the longitudinal direction, the power assembly comprises a motor with a central axis extending in the transverse direction, and the central axis of the motor is located between the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion in the orthographic projection of the base.
9. The hand-held cleaning device of claim 1, further comprising a handle having a first end and a second end, the first end of the handle being coupled to the base and the second end of the handle being coupled to the base or the power assembly.
10. The hand-held cleaning device of claim 9, wherein an orthographic projection of the handle on the base is located at a middle position of the base in the lateral direction.
