To this end, the applicant's patent with publication number CN103727322B discloses an integrated stainless steel-carbon steel composite pipe and a preparation process thereof, wherein a pipeline is designed into a four-layer structure, which comprises a stainless steel layer, a mixed layer of stainless steel and carbon steel, a carbon steel layer and a coating layer in sequence, wherein the mixed layer of stainless steel and carbon steel is smelted into an integrated structure through metallurgy, and meanwhile, the mixed layer of stainless steel and carbon steel forms an integrated structure with the stainless steel layer and the carbon steel layer respectively, compared with the bonding, lining and pressing in the prior art, the three layers are connected more firmly and are not easy to separate, and the thickness ratio of the stainless steel layer to the carbon steel layer is only 1: 10, compared with the traditional cast iron pipeline, stainless steel pipe and PE pipe, the integrated stainless steel-carbon steel composite pipe has better performance and lower price. However, there are problems with this type of tubing when connected. Optionally, the female and male socket connectors 70, 80 are both castings, which include iron castings, aluminum castings, steel castings, or composite steel castings; alternatively, the female and male sockets 70, 80 are cold-pressed parts and/or hot-pressed parts.
Optionally, a buffer gasket 901 is disposed between the first connecting block 702 and the second connecting block 801, and a through hole for the bolt to pass through is disposed on the buffer gasket.
