涤棉交织布广泛应用于高档工装和休闲服装面料，但现有的涤棉交织布用料单一，制成工装和休闲服后强度低，抗拉扯强度差。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、使用效果好、强度高的涤棉交织面料。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案为：一种涤棉交织面料，它包括有基层，它还包括有加强层、中间层，其中，基层为4-6条涤纶纤维捻合成股，基层沿面料长度方向分布，加强层为4-6条棉纱纤维捻合成股，加强层沿面料宽度方向分布，面料主体由若干股基层与加强层交叉编织成形，基层的每股涤纶纤维内捻合有一条金属纤维，面料主体表面设有中间层，中间层表面设有图案层。
所述的中间层采用无纺布或棉纱制作成形。
所述的图案层由中间层内的纤维编织形成，且图案层凸起于中间层表面。
所述的金属纤维为不锈钢纤维丝，金属纤维直径为0.1-0.3mm。
本实用新型在采用上述方案后，采用成股的基层和加强层交叉编织，编织后的面料主体强度高，每股均采用螺旋形缠绕捻合，同时面料长度方向通过金属纤维进行加强，使面料抗裂、抗拉扯强度大大增加，尤其适合用于高档工装及休闲服装面料，其结构合理、使用效果好、强度高。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，本实用新型的较佳实施例为：参见附图1，本实施例所述的一种涤棉交织面料包括有基层1，它还包括有加强层2、中间层3，其中，基层1为4-6条涤纶纤维捻合成股，基层1沿面料长度方向分布，加强层2为4-6条棉纱纤维捻合成股，加强层2沿面料宽度方向分布，面料主体由若干股基层1与加强层2交叉编织成形，基层1的每股涤纶纤维内捻合有一条金属纤维4，金属纤维4为不锈钢纤维丝，金属纤维4直径为0.1-0.3mm，面料主体表面设有中间层3，中间层3采用无纺布或棉纱制作成形，中间层3表面设有图案层5，图案层5由中间层3内的纤维编织形成，且图案层5凸起于中间层3表面。本实施例采用成股的基层和加强层交叉编织，编织后的面料主体强度高，每股均采用螺旋形缠绕捻合，同时面料长度方向通过金属纤维进行加强，使面料抗裂、抗拉扯强度大大增加，尤其适合用于高档工装及休闲服装面料，其结构合理、使用效果好、强度高。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉交织面料，其特征在于：图案层（5）由中间层（3）内的纤维编织形成，且图案层（5）凸起于中间层（3）表面。
