Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a resin plastic tinting machine, which comprises a plastic module 100, at least one colorant module 200, and a conveying module 300.
The plastic module 100 includes at least one plastic tank 110, an output pump 120 connected to the plastic tank 110, and an injection control unit 130 electrically connected to each output pump 120, and each output pump 120 is connected to an injection head 140. The number of the plastic tanks 110 and the output pumps 120 can be increased according to the requirement of the number of the types of the used resin plastics, in the embodiment, the plastic module 100 preferably includes a plurality of identical plastic tanks 110, each plastic tank 110 is correspondingly configured with one output pump 120 communicated therewith, each output pump 120 is respectively communicated to the injection head 140, and the output pumps 120 are all electrically connected to the injection control unit 130. The injection control unit 130 can control each output pump 120 to output a required amount of the resin plastic from each plastic tank 110 to the injection head 140. The output pump 120 includes a pump body and a positive pressure gas source connected to the pump body, and the pump body is further connected to the plastic tank 110 through a pipeline. The resin plastic in the plastic tank 110 can be driven into the pump body and pumped to the injection head 140 when the positive pressure gas source is injected into the pump body. An electromagnetic valve is disposed between the positive pressure air source and the pump body, and the electromagnetic valve is electrically connected to the injection control unit 130 and can be opened and closed by the injection control unit 130 under the electric control, and the injection control unit 130 can control the pumping action of the output pump 120.
The toner module 200 includes a color selection wheel 210 and a plurality of toner cartridges 220. The pressure follower 230 is provided with a plurality of positive pressure sources 231a, 231b, 231c, wherein different positive pressures are arranged in the positive pressure sources 231a, 231b, 231c, respectively, and the positive pressure sources 231a, 231b, 231c communicate with the corresponding respective color cartridges 220 according to the viscosities of the different color materials, respectively, so that the color materials in the respective color cartridges 220 are pushed out by the positive pressures. Specifically, each positive pressure source 231a, 231b, 231c may be a pressurized pump or a pressure chamber preloaded with a positive pressure. The color selection dial 210 can rotate to move any one of the color cartridges 220 to an output position 201 to output the color therein. A toning control unit 232 is disposed in the pressure follower 230 for controlling the pressure of each of the positive pressure sources 231a, 231b, 231 c. Specifically, the pressure follower 230 may be divided into a plurality of positive pressure sources 231a, 231b, 231c stacked in parallel, and the toner control unit 232 and the positive pressure sources 231a, 231b, 231c may be disposed at the bottom of the pressure follower 230 in stacked in parallel, and the positive pressure sources 231a, 231b, 231c may be connected to the corresponding color cartridges 220 through pipes.

The stirring motor 222 can drive the stirring rod 221 to rotate, move or swing in the toner cartridge 220, thereby stirring the toner in the toner cartridge 220 to prevent the toner from settling. The color material cartridges 220 are each provided with an output valve 223, and when the transport dial 310 transports the material cartridge 10 to the lower side of the output position 201, the output valve 223 of the color material cartridge 220 located at the output position 201 is opened, and the pressurized color material in the color material cartridge 220 can be pressure-driven and injected into the material cartridge 10 through the output valve 223. The output valve 223 may be a solenoid valve and thus may be electrically controlled to open and close.
The conveying module 300 includes a conveying turntable 310, the conveying turntable 310 is disposed below the material injection head and the output position 201, a plurality of loading slots 311 are disposed on the conveying turntable 310, and a material barrel 10 is respectively disposed in each loading slot 311. When the transfer turntable 310 rotates, the respective loading grooves 311 can be moved to a position below the filling head 140 to receive the resin plastics of the original colors, and can be further moved to a position below the respective discharge positions 201 to receive the coloring materials to dye the resin plastics in the raw material tank 10.
An electronic scale 320 is disposed in the conveying module 300 under the material filling head 140 and the output position 201, respectively, the electronic scales 320 are disposed under the conveying turntable 310, and each electronic scale 320 is electrically connected to the material filling control unit 130 and the color mixing control unit 232, respectively. When the transporting turntable 310 transports the raw material barrel 10 to the position below the injecting head 140 or the position below each output position 201, the electronic scale 320 can measure the total weight of the raw material barrel 10 and transmit corresponding signals to the injecting control unit 130 and the toning control unit 232 to control the amount of the resinous plastic and the color material injected therein.
The color-mixing speed can be increased by disposing a plurality of sets of color material modules 200, in this embodiment, two sets of the same color material modules 200 are preferably disposed, and the output positions 201 of the color material modules 200 are disposed on different sides of the conveying turntable 310. Specifically, the injection head 140 is disposed on one side of the conveying turntable 310, and the two output positions 201 are disposed on two different sides of the conveying turntable 310.
Referring to fig. 5, another configuration of the pressurization follower 230 of the toner module 200 in the plastic resin toner machine may divide the interior of the pressurization follower 230 into a plurality of upright positive pressure sources 231a, 231b, the toner control unit 232 is disposed at the center of the pressurization follower 230 and the positive pressure sources 231a, 231b may be disposed around the toner control unit 232, thereby facilitating connection of each positive pressure source 231a, 231b to the corresponding respective toner cartridge 220.

A resin plastic tinting machine as in claim 1 wherein the pressurized output has a plurality of positive pressure sources disposed therein, each positive pressure source having a different positive pressure disposed therein and each positive pressure source communicating with a respective one of the colorant cartridges.
3. A resinous plastic toning machine according to claim 2, wherein a toning control unit for controlling the pressure of each positive pressure source is provided in the pressure follower.
4. The apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein an electronic scale is disposed in the transporting module under the injecting head and the output position, respectively, and the electronic scales are disposed under the transporting turntable and electrically connected to the injecting control unit and the color mixing control unit, respectively.
5. The plastic resin tinting machine of claim 1 wherein at least one of the tinting cartridges of the tinting module has a stirring rod passing therethrough, the stirring rod being connected to and driven by a stirring motor.
6. A resin plastic tinting machine as in claim 1 in which each of the tinting cartridges is provided with an outlet valve.
7. The resin plastic tinting machine of claim 1, wherein the plastic module comprises a plurality of plastic tanks and a plurality of output pumps, each plastic tank is respectively communicated with each corresponding output pump, the output pumps are communicated with the filling head, and the output pumps are respectively and electrically connected with the filling control unit.
8. A resin plastic tinting machine according to claim 3 in which the number of tinting color modules is plural and the output positions of the tinting color modules are disposed on different sides of the feed turntable.
9. The apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein an electronic scale is disposed in the transporting module below the filling head and below the output position of each color module, the electronic scales are disposed below the transporting turntable, and each electronic scale is electrically connected to the filling control unit and the color adjusting control unit.
