the method comprises the following steps: all the raw materials are correspondingly put into different raw material storage barrels 400 for standby, and the specific raw materials comprise acrylic resin, polyacrylate emulsion, hydroxyethyl acrylate, an emulsifier, a defoaming agent, a film-forming assistant and water.
Step two: according to the dosage of each raw material, an operation program for controlling the feed delivery pump 401 and the flow meter 404 is set. The specific amounts used in this example 2 included 142kg of acrylic resin, 36kg of polyacrylate emulsion, 24kg of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 6kg of emulsifier, 6kg of defoamer, 3kg of film forming aid and 115kg of water.
Step three: starting the whole preparation device to load raw materials with different components into the stirring kettle 300 one by one, and after each raw material component is loaded, operating the stirring frame 303 in the stirring kettle 300 for a period of time through the driving device 600 and the power unit 500 to realize the stirring of the raw material components;
step four: after the stirring kettle 300 rotates for one circle under the action of the rotating frame 200, all the raw materials are added and stirred, the discharge valve 305 is opened for filling.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 discloses a method for producing an alcohol-water resistant acrylic emulsion by the production apparatus provided in embodiment 1, which comprises the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: all the raw materials are correspondingly put into different raw material storage barrels 400 for standby, and the specific raw materials comprise acrylic resin, polyacrylate emulsion, hydroxyethyl acrylate, an emulsifier, a defoaming agent, a film-forming assistant and water.
Step two: according to the dosage of each raw material, an operation program for controlling the feed delivery pump 401 and the flow meter 404 is set. The raw materials comprise 175kg of acrylic resin, 32kg of polyacrylate emulsion, 34kg of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 8kg of emulsifier, 10kg of defoamer, 4kg of film-forming assistant and 100kg of water.
Step three: starting the whole preparation device to load raw materials with different components into the stirring kettle 300 one by one, and after each raw material component is loaded, operating the stirring frame 303 in the stirring kettle 300 for a period of time through the driving device 600 and the power unit 500 to realize the stirring of the raw material components;
step four: after the stirring kettle 300 rotates for a week under the action of the rotating frame 200, all the raw materials are added and stirred, the discharge valve 305 is opened for filling.

s3: starting the whole preparation device to load raw materials with different components into the stirring kettle (300) one by one, and operating the stirring frame (303) in the stirring kettle (300) for a period of time through the driving device (600) and the power unit (500) after each raw material component is loaded to realize the stirring of the raw material components;
s4: after the stirring kettle (300) rotates for a circle under the action of the rotating rack (200), all raw materials are added and stirred, the discharge valve (305) is opened for filling, and the product is obtained.

The method for preparing the alcohol-resistant aqueous acrylic emulsion according to claim 9, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 140-180 parts of acrylic resin, 30-40 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, 20-35 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 6-8 parts of emulsifier, 6-10 parts of defoaming agent, 2-5 parts of film-forming assistant and 80-120 parts of water.
