Further, as shown in fig. 5, it can be understood that, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the protection member 24A integrally extends from the housing 21, and the surrounding member 241A integrally extends from the housing 21 to the adjusting dial 23, so that the surrounding member 241A extends to the adjusting dial 23 deeply into the housing 21 and is separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242A in the accommodating chamber 214, thereby forming a state that the adjusting dial 23 is fixedly and electrically connected between the control circuit boards 22 in the operation space deeply extending into the housing 21, thereby preventing the adjusting dial 23 from being exposed out of the housing 21 and being misoperated.
That is, the protection member 24A enables the adjustment dial 23 to be disposed deep inside the housing 21, that is, the adjustment dial 23 is prevented from being exposed to the housing 21, so that the adjustment dial 23 can be operated only through the operation space 242A, and therefore, under normal conditions, the adjustment dial 23 is not easily touched, thereby preventing the adjustment dial 23 from being misoperated by a non-professional, and also preventing the adjustment dial 23 from being mistouched by a child, and the adjustment dial 23 is prevented from being affected by various factors of the environment, such as the adjustment dial 23 from being loosened or damaged, in other words, the adjustment dial 23 is disposed deep inside the housing 21 so that the adjustment dial 23 is suitable for being operated or dialed by a professional using a professional tool, such as a screw driver or a screw driver, therefore, the safety and reliability of the operation of the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 are ensured, and the safety and reliability of the operation of the control circuit board 22 of the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 are further ensured.
It should be noted that, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, since the protection member 24A and the surrounding member 241A integrally extend from the housing 21, and the adjusting dial 23 and the control circuit board 22 are installed in the housing 21, the adjusting dial 23 is positioned between the housing 21 and the control circuit board 22 at the same time of installing the adjusting dial 23 and the control circuit board 22 in the housing 21, that is, the state that the adjusting dial 23 is fixed between the protection member 24A and the control circuit board 22 can be simply realized only by forming the protection member 24A matched with the position of the adjusting dial 23 in the housing 21, thereby providing the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 with a simple structure and convenient installation.
It should also be mentioned that, since the adjusting dial 23 can be directly installed on the control circuit board 22 without the need of the existing connecting seat, the installation of the adjusting dial 23 on the control circuit board 22 is simple and convenient, and the production cost of the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 can be saved.
Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that, since the surrounding element 241A integrally extends from the housing 21, when the housing 21 is assembled such that the surrounding element 241A abuts against the adjusting dial 23 or the control circuit board 22, the surrounding element 241A forms a sealing connection between the protecting element 24A and the housing 21, thereby enabling the interior of the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 to be dustproof and moistureproof. In addition, since the enclosure 241A integrally extends from the housing 21, the operation space 242A can be isolated and independent from the accommodating chamber 214, so when a professional uses a specialized tool such as a screwdriver or other tools to operate the adjustment dial 23, the enclosure 241A can prevent the control circuit board 22 or other electrical components in the accommodating chamber 214 from being abnormally contacted by the screwdriver or other tools to cause adverse effects, so as to protect the control circuit board 22 and other electrical components in the accommodating chamber 214.
Further, as shown in fig. 6A and 6B, a second modified embodiment of the protection member 24 according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, specifically, the protection member 24B is embedded in the housing 21 to form a state in which the protection member 24B is disposed on the housing 21, the protection member 24B has a positioning plate 243B, and in this modified embodiment, the enclosure 241B integrally extends from the positioning plate 243B, wherein the enclosure 241B of the protection member 24B passes through the window 210 of the housing 21 of the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 to define the operation space 242B in the accommodation chamber 214 and in isolation from the adjustment dial 23, so as to form a state in which the adjustment dial 23 is fixed to the control circuit board 22 deep into the housing 21.
Further, in this embodiment, the surrounding part 241 of the shielding part 24B passes through the window 210 of the housing 21 and the positioning plate 243B of the shielding part 24B is disposed at the positioning part 211 of the housing 21, so that the shielding part 24 is embedded in the housing 21.
Specifically, the positioning plate 243 is provided with at least one assembling hole 2430B, wherein the positioning portion 211 of the housing 21 has an assembling hole matched with the assembling hole 2430B, and wherein the positioning plate 243B and the positioning portion 211 are connected to each other by at least one assembling member 30B through the assembling hole 2430. In particular, the fitting 30B may be implemented as a screw.
It is to be understood that, in this modified embodiment of the present invention, the protection member 24B is provided to the housing 21 by means of screw connection, thereby forming a state of mutual connection between the protection member 24 and the housing 21.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the protection component 24B may also be connected to the anti-misoperation dial-up control device 20 in an engaging manner, which is not limited by the present invention.
It is also worth mentioning that the housing 21 of the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 includes a top shell 212 and a bottom shell 213 adapted to the top shell 212, and the top shell 212 and the bottom shell 213 form the accommodating chamber 214 therebetween for accommodating the adjusting dial 23 and the control circuit board 22.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 further comprises a protective cover 26, wherein the protective cover 26 is flexibly connected to the protection member 24 and is adapted to close the operation space 242, it can be understood that the protective cover 26 is adapted to be closed and opened, so that the operation space 242 is closed or exposed, wherein when the protective cover 26 is closed to close the operation space 242, the adjustment dial 23 can be further prevented from being operated by mistake, wherein a professional can open the protective cover 26 to operate the adjustment dial 23 through the operation space 242.
It is worth mentioning that the protective cover 26 may be provided with a plastic or rubber material to facilitate handling.
Alternatively, the adjusting dial 23 may be implemented as any one of a dial type band switch, a rotary type band switch, a slide type dial switch, a potentiometer and a BCD encoder switch.
Further, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the anti-misoperation dialing control device 20 includes a power source 25, wherein the power source 25 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 214 and electrically connected to the control circuit board 22. It will be appreciated that in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the anti-maloperation dial control device 20 is a dial power supply device.
It is worth mentioning that, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 to fig. 16B, wherein the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 may further include a microwave sensing module 27, wherein the microwave sensing module 27 is disposed in the containing chamber 214 and electrically connected to the control circuit board 22, that is, the anti-misoperation dial control device 20 may also be an anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor, and may further include the power supply 25 and the anti-misoperation dial control device integrated with the microwave sensing module 27, therefore, the present invention does not limit the application of the anti-misoperation dial control device 20. Generally speaking, since microwaves cannot penetrate metal, the housing 21 of the mis-dial prevention microwave sensor is generally made of transparent or translucent plastic, and thus in the modified embodiment of the mis-dial prevention control device 20 as shown in fig. 8-16B, the shielding member 24 is preferably integrally formed with the housing 21 to facilitate the manufacture and installation of the mis-dial prevention control device 20.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 8, the anti-maloperation dial control device 20 is implemented as a first type of anti-maloperation dial microwave sensor, wherein the shielding member 24 of the anti-maloperation dial microwave sensor is integrally formed on the housing 21 and is separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9, the anti-misoperation control device 20 is implemented as a second type of anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor, wherein the guard 24 of the anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor is integrally formed on the housing 21 and separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 10, the anti-misoperation control device 20 is implemented as a third anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor, wherein the guard 24 of the anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor is integrally formed on the housing 21 and separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 11, the anti-misoperation control device 20 is implemented as a fourth anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor, wherein the guard 24 of the anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor is integrally formed on the housing 21 and separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 12, the anti-misoperation control device 20 is implemented as a fifth type of anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor, wherein the guard 24 of the anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor is integrally formed on the housing 21 and separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 13, the anti-misoperation control device 20 is implemented as a sixth type of anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor, wherein the guard 24 of the anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor is integrally formed on the housing 21 and is separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 14, the anti-misoperation control device 20 is implemented as a seventh anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor, wherein the guard 24 of the anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor is integrally formed on the housing 21 and separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 15, the anti-misoperation control device 20 is implemented as an eighth type of anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor, wherein the guard 24 of the anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor is integrally formed on the housing 21 and is separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 16A and 16B, the anti-misoperation control device 20 is implemented as a ninth type of anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor, wherein the guard 24 of the anti-misoperation dial microwave sensor is integrally formed on the housing 21 and separated from the adjusting dial 23 to define the operation space 242.

Claims (16)

1. An anti-misoperation dial control device, comprising:
a housing, wherein the housing has a receiving chamber;
a control circuit board, wherein the control circuit board is arranged in the accommodating chamber;
an adjusting dial, wherein the adjusting dial is electrically connected to the control circuit board; and
and the protective piece is arranged on the shell and extends to the adjusting dial direction to form an enclosing piece, wherein the enclosing piece is separated from the accommodating chamber of the shell to define an operating space, and the adjusting dial is fixed on the control circuit board in the operating space in a manner of penetrating into the shell so as to prevent the adjusting dial from being exposed out of the shell and being operated by mistake.
2. The anti-tamper dial control of claim 1, wherein the guard extends integrally from the housing, wherein the enclosure extends integrally from the housing to the adjustment dial.
3. The anti-tamper dial control device of claim 1, wherein the housing has a window, wherein the shield is embedded in the housing through the window, wherein the enclosure integrally extends from the shield to the adjustment dial and through the window to define the operating space in the receiving chamber in isolation from the adjustment dial.
4. The device according to claim 3, wherein the shielding member has a positioning plate, wherein the surrounding member integrally extends from the positioning plate to the dial adjustment direction, wherein the housing is recessed toward the dial adjustment to form a positioning portion, and the window is formed in the positioning portion, wherein the positioning plate of the shielding member is supported by the positioning portion and the surrounding member passes through the window to form a state in which the shielding member is embedded in the housing.
5. The apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the dial-up adjustment device has a dial-up table, and wherein the surrounding member integrally extends from the positioning plate toward the dial-up table of the dial-up adjustment device and is abutted against the dial-up table of the dial-up adjustment device, so that the surrounding member is separated from the dial-up table of the dial-up adjustment device in the accommodating chamber to define the operation space.
6. The anti-malfunction dial-up control device according to claim 4, wherein the shielding member further comprises at least one clamping member extending from the surrounding member, a clamping groove is formed between the clamping member and the positioning plate, wherein when the shielding member is embedded in the housing through the window of the housing, the housing is clamped in the clamping groove between the clamping member and the positioning plate, thereby forming a fixed connection between the shielding member and the housing.
7. The anti-tamper dial control device of claim 6, wherein the retaining member has an extending end and a retaining end, wherein the extending end integrally extends from the enclosure, wherein the retaining end extends from the extending end in a direction toward the retaining plate, wherein when the shield member is embedded in the housing, a state is formed in which the housing is retained between the retaining end and the retaining plate.
8. The mis-operation prevention dial control device of claim 4, wherein the positioning plate is provided with at least one fitting hole, wherein the positioning plate and the housing are connected by at least one fitting member to form a connected state with each other.
9. The anti-tamper dial control of claim 8, wherein the fitting is a screw.
10. The anti-mishandled dial control according to claim 4, wherein the guard and the housing are engaged with each other to form a connected state.
11. The anti-malfunction dial-up control device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, further comprising a protective cover, wherein the protective cover is flexibly connected to the guard and adapted to close the operation space.
12. The anti-op dial control device according to any of claims 1 to 10, further comprising a protective cover, wherein the protective cover is flexibly connected to the housing and adapted to enclose the operating space.
13. The anti-mishandling dial control device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, further comprising a power source, wherein the power source is disposed in the housing and electrically connected to the control circuit board.
14. The apparatus according to any of claims 1-10, further comprising a microwave sensing module, wherein the microwave sensing module is disposed in the receiving chamber and electrically connected to the control circuit board.
15. The apparatus according to claim 13, further comprising a microwave sensing module, wherein the microwave sensing module is disposed in the receiving chamber and electrically connected to the control circuit board.
16. The apparatus according to any of claims 1-10, wherein the housing comprises a top housing and a bottom housing adapted to the top housing, the top housing and the bottom housing defining the receiving chamber therebetween.
