Abstract
The invention provides a wiring board assembly, an electric appliance box and electric equipment. The guard plate is provided with a conductive core and a force receiving part, the conductive core and the normally-off conductive terminal are both positioned between the guard plate and the wiring board main body, the force receiving part is stressed to drive the conductive core to enter between the first conductive piece and the second conductive piece, and the first conductive piece and the second conductive piece are electrically connected through the conductive core. The restoring force of the elastic reset piece forces the conductive core to be separated from the normally-off conductive terminal. The wiring board assembly can prevent electric shock.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a wiring board assembly, an electrical box and electrical equipment.
Background
In the service cycle of the air conditioner, especially the air conditioner indoor unit, a filter screen needs to be cleaned regularly, and circuits and pipelines need to be maintained.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the electric device of the present embodiment is an air conditioner. The air conditioner includes a case, a panel 13, and an appliance box 14. Because the panel 13 keeps the installation state and is connected by the hinge shaft 133 and the buckle 134 to ensure the reliability of closing, the whole machine can normally operate by supplying power to the inside as long as the panel 13 is in the installation and closing state.

When the wiring is required to be connected to each conductive terminal of the wiring board assembly 4, the limiting screw 47 on the protective plate 42 is detached, so that the power connection operation can be quickly realized.
The air conditioner of the embodiment is an air conditioner complete machine powered by three-phase electricity, so that the live wire has three pairs of normally-off conductive terminals which correspond to each other one by one and are matched with three conductive cores for conducting the live wire. the first conductive piece comprises a first wiring fixing part and a first electric connection part which are connected, the first wiring fixing part is installed in the first terminal installation groove, and the first electric connection part extends into the second terminal installation groove and extends towards one side of the protection plate;

9. The electrical apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the first conductive piece and the second conductive piece are both in a sheet shape.
10. The electrical apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the wiring board main body is further provided with a fastening piece, the fastening piece penetrates through the wiring board main body in the thickness direction, and an operation through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the fastening piece, on the protection plate.
11. The electrical apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the wiring board main part is further provided with normally-on conductive terminals, the normally-on conductive terminals are located between the protective plate and the wiring board main part, and the normally-on conductive terminals and the normally-off conductive terminals are arranged along the length direction of the wiring board main part.
12. The electrical apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the electric appliance box also comprises a box body and a box cover, wherein one side of the box body, which faces the opening of the shell, is provided with an end wall, and the wiring board assembly is arranged in an accommodating cavity which is defined by the end wall and the box cover;
the sealing portion protrudes from an inner surface of the panel.
13. The electrical apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the sealing part and the guard plate are both formed by injection molding of fireproof and insulating materials.
