Because the connector adopts an integrated plugging technology, a traditional screw tightening mode is not adopted any more, the working procedures of on-site new installation, replacement and maintenance of the electric energy meter are simplified to a certain extent, but the operation after power failure is still required when on-site working because of the structure without live plugging and related protection measures, and great inconvenience is brought to an electricity consumer; if the plug is forced to be plugged in and plugged out, personal safety risks can be brought.
At present, in the national power grid enterprise standard Q/GDW 11008-2013 technical Specification of Low-voltage metering boxes, the definition and recommended use of interference fit connectors are explicitly proposed, but the hot plugging performance of the connectors is not specified. The interference fit connector also has a great application prospect in the GB7251 low-voltage complete switch equipment series standard. The structure of the low-voltage metering box live plug connector provided by the invention is shown in fig. 1-2, and the connector comprises a connector base 3 with a connector column 9 fixed on the side part and an insulating protection piece arranged on the connector base 3; the insulation protection piece comprises an insulation protection body 2 and an insulation protection plate 1 which is connected with the insulation protection body 2 and can be ejected out of the insulation protection body 2 or retracted into the insulation protection body 2; when the insulation protection plate 1 pops out of the insulation protection body 2, the connector column 9 is covered.
The structure of the connector base is shown in fig. 3: the connector base 3 is a cavity cuboid, and two sides of the top of the connector base are respectively provided with a slot 10.
The structure of the insulation guard is as shown in fig. 4: the insulation protection body 2 is a cuboid with a volume corresponding to the connector base 3, and plugs 6 are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the insulation protection body.
When the insulation protection body 2 is mounted on the connector base 3, the bottom outer contour of the insulation protection body 2 coincides with the top outer contour of the connector base 3.
The slot 10 is used for connecting the insulation protection piece and the connector base 3, and can be embedded or externally hung; the plugs 6 on two sides of the insulation protection body 2 are respectively inserted into the slots 10 on two sides of the connector base 3, so that the insulation protection piece and the connector base 3 are installed and fixed. The structural style of the plug 6 is matched with the slot 10, so that the use of the slot 10 is satisfied.
The connector columns 9 are vertically fixed on the side parts of the connector base 3, conductive sheets 11 corresponding to the connector columns 9 are arranged on the top of the connector base 3, and each connector column 9 is correspondingly and electrically connected with one conductive sheet 11; screw holes are also formed in the conducting strip 11; the other side of the connector base 3 is provided with a wire lead-in hole 4 corresponding to the connector column 9, and an external wire is electrically connected with the conductive sheet 11 through the screw hole after being led into the connector base 3 through the wire lead-in hole 4.
The conductive sheet 11 is used for electrically connecting the connector post 9 with an external wire; no electrical connection is made between the conductive sheets 11; each two conductive strips 11 corresponds to two contacts of the switch for breaking the same phase conductor.
The insulation protection plate 1 is connected with the insulation protection body 2 through an ejection mechanism and can move along the direction parallel to the axis of the connector column 9; when the insulation protection plate 1 is in a free state, the ejection mechanism ejects the insulation protection plate 1 to the outside of the insulation protection body 2 through ejection force, so that the insulation protection plate 1 covers the connector column 9.
The insulating protection plate 1 can be in the form of a whole protection plate as shown in fig. 4, or can be in the form of a single protection plate as shown in fig. 5, so that the use materials of the insulating protection plate can be saved; when the independent protection plates are adopted, each independent protection plate corresponds to one connector column.
The ejection mechanism is used for ejecting the insulation protection plate 1, and can adopt a spring, a spring piece or a similar mechanical structure, the ejection force is not more than 10N, and the ejection mechanism can be used for successfully ejecting the insulation protection plate 1 when the electric energy meter is pulled out.
The connector is fixed in the low-voltage metering box and is used for installing an electric energy meter; the connector base 3 is made of an insulating flame-retardant material and is used for connecting the connector column 9 with an external wire; the connector column 9 and the lead can be electrically connected through the conducting strip 11, and can also be fastened and connected through double-hole screws, single holes, welding, integrated assembly and the like.
The electric energy meter is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the connector column body 9, the connector column body 9 is tightly contacted with the mounting hole in an interference expansion mode, and can also be tightly contacted with the mounting hole in a clearance fit mode so as to fix the electric energy meter and the connector; when the electric energy meter is fixed on the connector, the electric energy meter pushes the insulation protection plate 1 to retract into the insulation protection body 2, and the friction force between the electric energy meter and the connector cylinder 9 is larger than the elastic force of the ejection mechanism, so that the electric energy meter can be smoothly inserted on the connector.
The insulation guard also includes a shorting assembly 7; the short circuit assembly 7 is installed in the insulation protection body 2 and is connected with the insulation protection plate 1 through a linkage mechanism 8, so that joint action between the short circuit assembly 7 and the insulation protection plate 1 is realized: when the insulation protection plate 1 pops out of the insulation protection body 2, the short circuit assembly 7 contacts with the conductive sheets 11 to realize electrical connection between the conductive sheets 11; when the insulation protection board 1 is retracted into the insulation protection body 2, the shorting assembly 7 is separated from the conductive sheet 11, so that the conductive sheets 11 are electrically isolated.
The connector column 9 is any one of a single-phase connector column 9, a two-phase connector column 9 or a three-phase connector column 9, so as to realize the use requirements of different single-phase, two-phase or three-phase electric energy meters, and each phase connector column 9 comprises two connector columns 9; the number of the phases of the conductive sheets 11 is the same as that of the connector columns 9; each phase of conductive sheet 11 comprises two conductive sheets 11;
the shorting assembly 7 is used for connecting the conductive sheet 11 so as to connect the connector column 9, so that normal electricity consumption of a user is ensured, and the shorting assembly can adopt a form of shorting copper bars or conductive terminals and the like, and the overall impedance is less than 0.1 omega.
As shown in fig. 3, the connector column 9 provided in this embodiment is two-phase connector column 9, and includes four connector columns 9 altogether, when the electric energy meter is not installed, the insulation protection plate 1 is completely ejected, and the two shorting assemblies 7 respectively and reliably connect the connector column 91 with the connector column 92, the connector column 93 with the connector 4 together, so as to ensure that the subscriber line can normally operate; when the electric energy meter is installed, the insulating protection plate 1 completely retreats into the insulating protection body 2 under the pressure of the electric energy meter, the short circuit assembly 7 is separated from the conductor sheet under the transmission of the linkage mechanism 8, and the same-phase lead is electrically connected through the electric energy meter.
The top of the insulation protection body 2 is also provided with an electric energy meter plugging state display piece 5; the electric energy meter plugging state display piece 5 displays the on state of the electric energy meter by adopting different colors.
The insulation protection plate 1 is used for shielding the exposed electrified connector column 9 of the connector, is made of flame-retardant materials and meets the insulation strength requirement, and the structure is applicable to the needs of module retraction and ejection, and the overall size of the insulation protection plate is larger than that of the connector column 9.
The method for installing and detaching the electric energy meter on the low-voltage metering box live plug connector is shown in fig. 6, and comprises the following steps:
(1) The insulation guard is mounted on the connector base 3 and ensures that the dimension of the insulation guard 1 ejected out of the insulation guard is able to completely cover the connector post 9.
(2) The installation holes on the electric energy meter are aligned with the connector columns 9, the electric energy meter is installed, and along with the movement of the electric energy meter, the insulating protection plate 1 is pressed into the insulating protection body 2, and the maximum ejection force of the ejection mechanism is required to be not more than 10N so as not to hinder the pressing of the electric energy meter. When the insulation protection board 1 completely enters the insulation protection body 2 and the shorting assembly 7 leaves the conductive sheet 11 of the connector, the electric energy meter plugging state display member 5 should be displayed as "green".
(3) When the electric energy meter is disassembled, along with the movement of the electric energy meter, the insulating protection plate 1 automatically pops out to push out the insulating protection plate 1 until the connector column 9 is completely shielded, and the popping force of the popping mechanism is required to be enough to push out the insulating protection plate 1 completely so as to prevent the connector column 9 from being completely shielded. When the insulating protection plate 1 is completely ejected and the shorting assembly 7 is normally connected, the display piece 5 of the plugging state of the electric energy meter should be red.
