To ensure smooth passage of the cable 9, the guide rail 29 is provided with a roller 30. The end of the guide rail 29 pointing to the opening is provided with a first cable guiding ring 31, the first cable guiding ring 31 is provided with a circle of first rollers surrounding the ring opening of the first cable guiding ring 31, and the cable 9 passes through the ring opening of the first cable guiding ring 31. A second cable guide ring 32 is arranged in the cable accommodating cavity 102, the second cable guide ring 32 is arranged at the cable inlet and outlet 301, a connecting plate 3201 is arranged on one side of the second cable guide ring 32 facing the charging gun accommodating cavity 103, the connecting plate 3201 is fixedly connected with the first partition plate 3, a connecting column 3202 penetrating through the cable inlet and outlet 301 is arranged on one side of the connecting plate 3201 facing away from the second cable guide ring 32, and one end of the guide rail 29 in butt joint with the cable inlet and outlet 301 is connected with the connecting column 3202. Similarly, the second cable guiding ring 32 is provided with a ring of second rollers around the ring opening, and the cable 9 passes through the ring opening of the second cable guiding ring 32. The two cable guide rings can reduce the friction force when the cable 9 enters and exits the guide rail 29, so that the cable 9 can be more smoothly wound and released.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and 12, in order to prevent the cable from being excessively wound around the wire spool 8, a cable winding limit switch 33 electrically connected to the main control board 5 is disposed in the charging gun housing chamber 103, and a position on the cable 9 close to the charging gun 2 is provided with a limit block (not shown) for triggering the cable winding limit switch 33. In the present embodiment, the cable take-up limit switch 33 is disposed on the first cable guide ring 31, but if the space allows, a contact plate may be disposed between the conductive rail 29 and the opening of the housing 1, the contact plate is provided with a cable passing hole through which the cable 9 can pass but the limit block cannot pass, and the cable take-up limit switch 33 is disposed on the contact plate. Based on the above triggering mechanism, at the final stage of cable collection, when the limiting block moves to the first cable guiding ring 31 along with the cable 9, because the limiting block cannot pass through the opening of the first cable guiding ring 31, the cable 9 will stop entering the cable containing cavity 102, meanwhile, the limiting block will trigger the cable collection limiting switch 33 when moving to the first cable guiding ring 31, the cable collection limiting switch 33 further sends a signal to the main control board 5, and the main control board 5 immediately controls the winding motor 23 to stop running, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing the cable from being excessively collected by the winding disc 8.
As shown in fig. 1 and 9 to 11, a gun rest 34 is provided in the charging gun housing chamber 103, and the charging gun 2 is placed on the gun rest 34. Further, as shown in fig. 9 to 10, in order to facilitate taking and placing the charging gun 2, a gun receiving and delivering driving device electrically connected to the main control board 5 of the electronic control assembly is disposed in the gun receiving chamber 103, the gun receiving and delivering driving device can drive the gun base 34 to enter and exit the gun receiving chamber 103 from the opening, and a gun receiving position and a gun delivering position are disposed on the movement track of the gun base 34. Alternatively, another driving method can be adopted between the gun-collecting and-delivering motor 35 and the gun seat 34, that is, the gun-collecting and-delivering motor 35 is fixed on the shell plate of the casing 1 and is provided with a gun-collecting and-delivering gear, the bottom of the gun seat 34 is provided with an arc-shaped or straight-line-shaped rack, and the gun-collecting and-delivering gear is meshed with the rack, therefore, the gun seat 34 can reciprocate along the rack, the gun-collecting position and the gun-delivering position are located on the arc line or the straight line of the rack, of course, the rack and the gun-collecting and-delivering motor 35 can be interchanged, that is, the rack is fixed on the shell plate of the casing 1, and the gun-collecting and-delivering motor 35 is. Besides the driving mode, the gun collecting and feeding driving device can also be a telescopic mechanism, the telescopic mechanism is provided with a telescopic rod, the gun seat 34 is connected with the telescopic rod, the bottom of the gun seat 34 is provided with a rolling piece so as to be convenient to move, and the gun collecting position and the gun feeding position are positioned on the straight line where the telescopic rod is positioned.

Still further, in order to prevent the gun seat 34 from rotating from the gun feeding position to the gun collecting position when the gun seat 34 is not in place after the charging gun 2 is used, a determination switch (not shown) electrically connected to the main control board 5 is further disposed on the gun seat 34 for determining whether the charging gun 2 is in place. If the charging gun 2 is placed in place, a judgment switch is triggered, the judgment switch sends a signal that the gun receiving and conveying motor 35 can operate to the main control board 5, the gun receiving and conveying motor 35 operates immediately, and the gun base 34 is driven to rotate from a gun conveying position to a gun receiving position; if the charging gun 2 is not placed in place, the judgment switch cannot be triggered, the gun receiving and delivering motor 35 cannot operate, and the gun seat 34 stays at the gun delivering position to remind a user. In this embodiment, the determination switch may be a contact-type inductive switch, or may be an infrared correlation switch.

step four, when the charging gun 2 is pulled out of a charging port of the automobile, the main control panel 5 receives a charging completion signal, immediately controls the winding motor 23 to operate, and the winding motor 23 drives the winding disc 8 to rotate to start cable collection;
step five, in the final stage of cable collection, the limiting block triggers the cable collection limiting switch 33, the main control board 5 controls the winding motor 23 to stop running, and the cable collection is finished;
step six, a user places the charging gun 2 on the gun seat 34, if the charging gun 2 is placed in place, the judgment switch is triggered, the main control board 5 controls the gun receiving and sending motor 35 to operate, the gun seat 34 is driven to rotate from the gun sending position to the gun receiving position until the gun seat 34 triggers the gun receiving limit switch 37, the main control board 5 controls the gun receiving and sending motor 35 to stop operating, and at the moment, the gun seat 34 returns to the gun receiving position;
step seven, the main control board 5 controls the door opening and closing motor 16 to operate, the door plate 10 moves downwards until the door closing in-place trigger triggers the door closing in-place switch arm, the main control board 5 controls the door opening and closing motor 16 to stop operating, and at the moment, the opening is completely closed by the door plate 10;
step eight, the main control board 5 controls the door lock 19 to extend the lock rod 1901, and the door panel 10 is locked 19, so that the whole working process is finished, and it should be noted that since the control of the main control board 5 on each switch and motor is a conventional technology, it is not described here again.
