Abstract
香睡宝，是一种利用中草药芳香气体催眠的助眠保健用品。它针对目前各类睡眠障碍问题日益严重，化学安眠药物有毒副作用，现有护眼罩等功能单一、效果欠佳之状况，运用我国传统中医“芳香开窍、内病外治”和近代医学“气体弥散、经络气化”理念，利用细微芳香药物分子易于眼、耳穴位和毛孔及呼吸器官吸收，能快速进入血液循环作用于中枢神经系统，从而研发了“芳香催眠，闻香入睡”的香睡宝。它由4层布料构成，在主体夹层内安置有与眼、耳部位对应的眼香药袋和耳香药袋，用粘结带固定于脑后即可，灵活调节松紧使用方便，适用广泛。可针对不同人群和睡眠障碍类型，开发出系列专用品，以便更好地为更多“欠睡”时代的人们服务。

本实用新型涉及一种香睡宝，特别是涉及一种利用中草药芳香气体催眠的助眠保健用品。
背景技术
众所周知，睡眠占据人生1/3时间，并直接关系着2/3时间的生活和工作质量。但随着经济社会的高速发展，人们进入“欠睡”时代：根据相关数据显示，我国成年人中失眠患病率已高达57％，且成上开趋势，而老年群体和青少年学生的睡眠质量障碍问题也日益严重。
由此，2019年2月19日，国家知识产权局CN208511323U号授权公告了《一种护眼罩》实用新型专利：在眼罩主体上设置超级微电池加热碳纤维发热片，使眼部温度升高活跃眼部细胞，又用振动片按摩眼部，并加热硅胶块内陶瓷粉产生远红外辐射，缓解眼部疲劳。但因超微电池电量十分有限等，难如人意。
针对现有助眠保健用品功能单一、效果欠佳之状况，本实用新型之目的在于提供一种利用中草药芳香助眠的香睡宝，让使用者闻香入睡、睡得香。
发明内容
本实用新型的上述目的，通过以下技术方案实现：香睡宝由具有夹层的主体和设置在主体夹层内的两个眼香药袋、两个耳香药袋，以及位于主体两端的固定粘结带和夹层粘结条组成。
香睡宝主体表面由美观、透气布料制作，主体背面贴面层使用透气、柔软面料，主体表面和背面之间为两层吸湿、透气材料构成的主体夹层，以放置两个眼香药袋和两个耳香药袋后由夹层粘结条粘合，可强化屏蔽光线、隔除噪音。
眼香药袋置于主体夹层内与眼部相对应，内装芳香中草药料具有镇静、催眠功效，并可缓解电脑、手机屏幕发出的兰光对视力的伤害。尚可针对特定人群和睡眠障碍类型，靶向用药、精准配方，制成适合青少年的益智型、成年人的午休型、老年人的保健型和防失眠，抗抑郁等专用系列用品。
耳香药袋置于主体夹层内与耳部相对应，内装有益于视听功能的芳香中草药料和兼有渗透性与发散性的天然能量砭石。中医认为砭石有安神、调理气血、疏通经络、逐寒祛湿、止悸定惊等功效，以利“开窍于耳，耳聪目明”。
固定粘结带位于香睡宝两端相反方向，以便用于脑后交结固定，灵活调节松紧度。
本实用新型的有益效果
1、香睡宝“芳香催眠，闻香入睡”，非常适合处于“欠睡”状态的亚健康人群和老年人之助眠需要，无有毒、副作用；
2、眼、耳同步呵护，屏蔽光线、隔除燥音，自创宁心静气的睡眠环境。护、养结合，标本兼治，引领健康睡眠新时尚；
3、本实用新型可针对各种特定人群和睡眠障碍类型，开发系列芳香助眠用品，以便更好地为更多“欠睡”时代的人们服务。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，在香睡宝主体(1)的主体夹层(6)中，与眼、耳对应处分别放置内装芳香中草药的眼香药袋(2)和耳香药袋(3)后，由夹层粘结条(5)粘合，位于主体两端相反方向的固定粘结带(4)可将香睡宝主体(1)固定于脑后，让使用者在防止了光线和噪音干扰的同时，享受芳香催眠，闻香入睡、睡得香。
本实用新型运用我国传统中医《黄帝内经》中“芳香开窍、内病外治”理念和现代医学“气体弥散，经络气化”学说，利用细微芳香药物分子易于眼、耳部穴位和毛孔及呼吸吸收后，很快进入血液循环而作用于中枢神经系统之原理。从而起到快速镇静、催眠的良好效果，尚可有效缓解手机和电脑屏幕发出的兰光对视力之伤害，且无其它不良毒、副作用。
我国有丰富的芳香催眠、助眠和有利于耳聪目明的药用植物资源。如本发明的眼香药袋(2)和耳香药袋(3)之药料，可供优选的中草药即有佩兰、甘菊、玫瑰、薄荷、桑葚、川芎、香附、冰片、藿香、木香、乳香、丁香、蜘蛛香、郁金香、薰衣草、石菖蒲、天竺葵、五味子、女贞子、蛇麻草、蜜蜂花、萱草花和天然砭石等数十种，足以满足各种靶向用药、精选配伍之需要。
Claims (4)
1.香睡宝，由香睡宝主体(1)和主体夹层(6)、眼香药袋(2)、耳香药袋(3)以及固定粘结带(4)、夹层粘条(5)、组成，其特征在于主体夹层(6)、在香睡宝主体(1)的中间层，眼香药袋(2)和耳香药袋(3)分别置于主体夹层(6)中与眼、耳部位相对之处，主体夹层(6)由其上方的夹层粘结条粘合，香睡宝主体(1)由其两端相反方向的固定粘结带(4)固定到脑后，可灵活松紧度。
2.如权利要求1所述香睡宝，其特征在于香睡宝主体(1)由四层布料构成：表面层为美观、透气布料，背面层为透气、柔软面料以紧贴肌肤，在表面层和背面层之间为两层吸湿、透气材料构成的安置眼香药袋(2)和耳香药袋(3)的主体夹层(6)，并由夹层粘结条(5)粘合。
3.如权利要求1所述香睡宝，其特征在于眼香药袋(2)中的中草药组份药料，既含有芳香挥发成份，又具有安神、镇静、催眠之药效。
4.如权利要求1所述香睡宝，其特征在于耳香药袋(3)内除所装有益于视、听功能的芳香中草药外还含有天然能量砭石。
