实施例3
称取艾绒15g，纳米砭石粉1g，薰衣草15g，黄精10g，仙茅15g，陈皮8g，白术10g，茯苓8g，红花5g，竹炭8g，玫瑰花5g，按照实施例1的制备方法制备成本发明的一种中药足贴。
实施例4
在山东省选择200例受试者，年龄分布区间为14岁的中学生到80岁的老年人，对受试者需要改善的问题进行分组，使用本发明的足贴2个月后，进行效果访问，本发明的足贴的使用方法为晚睡前取一足贴撕下足贴防粘薄膜后，贴于脚掌涌泉穴，早晨醒后取下，每周3-5次。效果记录如表1。
设置对比例：采用市购的具有与本发明的足贴同样功能的A、B两种足贴，分别选择100名受试者，使用两个月后，进行效果采访，记录如表2、表3。
疗效评定标准：显效：症状明显减轻或消失；有效：症状有所减轻；无效 ：症状体征没有改善。

受试者总体感觉：本发明的足贴能够显著改善睡眠质量，克服入睡难，梦多等问题，缓解工作压力及疲劳，长期便秘者使用本发明的足贴后也会显著得到改善，醒来后，精神饱满，工作时不再容易疲劳。另外本品能够促进血液循环，刺激涌泉穴，对于冬季手脚冰凉的人群具有明显的改善作用。

由表1-3可见，本发明的足贴保健效果明显优于A、B足贴。
具体例：
姜某：28岁，居住青岛，文秘行业，工作繁忙，压力较大，少眠多梦，白天易困，易疲劳，使用本发明的足贴一个周，睡觉深，醒来后精神饱满，一个月后，气色明显改善。
黄某：16岁，初三，临近中考，学习压力大，上课注意力不易集中，面部长青春痘，使用本发明的足贴一个月，痘痘减少，面部皮肤明显改善，学习注意力较之前容易集中，精神佳。
张某：79岁，退休在家，腿脚不灵活，走路易疲劳，睡眠浅，经常凌晨4点醒，醒后睡不着，有便秘，医院诊断为阴虚火旺，开药为知柏地黄丸，服用后治疗便秘效果不佳，使用本发明的足贴一个周，便秘减轻，一个月后便秘消失，睡眠质量明显改善，精神佳。
发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种保健中药足贴，其特征在于，其有效成分包括以下重量份的原料：艾绒10-15份，纳米砭石粉1-2份，薰衣草10-15份，黄精10-15份，仙茅10-15份，陈皮5-8份，白术8-10份，茯苓8-10份，红花3-5份，竹炭8-10份，玫瑰花3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健中药足贴，其特征在于，其有效成分包括以下重量份的原料：艾绒12份，纳米砭石粉1.5份，薰衣草12份，黄精12份，仙茅12份，陈皮7份，白术9份，茯苓9份，红花4份，竹炭9份，玫瑰花4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健中药足贴，其特征在于，其有效成分包括以下重量份的原料：艾绒10份，纳米砭石粉2份，薰衣草15份，黄精10份，仙茅15份，陈皮5份，白术8份，茯苓10份，红花3份，竹炭10份，玫瑰花3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保健中药足贴，其特征在于，其有效成分包括以下重量份的原料：艾绒15份，纳米砭石粉1份，薰衣草15份，黄精10份，仙茅15份，陈皮8份，白术10份，茯苓8份，红花5份，竹炭8份，玫瑰花5份。
