Detailed Description
The body ornament of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 to 8 show a pendant 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The pendant 1 includes: a decorative member 2 provided with a cut diamond 3 as a gem example and a support 4 for mounting the cut diamond 3; a ring frame 5 disposed around the garnish 2; the garnish 2 is supported swingably with respect to the frame 5.
The frame 5 is provided with a front ring member 5a and a back ring member 5b which are arranged apart from each other and have the same ring shape, and a connecting member 5c for connecting the pair of ring members 5a and 5 b. A plurality of connecting pieces 5c are arranged at equal intervals on the circumferences of the pair of ring members 5a, 5b, and a space 5d of a predetermined width is provided between the front ring member 5a and the back ring member 5 b. The garnish 2 swings back and forth in the width space 5 d. Further, a chain 6 for hanging and hanging the pendant 1 is hung on the upper end connecting piece 5c' of the frame 5.
The pair of ring members 5a, 5b are decorated with different appearance design. In this embodiment, the front ring member 5a is decorated by a design of a plurality of round stones 5e arranged along the circumferential upper surface, and the back ring member 5b is decorated by a design of a plurality of heart-shaped through holes 5f arranged along the circumferential upper surface. As described above, the pair of ring members 5a and 5b are decorated with different designs of external appearance, so that the front surface and the inner surface of the frame 5 can be appreciated by turning the pendant 1 upside down as shown in fig. 8. In the present embodiment, the frame 5 is formed by a pair of circular ring members 5a and 5b, but the shape is not necessarily limited thereto. A portion of the ring can be removed and the frame also allows for a square shape.
As shown in fig. 2, the garnish 2 is disposed near the center of the inner space 5g when the frame 5 is viewed from the front. As described above, the ornamental member 2 is provided with a gem such as a cut diamond 3 and a support 4 for holding the gem. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the support base 4 has an approximately inverted triangular shape in front view, and a concave portion 4a for receiving a mortar pattern of the pavilion portion 3a of the cut diamond 3 is formed inside the support base. Further, nail parts 4b, 4c, 4d are provided near three apexes of the support 4, and the nail parts 4b, 4c, 4d are hung on the girdle 3b and crown 3d of the diamond 3 to fix the diamond 3 to the support 4.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, a support hole 7 penetrating the support base 4 in the left-right direction is provided in the upper portion of the support base 4. The support hole 7 is a tunnel-shaped hole extending in the horizontal direction, and maintains the same cross-sectional shape over the entire length. The left and right open ends 7a, 7b of the support hole 7 are provided on the left and right side surfaces of the support base 4, and the open ends 7a, 7b are located in the vicinity of the rear of the pair of nail portions 4b, 4c attached to the support base 4 as shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 5, the opening position of the support hole 7 is located on a vertical line 8 passing through the center point P of the cut diamond 3 when it is fixed to the support base 4, and is preferably set between the center point P and the position of the upper end 4e of the support base 4. The setting at the position described above allows the garnish 2 to face the front while maintaining the upright vertical posture, and also facilitates the slight rocking of the garnish. When the garnish 2 is not swung, the table 3c and crown 3d of the cut diamond 3 are directed to the front side without being inclined vertically. Further, as shown in fig. 4, since the upper portion of the support base 4 is curved toward the left and right sides at the back, the left and right open ends 7a and 7b of the support hole 7 are not visible at the front side of the cut diamond 3 (see fig. 2), and the appearance is not impaired.
Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the support hole 7 is circular. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the sectional shape is a perfect circle, but an ellipse can also obtain almost the same action and effect. The cross-sectional shape of the support hole 7 is made circular so that a string-shaped support 10 described later can support the garnish 2 at the top 7c of the support hole 7.
The linear supporting member 10 is inserted into and penetrates the supporting hole 7 of the supporting base 4. The support 10 may use a thin metal wire such as a wire and a piano wire or a resin wire such as a fishing line. Although the material and diameter of the decorative member 2 are not particularly limited in the present invention, it is preferable that the support member 10 support the decorative member 2 in a tensioned state without bending. That is, as shown in fig. 6, the supporting member 10 maintains a straight state over the entire length of the supporting hole 7 and can be surely in line contact with the top 7c of the supporting hole 7.
As described above, the linear supporter 10 is in line contact with the top portion 7c thereof over the entire length of the support hole 7 penetrating the support seat 4 and swingably supports the garnish 2 by means of the line contact of the supporter 10. Therefore, as in the prior art, fine connection work by the ring is not required, and the assembly work can be completed very easily. Further, the garnish 2 is uniformly supported as a whole by virtue of the line contact of the support member 10. As a result, the decorative member can be sufficiently slightly swung with respect to the frame.
When the supporting member 10 is formed of a metal wire of the same material as the frame, both ends 10a and 10b of the supporting member 10 can be fixed to the frame 5 by laser welding. The supporting member 10 has both ends 10a, 10b fixed to a connecting member 5c connecting the pair of ring members 5a, 5b, but as shown in fig. 1, each is fixed to a central connecting member 5c ″ in this embodiment, and the central connecting member 5c ″ is positioned on the left and right sides of the central portion of the frame 5 among the plurality of connecting members 5 c. Furthermore, as described above, the decorative member 2 is fixed to the central connecting member 5c ″ at a position very close to the center in the longitudinal direction thereof so as not to protrude from the front ring member 5a and the rear ring member 5 b.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the cross-sectional shape of the linear supporter 10 is tapered toward the top 7c of the support hole 7, and the front end portion thereof is provided with a tip portion 10c contacting the top 7c of the support hole 7. The tip portion 10c is formed over the entire length of the support member 10, and is in line contact with the top portion 7c of the support hole 7 over the entire length from one side open end 7a to the other side open end 7b of the support hole 7, as shown in fig. 6.
As described above, the garnish 2 is swingably supported in a state where the tip portion 10c of the support member 10 is in line contact with the top portion 7c of the support hole 7 over the entire length of the support hole 7. Therefore, the garnish can be supported uniformly as a whole, and fine rocking toward the front can be easily achieved. As shown by the two-dot chain lines in fig. 7a and 7b, the left and right sides of the garnish 2 can be effectively prevented from rocking back and forth when the garnish 2 rocks. Therefore, the garnish 2 can be swung in a state where the table top 3c of the cut diamond 3 is always facing the front.
Moreover, the garnish 2 is slidably supported by the linear support 10. Therefore, as shown in fig. 9, stoppers 11a and 11b for regulating the sliding of the garnish 2 may be disposed near both sides of the garnish 2.
